This store has absolutely everything you need and more! Fight the temptation, the selections are amazing! Absolutely love it!

I love wondering around Kitchen Stuff Plus stores and I always find something to buy; kitchen accessories, bathroom accessories, mats, etc. They also have very cute Christmas decorations and accessories.

The store is located in the Burloak Drive and Wyecroft Centre and is easily accessible by Burloak Drive and QEW. There is ample parking spots available in the parking lot.

This place has everything needed kitchen wise. Great selection and prices are good. The Tuscany candles are my favorite and you won't find a better price for 3 wick. They also have an awesome selection of Christmas decor for house. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Love this store that I just recently discovered!

You should see their Christmas gifts. The prices are amazing too. I've loved this store EVERY CHRISTMAS. It's THE place to gi when you need ideas. And their stuff is amazing.

I dropped into the store for returning and purchasing. The cashier (Serina) was extremely rude when I was double checking about the last digit for my credit card on the receipt in order to use it again for the return transaction. She said to me that I can use any card I have, when I insisted to use the same card I purchased with she didn’t want to bother herself and check the numbers for me on the receipt, she just putted the receipt in front of me in a very rude and disrespectful way!

I’m sure that the way she treated me was on purpose, because 2 months ago I had to deal with her for returning an item and she insisted it was used and it wasn’t!

But what happened today I felt very sorry for myself that I didn’t add a review that she deserves from 2 months.
I’ve been a customer for 6 years, all these years didn’t have such a a bad experience like this. Very disappointing!

Lots and lots and lots and lots for your kitchen. But there's more too. Stuff for the patio, the bathroom, the closets, the bedroom, your neighbours kitchen, the list goes on and on. You really need to take your time in this store. Definitely a place to keep coming back to. Staff are very helpful and pleasant.

I went in yesterday to pickup something that wasnt available online, however was available in store. When I got into the store I was greeted by 2 employees and explained what I was looking for. After a quick search the system showed they had the item, however when they physically got the box they only had 3 of the particular item, and not the quantity confirmed. Regardless, the employee suggested another location and called that location and had the items put on hold for me. I was really pleased to see that customer service is priority here, considering this has been lacking at many retailers lately, and the help of this employee was really appreciated, especially after the day I had. She had truly gone above and beyond to assist me. Thank you!

I shopped here recently and my experience was not pleasant. When i walked in, one of the employees was staring at me and she didnt look too pleased. She did not greet us not even when checking out. I felt very uncomfortable, it felt like she was racist against my family. Her attitude was very awkward. Im never shopping at this location again. After reading some of the reviews it seems like im not the only person who got a racist attitude and vibe from the employees. If you are a person with color, i would avoid this location.

Second visit. Decent selection, although didn't carry a few kitchen items we were looking for, despite being the right type of store to find them in. Quality of goods varied, trending towards the middle. I'm happy to have them near us.

I really like this store, the have a good variety of home stuff that's well priced. I got some glass food containers as a really reasonable price along with some other things I didn't plan to buy but left with anyways like a new spatula, reusable produce bags and a new insulated water bottle.

It is a lovely store as long as you buy from them, but god help you if something you buy has to be returned. I bought a culinary Crème Brule torch. It was very hard to operate and I could not get to work for me, so I took it back with in less than a week. The manager went asked her staff how to operate. She came back and with her big nails using both hands turned it on a few times to tell me it worked. She encouraged me to do it. I did try and it broke my thumb nail as the metal safety nob was metal and I had to hold on to it to pull it down each time I used the trigger.
I said it was hard for me to use and I needed to be able to operate it with one hand (I have had 2 in another city which I use for art all the time with no problem.) They did not take it back. I was going to buy another brand from them. I threw it out and bought one from Canadian Tire which is easy to use. My last two bills at this store were almost 800 dollars. They lost me as a customer. Bad customer service. Buyers beware.

Tuesday evening me n my wife walk into an almost empty store to pick up a gift for someone. Jacquline at the cash counter wasn’t very pleased to see us. Every question was followed by a sigh n an eye roll. I wish your business the best of luck, specially with such amazing employees!

Customer service is not that great. Especially employees are not happy. Kind of rude. But the store have a lot off stuffs that price awesome

I haven't been in the store since the Covid19 shutdown and was pleased to see KSP survived!
I came to buy a particular coffee grinder.but left disappointed because it was out of stock.

I did find some shower curtain hooks and a couple of other doodads for the ensuite I hadn't considered, so it wasn't a wasted trip.

Friendly staff and strict sanitary measures requiring masks, limited customer load, hand sanitizer inbound and leaving, carts sanitized between users, let me shop in comfort and with confidence

Lots of intriguing products. Just be sure to have lots of money going in cause there will be lots of stuff to tempt your pocket book.

Pretty good kitchen stuff. A little bit pricy for regular kitchen things but it is the only kitchen store near me so Its acceptable. Nice workers they helped me alot.

Something wrong with their return policy, I bought 5 chairs and never use, still in the box, I found 2 damaged, just return it after 3 days, they cut 25% of my amount refunded.

It's all about kitchens. And then some. Takes about 30 minutes to skim through the huge selection of items available and on Display. Helpful staff, great prices.

I found it strange that the staff we very insistent that I give them my email address went I tried to purchase a water bottle.

Incredible quality though the items might appear slightly expensive. Go during sale season to save more. There are vast collections for everything related to kitchen.

Besides the good looking stuff, they have enough cute stuff for homes with kids and children. Enjoy the wide range of selections and be amused.

The only point you should keep in mind is - the price tags on the shelves might not match the item. You will end up taking your favourite item to the billing counter only to be heartbroken that it's much more expensive. Read the price tags properly. Ask the store guys, if in doubt.

Worst customer service at the Burloak and Qew location. Extremely rude employees and especially management allowing themselves the liberty to speak to customers in a demeaning and insulting manner. Unacceptable, in any case but especially when the customer is visibly ill, looking like a cancer patient. Would not return to the store. Absolutely unacceptable and despicable. One star is too much.

The manager was helpful with my salt mill that would not grind well.got it working.but the cashier was very condescending, the way she spoke to me.like I was trying to get something for free.just wanted to have my "under warranty " salt mill fixed or replaced.

A very kind gentleman helped us grab a product from the back. The one we wanted wasn't in stock so he came back very quickly and told us when the sale on the item would end and suggested we get it online for the same price. He was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with! Thank you!

I Will never go back again because I had a coupon and it said to buy any item $50 before taxes the stuff I purchased was 49.99 and the cashier said I had to buy something for 1 cent for that coupon to apply this is ridiculous so I left everything and gave there coupon back

The staff could be more helpful but it's a lovely store with a good selection of kitchen things. Can't argue with that!

It was my first time visiting this location and I had a fantastic experience. I walked and was immediately greeted at the entrance. There was an in-store promo going on and I won a 20% off coupon. I asked the customer service rep where the french press section was and she walked me over to it. While I was browsing the section, Kim approached me and asked me if I needed help. It was my first time buying a french press so I was unsure of the differences among the selection. Kim is very knowledgeable about the product selection as well as coffee. She took the time to explain all the differences. She also told me what grind of coffee to use, ideal temperatures, timing, cleaning, etc. I had a great experience shopping here today and I will be back soon.
