I wanted a shopping trolly i asked one of the managers on the floor can i have a new one in back (ive always got a new one) to assemble at home) she made such a big deal why dont u want the one on display? And so on ;;we dont usually give the one at back) she said) I GUESS SHE JUST DIDNT WANT TO GO BACK AND GET IT) i wont be coming back here; i did get it (back) but not happy)

Love this place, I do a lot of Christmas shopping here for my workplace. They have a great selection of houseware items its perfect for anyone. Prices are amazing

The service here is terrible. I was in line to ask one of the service Representatives a question and she deliberately went past me and went to the person behind me in line. She went and helped that person I followed and then she picked up the phone to answer a call. Then went to the back room. I wish there was someone else on the floor I could ask for help but there was no one there. So I waited. She came back out went to another guy before me and then went to me and said she can't help me she has to go help out at the cash register. Honestly I feel like there's a touch of racism here. Because she was helping "her people" and completely ignoring me. Very unprofessional. The worst customer service I've ever had in ages.

I went there on March 1,2021 to pickup my order. It was too windy and cold outside so I decided to go in and stand more than 8 feet away from the customer ahead of me. The girl behind the counter rudely told me to step outside and that I could not stand inside even if I was more than 8 feet apart. The customer ahead of me had no problem me being inside but your staff kept asking me to go out.

She could've made an exception and allowed me to stand inside at a safe distance.

Based on your employee's rude behavior, I have decided to take my shopping preference somewhere else and I will never recommend this store to my friends and family members.

You need to teach your unprofessional staff some compassion and sound judgment skills.

Update on November 15,2022

I went there again thinking I should try one more time and give them my business. I was surprised. The manager on duty was very helpful. She even took my items to my parking spot and placed it in the car because I cannot lift heavy weights due to my health issues.

I would say she earned back a customer. All the other staff was very helpful as well.

KSF products are overrated, before inflation era prices were way high. Now it's touching the roof.

Staff of this store is welcoming, they try to help but products of this store are way too expensive.

On this shopping trip, there was a long wait at the cashier line. One sales assistant only at the cash registers. I saw waiting customers leave merchandise and walk out of the store. Even though the lone assistant paged for additional help at the cash registers, no one came to help. Better management is warranted and welcome.

I find their products to be a hit & miss; they have pretty nice items in general but quality lacks in some. My visit here was alright as I found what I was looking for and more. Since covid, online shopping has become a thing; their website is NOT the friendliest. Items in cart automatically disappears after an hr of not checking out. I could still be browsing or something else took my attn and when I come back to it, my cart is empty within the hr. Several times I've let go of purchasing anything because of this ridiculousness. And I'm on their site almost everyday but this nonsense just pushes me away. Then when you get to the address section typing in your info, it'll keep messing with you by switching to pickup. It's just too bad.

People who are working in this location are really amazing. They are very helpful and so nice with the customers. I'm not sure about the name of the lady who are working there (Cheryl) she was so so nice.

It's my go to store anything kitchen related.glasses dishes silverware utensils. Plus they some nice glass furniture.tables etc. And a great selection of Christmas decorations.

I came in the other day to buy a Zwiling product as a gift (They are all secured and need to be unlocked by an associate understandably). The store was steady but there was a herd of 4-5 associates just chatting while I assume doing a visual change of a wall near the front of the store. There were multiple customers ahead of me trying to get their attention for assistance with products and they could only spare 1 associate to help what seemed to be 10 of us. I walked out after waiting maybe 20 minutes and I wasn’t the only one who did. I LOVE Kitchen Stuff Plus but I don’t love this location. I don’t know if that was the manager leading the group of associates but it seems like they need a lot of work when it comes to prioritizing tasking vs helping customers who are ready to spend money!

Great store! Perfect location with lots of parking. Very clean and organized. Great customer service. Inventory in the store matches perfectly with what I saw online. This makes it so easy to know which location to go to.

Nice place but the sales associate Lama was very unsatisfactory with her service at the cash. Called us to her till and said she would help and then started doing other tasks. She also threw all our 10+ items into one bag which was clearly not a good idea either.

Lineups are long because of store capacity limits but that's out of their control. Everything I need is always in stock and they have great sales.

Curbside pick up is also very straightforward and you pay for your products at the time of pick up.

I visited this place during lockdown to pickup some order and found out the process is super smooth and turn around time is beyond imagination. The staffs are also very friendly and completely following rules to make sure customer can pickup order without any issues.

One of my fav kitchen shopping places. Often times has better variety and prices than ikea. But visit once to see for yourself. Love the small kitchen items that we don't really remember to buy and they make life so much easier. From blue Berry containers to pineapple slicers they have it all.

Do subscribe and visit their sales. They have great gift items that you can find at bargain prices in sale.

Their local brand of electronics are comparable with market products at reasonable prices.

People were nice but the policy for price match doesn't make sense.they don't price match with Amazon and they will only price match with stores near by and only if they are out of stock. Not very pleased with that

My experience was excellent, the staff are so friendly and kind, the place is good they have everything you need for your kitchen and home as well, the have most of the items that will help you to improve your cooking experience, the prices are average and reasonable, you should visit this place I really recommend this place alot, parking lot is available.

I like going through this little store. It always have such beautiful trinkets and bigger things to buy. Its clean and tidy and the staff is always friendly amd willing to help.

This was the first time I ever visited this place, but I was very impressed. They have a wide assortment of different things you would ever require for your kitchen as the name of the place suggests, but they have appliances and nic nacs for other parts of the home as well. I was really blown away by the customer service at this place. They had enough people who were willing to help and spend time with you giving you advice on whatever item you may of required it for. On this visit, the service was exceptional.

Parking is certainly not an issue here as it is part of a block several stores. It is one of the biggest stores of this chain I have been on and they had so much product available for really good prices. Their Christmas products were up front once you walk in and had alot of selection. It does not all look Christmasy so you could use the serving dishes etc all throughout the year.

Worst experience. Seems they are fooling customers. They advertise items but when you order you are told the item is not available at present, the warehouse will deliver after couple of weeks ie months. They expect me to pay for the item today (1st nov) and they say it will be available from warehouse by feb next year. Seriously, such a fraud to attract customers advertising on items.

I went their today around 7 to 8 pm and had a really bad expierence with on duty manager. She was apparently very rude and full of attitude.

I asked her to do price match with nearby BestBuy store for Ninja Blender. She asked to Wait for 30 minute just to confirm the details with Bestbuy to give price match for the ninja blender. I do not know what she want to check when model number and availability clearly are available online.

Look like KitchenStuff Plus just have a tag for price match but they really not want to do price match.

Anyway I drove 2 minutes more to BestBuy store instead of waiting there for 30 min.

The store manager, Carol, is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I honesty don’t know how she is the store manager when she has teenage employees that are way more professional. She has a very nasty attitude and I would like to speak to head office and talk about her. Do not shop here as you can see by all the other negative reviews. Save your time, gas, and money and DO NOT come here.
On the other hand I would like to say that two of the employees named Brianna and Mark were extreamly kind and very helpful.

I went to this store today to return a damaged item I purchased. The lid has a damage. The cashier wouldn’t take it because she says that the water dispenser is used. Honestly I never filled the water in the dispenser or neither I opened the package of the tap. I asked her to check for water marks on the inside of the bottle and the lady said I noticed it outside. I am asking to check inside and she kept on arguing there is no sticker and water marks outside of the bottle. I am sure kitchen stuff plus doesn’t want to take any returns of any item even if it’s their fault of selling damaged goods. Whatever the return policy they have is just nonsense. I am never purchasing anything from kitchen stuff plus. Worst customer service is almost all the stores.

Bought roll up dish rack there last Friday. Price tag stated $9,99. I am pretty sure! It wasn’t a random thing laying down somewhere. There were a pile of the racks and the price tag under it. So I bought it and only home discovered that I paid $25 instead of $9,99+tax. It’s not that I am cheap but I feel mistakenly overcharged! It is very disappointing. Watch out at the cashier what they charge you!

Took a frying pan (had purchased a day before) today to exhchange for a better one. Was told by the cashier that i cant because it wanst their policy. I was not told of these policies when i purchased the product. I asked to speak to manager and was introduced to "Amanda" who told me i had to go through the manufacturer for anything. I told her to exchange it for something better and she told me to come back tomorrow to talk to a "store manager" even though she had a manager name tag on her. Clearly an attemp to brush off. In the end, disappointing to know that they cant make a small exception for something purchased a day before. Lost a customer.

I visited the store today and was waiting in line to be served. There were two cashiers working, and one of the cashiers started helping the man behind me, despite the fact that there were customers (myself and another female) in line in front of him waiting for their turn in plain sight. When another lady approached the cash to try to get some help that was not in line, they promptly told her to go to the back of the line to wait. But apparently at this location if you are a man, you get served right away no matter where you are in the line. Guess this store is stuck back in 1950 where you have to bring your husband with you to get decent service.

One of the worst customer service by the so called Manager. Mark the employee was great but the manager was showing me her attitude on the $5 hot deal stating there is nothing she could do if they are out of it. Showed no concern on my explaining her I am here only after checking Bramalea location where the lady cashier told me that this location has some 12 units in hand. I guess I should have not visited this place as wasted gas and my time. Please don’t tell your customers that this is a loss making deal for you and you don’t make money out of it as consumers did not ask you to keep the deal at this price. Truly unprofessional attitude by the manager.

First time coming here, customer service was superb! There was so many items but not very organized for customers to find things on their own. Overall pretty satisfied with my visit and probably will return for my other kitchen needs!

The store on their wall, says that they have a price match policy.
Oh they have a policy all right.
The policy has to do everything possible to dissuade you from entertaining the price match policy.
I tried to price match an item that was available at Walmart. The difference was only five dollars.
First Natasha explained to me that there are conditions to the price matching. When I showed her the item, she called the manager.
The manager came over and told me that she had to call Walmart with them to explain why their price was priced as it was.
She also explained that they would take over 10 minutes to get a response and resolve the price match if you

That was just their tactic to persuade me to just except their price as it is.

I wish there could be some negative rating scale, which I could use for the store. They got some worst return policy. I got a water dispenser, filled it up over and night mare started. In the morning, water was all over counter, under oven, under coffee machines etc.cleaned all.mopped all off the floor. Just came to store with original receipt within 4 days if purchase to return it and they said: we cant return it, we dont find the defect.it’s used. ” like seriously either you value and believe customer or you don’t.how cud i find the leakage without even using it?
I don’t trust the product and they can’t take it.
Like seriously. It’s not some stone age.you won’t return the product, even if customer doesn’t like it after 4 days of purchase.never coming back to Kitchen stuff place and no more recommendation to anyone.

We go to Kitchen Stuff Plus as we love the collection of stuff. However, the people working over there are so rude everytime we go. This time when I asked a store worker if they have an open sample of a ladder to try, she was so angry and said that they don't have an open piece and angrily banged her cart against the wall. Then another lady at the cash was so rude and all the time had a sullen face. I hope you can give your workers better training in customer service, at least they should have the decency and manners to talk to the people.

Great service, helped me to find just what I needed, stainless steel pot cleaner, one of the few places left to get this product. I ended up purchasing the most coloured thermal lunch bag, on sale!
