Great place for kitchen stuff, they have variety of options. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I generally don't leave reviews, I rate my experience and then carry on with my day. After my experience, I must say the staff at this location genuinely enjoy helping others and ensuring their needs are met.

I want to specifically highlight the service I received from Alex. He was very knowledgeable about the products, detailing the do's and do not's. He offered perspective with a cost-benefit analysis, and was able to natarulize our conversation by being personable. I came to the store late at night, much past my son's bedtime and he became fussy. As a courtesy, Alex offered to bag my items up and bring them directly to my vehicle, allowing me the freedom to put my little one and his sister in the car. In negative degree weather, Alex ventured outside and braved the cold, something he had absolutely no obligation towards doing.

It's folks like these that allow me to continue seeing the redeemable qualities in people in this day and age. I don't know how often, or if employees are generally recognized at this company or location, but please pay it forward and elevate Alex for his exceptional service.

Always love going here! They have the coolest, most convenient gadgets! A lot is outa my price range, but enough selection of everything!

Great shopping plaza for Home items. Staff was helpful and everything was very tidy and organized.

Had a great experience at this location today. I was looking for some items on clearance. Gillian answered the call just after opening & asked if I could hold while she checked. I was on hold for a brief period and Gillian confirmed she had found most but not all. Gillian put the ones they had behind the desk and then proceeded to tell me the that the north Whitby store had the remaining pieces. Then recommended me to call there to check & put on hold.
I was cashed out by the very personable Kathy, met Gillian & the manager (forgot the name)
Excellent experience, highly recommend.

Best place for anything you can think of for your kitchen, amazing customer service with staff who care.

My wife and I popped in the other day looking for a new set of mugs, Tamara helped us out and she was amazing! As we were in the store, we thought of a few other things we should get and Tamara knew exactly where the items were stocked and answered all of our questions. Outstanding job, we will be back and hope she's there!

Ashley literally put the biggest smile on our face. She went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. I will always trust this location going forward, thx Ashley. KSP you have a great team there
