I had a great experience at Kitchener Nissan dealing with Tom Moore. He found me the exact car I was looking for and was very helpful explaining all the options for leasing or buying and provided real $$ examples so I could decide what was best for myself. Very courteous and explained all the features in the car and how they work before I left the lot in my pre-owned sentra. Thanks again Tom. I'll be sure to recommend you to anyone looking for a car.

My decision to purchase my Versa Note at KN was a bad one. If I could undo that decision I certainly would. I had nothing but trouble since day 1. My sales person was the worst I've dealt with. Hell the car barely had enough gas to drive home. Cheap cheap cheap.

The service dept (and Debbie) tried very hard to fix my issue, after I forced them to. After months of them trying to fix it it still had the same rattling sound. I've come to the conclusion that the car is a POS. Definitely if I had to do things again I'd drive up the road further and spend more at Volkswagen or Mazda.

The best employee they have drives the courtesy vehicle. He's a gem and too good for that place honestly.

Friendly staff and really professional and courteous. Specialists Dan and Natalie take the trouble to patiently explain the issues and you don't feel like their trying to drain your wallet. They understand car maintenance is an expensive ordeal, and are sympathetic to your situation. I used to take my car to other garages thinking they were more affordable than the dealers. I was wrong. I was on my way to Kitchener from Kingston to visit a friend who was/is extremely sick. I was also going to drop off Christmas presents, pick some up and basically spend 48 hours driving from place to place and spend as much time as I could with my friend. On my way there my Titan started giving me a rough time. I stopped at a rest stop to assess the situation and it was then I realized I had forgotten the gifts I was to bring, I couldn't find my keys, the day was going downhill rapidly. I called Debbie at Kitchener Nissan and told her what was going on, including the reason for my trip, the forgotten gifts etc.she stepped up, got me a loner car she didn't really have to give, she wedged me onto the schedule to check out my truck. The staff were incredible. They did all the little things right, remembered my name, they laughed at my jokes, in short they were way above average. I do them a disservice by referring to them and using the word average in the same sentence. Debbie followed up with me, offered to help me out to get the stuff done I needed done. I could not be happier with how I was treated, by everyone there, the service I got. If there were more stars to give I would give them.

The sales department was great I have no complaints. However the service department needs improvement. I took my brand new Kicks in to get looked at as the engine light was on. I was told it was a transmission issue and it need to be replaced. I was told it would take a couple days as the parts were in the shop. After a couple of days I had not heard anything so I called. The guy I had been dealing with explained that they didn't have the parts and were waiting for them to be shipped out from Toronto. I waited another 2 days with no phone call. I called again only to be told 1 part came but the other didn't get shipped and that it would be a few more days. These days stretched out over a weekend which I'm guessing my car didn't get worked on as they are closed on Sundays and they probably dont ship out parts on a weekend either. I called again after the weekend to be told that the chip wasn't connecting with the car. I thought it was a transmission issue? Again I was told it would be a couple more days. The next day I went to the dealership as I wasn't getting anywhere with the guy who had been handling my service. I brought my mother with me so I could be sure I was asking the right questions and getting the right answers. A woman from the service department spoke to me and my mother. My mother asked a few questions such as why did the transmission go on a brand new car with less than 30000 kms on it? Why was I not offered a loaner car as mine was taking over a week to be fixed? What was actually wrong with the car? The woman answered my mother and my questions with excuses and in a condescending manner. At this point I asked for a loaner car as they couldn't give me a definite date of getting my car back. I was then approached by a woman who was either a rep or a manager. She brought me and my mother into her office. She wrote down all of my concerns and told me to give her a few days and she would get back to me with "something". I left the dealership in the loaner car, my car was fixed and returned to me a couple days later. I still don't have a definite answer about what was really wrong with my vehicle. It has been months since I spoke with the rep/manager and I have yet to hear back from her. I will not be returning to this dealership for any reason. I am extremely unsatisfied and only hope things change at this dealership as I would hate for someone else to experience what I did.

We've gone to Kitchener Nissan for over 25 years. Our last 6 vehicle purchases have been Nissans. We love the reliability. Whenever I need to book service, I reach out to Emily in the Service Department. My husband used to take care of the cars, but since we split I'm on my own. It's nice for me to talk to a female about service. I'm impressed with her knowledge about vehicles. She makes things easy to understand, and I trust whoever she connects me with to take care of me. I even called her when I was on the lot when things were closed inside during covid, and wanted a sales agent to show my son some vehicles. She sent someone out to find us since she knew our red Pathfinder. If you're a female or anyone who feels overwhelmed when servicing your car, call and ask for Emily.

When you go to buy a car, no much problem.

But when you go to service, it is a different story, they will give little help only. This is not my first experience. It is the 8th time (yes true) I am dealing with the service department for the same issue in a span of 6 months. Don't go there, believe me, you can save time and money. They will never give an update also. During my 8th time, my car was towed on 29th October at 11 am. When I am writing this review, on 2nd Nov at 1.30 pm, till now I haven't got an update from them. I called them now (this is my 5th time in last two days) and luckily I got connected, they haven't even checked my car. What a wonderful service!

Interestingly, I am the person who got a C$5000 gift from this dealership in 2020 when I bought this car. I waited till the eighth time only because of this. Me getting the cheque is still on their Facebook page (you can check by yourself). I even referred and my friend took a car from this dealership.

Very dissatisfied with them.

I took my Leaf in for a battery health check. I was given a meaningless "100%" when the battery has measurably degraded, both in terms of useable range, and non-nissan battery health reports. I suspect this is more of an issue with Nissan as a whole, though, trying to reduce the number of battery warranty claims.

Now, I periodically get unsolicited and unwanted sales calls.

EDIT: I really don't see how getting another battery report solves my problem. Like I can pull, for myself, the fact that the battery has a max capacity of 69.01 amp hours, which is just shy of 87% of the factory condition. Your report is going to tell me that there's 12 bars on the display, with absolutely no information about how those 12 bars were calculated or what it would mean for there to be 11 or 10 or 5.

I never 'subscribed' to your sales calls in the first place. I left the service desk my number so they could call me when they were done with my car.

I had 2013 Nissan Pathfinder for years and I love it, put 200k on it so far, so I visited Nissan Kitchener as it’s near my home, I met Tom he was a wonderful guy, advised me to get a brand new Pathy, worked hard with me to close the deal, I wasn’t so happy with the price, but I feel I’m getting a better deal than others and Tom was professional and did his best to get me a good offer and make me happy, also dealt with Victoria for the registration and other stuff, she was so kind and informative, I would highly recommend dealing with this Nissan dealership exclusively Tom and Victoria.

It’s unfortunate that I won’t be able to leave a positive review for Nissan Kitchener.

I ended up buying a used 2019 Nissan Micra but the experience was far from pleasant. I went with my dad and when we were discussing payment with Taylor, we asked about a discount since I was prepared to pay cash. She left to speak with her manager and when she returned she told us he had said our opening bid was “aggressive”. I understand that a small business can only forego so much money, but the use of the word “aggressive” left a bad taste in my mouth. It doesn’t help that when we were going over financing with Simon, he pitched a warranty that cost approximately four times as much as what we had asked for in terms of a discount.

Perhaps we may have gotten it if we had noticed that the windshield wiper was broken before I came to pick it up a few days later after I had already paid. Taylor was at least apologetic but admitted that she should’ve checked that herself as a broken wiper is a safety hazard. She let us speak to her manager Kyle, and both of them told us that if I brought it back the next day, someone would be available to change it for me and top up my fluid at no charge. However, when I arrived the next day, the person who greeted me seemed confused as to what I was there for. I explained everything, and afterwards she had asked another male staff member if he knew how to change it. He said he did, but not for a Micra. The person who greeted me initially then asked if they were just supposed to give me the wiper to change it myself. At this point I was getting frustrated with my situation as it had been one inconvenience after another, but Simon was the one who eventually changed my wiper for me.

There were other issues I experienced, but the ones mentioned here were the ones that made my business with Kitchener Nissan truly disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this dealership.

I have recently had the privileged pleasure of obtaining a new vehicle from Kitchener Nissan’s Taylor Weiss. Taylor dispensed genuine enthusiasm to educate, enlighten and engage via her robust knowledge and did so with industrious instinct and intelligence to ensure that all I felt invited, included and informed.

Taylor was indeed encouraging and readily resourceful, often finding herself channeling creativity to remedy concerns and curiosities. Taylor showcased her endearing, energetic and exciting spirit that exposed her palpable passion to handle pit stops and potholes, acting swiftly to triumph proper solutions.

Taylor dedicated time to disclose all aspects of the deal, oftentimes going above and beyond any expectations I harbored of such a grand investment. I visited the store with my brother who purchased the Nissan Altima 2020 brand new. Only within a few days we went back because we came to know the heated seats are not working at all. We explained the situation to one of the representative he told to see Manager. Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told im not expecting you, who are you guys. Then we explained whats going on, he told we can try to repair it but cant replace that. Even its less then 10 days. The service departmwnt we had even worse experience they told it how it is. Just keep the car as it is. It will be 0 star from me or in nagative. We ended up selling this car not even 2 weeks. Took a loss. They refused to refund the mo ey for extended warranty which is disgusting. Highly disappointed never gonna recommend to any one else.

I am giving one star and actually thats more because my family had worst experience with NISSAN KITCHENER. My uncle bought NISSAN ALTIMA from there like 2 weeks ago and we faced issues with brand new car like nobody faces with second hand car. Like trunk of the car was so loose and not opens properly. Heated seats are like without any heating. In this cold weather we have to face so many issues because of that. So, we decided to talk to the team of NISSAN KITCHENER but the response was even worst than their car like the manager Jeff was telling us that we have to press the button to turn on the heated seats like as if we don't know that. I am writing this review to recommend all my friends if you want to buy NISSAN CAR then DO NOT BUY IT FROM NISSAN KITCHENER.

I bought my car July 31/20 from this dealership, Taylor was my sales rep and Jen looked after my financing. It's very deceptive how they frame the financing, but discovered Jan 8/21 from BMO that I could have walked into my own bank and paid 1% higher and paid it off as it was an open loan all along! Both Taylor and Jenn sell the fact your getting such a great rate with one stipulation that you have to wait 6 months, as when I questioned this, there were explanations such as Banks are very cautious during COVID, Taylor said well the Bank needs to make some money! BMO encouraged me to contact the dealership and this is what Simon Financing Manager at car dealership called it a finders fee, it's really a "KICKBACK". Had I known this, I would have put $500 down on the car for them to hold it, walked into my own BMO branch and gotten a car loan as I have good credit. Simon would not disclose how much the kickback the dealership got! Hindsight 20/20 secure your financing at your own financial institution so not to line this dealerships pockets too much, apparently making a car sale is not enough!

If you are on the market to buy/lease a car, check out Kitchener Nissan! We had such a pleasant experience buying a car from Kitchener Nissan. Our Sales Consultant, Taylor was so helpful and kind throughout the entire process and she went out of her way to make sure we got what we wanted/needed at a great price. She is very knowledgeable with Nissan products and really tries to work with you so that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. My wife and I have received very unsatisfactory service at this location for service for our 2016 Nissan Altima. Please bear with me for the long narrative that follows. What I want to illustrate is that the actions of certain individuals at this location have shaken our trust in the integrity of this dealership and in the Nissan brand.

About two months ago, we brought in our vehicle for diagnostic/repair because a check engine light came on. They charged us $160 for the diagnostic then claimed that the problem was incorrect service done by an external mechanic. They charged us $300 for the correction. The check engine light came on the next day and when I called them they said that what they do is "exclusionary diagnistics" and that I have to bring the car in again for them to determine what the problem is. This time, they said that the issue is the rear oxygen sensor so they charged me about $600 to replace it. Again, the check engine light came back on after a day. I asked to speak with the manager about this and he assured me that if I bring the car in again, he will personally look after it and then convene a meeting with me to discuss the next steps. I brought the car in and they claimed that the problem could be caused by some damage to the front bumper of my car (that damage has been there for the past 3 years). They then proceeded to bill me something close to $1100 to replace the bumper and paint it again. I have been trying to get a hold of the manager for the past month. I have been calling almost twice a week for the past 4 weeks but have not heard anything from him.

We have tried every means at our disposal to address this issue amicably. We hope that this review gets to the owners and that it helps the organization to improve its accountability.

Our Sales Person was Taylor. She was really good. She answered all the questions we had and even helped me to hook up my Android phone to the system in the car we bought. She was very personable and not pushy, which we love. We'd buy another vehicle from her in the future and would recommend Kitchener Nissan and Taylor.

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.
The customer service is terrible. Their sales team, including the manager has no car knowledge. They were condescending and abrasive with each item we requested them to fix. These were items that fell under safety which they have a responsibility to fix. Moreover, they posted a car online for a price and when we showed up and agreed to pay that price, we were told "we can't sell it for the price it was posted. " They admitted to hastily posting a used car without inspecting it but wouldn't do anything to make up for the false advertising. It wasn't posted as a "buy as is" but that is what they were trying to pass it off as.

Just purchased our Rogue from Kitchener Nissan. Taylor was great through the whole process and very knowledgeable about all the products. All the interactions were safe and cars cleaned, so we felt safe shopping. Thanks Taylor for a great experience and a great car.

It was really a nice and great experience for me of leasing a new Rogue from Kitchener Nissan. My advisor Britney was awesome and she helped me in everything. They took my leased car back and helped me to lease a new one without any headache. The color I wanted was not with them, but they arranged it for me, awesome right? They gave me a very good price and gifted a Dining card too. Completely satisfied and very good people. All the best Team Kitchener Nissan.

I had an awesome experience with this team who fought so hard and did their absolute best to get me the best deal. Awesome customer services, always ready to clarify doubts and of course respect safety measures during this Covid period. I am 100% satisfied much thanks to the entire team especially Jeff, Victoria, Brittany and Simon. I can definitely recommend Nissan Kitchener for car deals

Poor service and customer care.
No written complaint register. Just after inspection done within 11 km bottom splash front plate fell and broke.

Service department is trustworthy, efficient and all around fantastic. Shout outs to Emily and Frank, excellent customer service and my Nissan has never been better.
