Great transition from Jeremy to Stephen. Always manages to find the knots and takes care of them.

Refreshing to find a professional with personality and a great sense of humour. Steve listened to what area was bothering me and prioritized and efficiently used the half hour session I booked. I highly recommend his services and won't hesitate to return once my back decides it doesn't want to cooperate with me again. Lol. Thanks Steve

My experience with Stephen wasn’t the best.
The name of the place doesn’t match with the actual clinic location and it was confusing to find. The main door being locked due to Covid which is understandable but notifying clients only when they arrive at the door isn’t a great idea IMO. With the name being different from Kitchener Massage Therapy, it’s not helpful to find the place especially when you try to enter and no one does anything even after seeing you until you call.
I tried to let him know this is quite inconvenient but he didn’t seem to care.
I booked for an hour massage therapy but it was only about 40 min long. I spent extra time finding the place so it makes sense if not getting 1 hr full but it wasn’t even that.
Pictures are no match with the actual setting. The room wasn’t what I expected and not like the pictures at all.
He doesn’t do direct bills.
He kept telling me that I moved my shoulders and made the muscles fired up so I should stop but I wasn’t even trying to move. Telling me that over 5 times doesn’t help because I didn’t even know I was moving as I mentioned.

Excellent sports deep tissue massage. Detailed knowledge of human anatomy and muscle motion. I would like to suggest him for anyone with sports related injuries.
