Updated 2022-Nov-28: Back again with a different computer and an obscure BSOD memory issue. Took the computer the same day I called and had it back to me in less than 24 hours at an extremely fair price. I would give 6 stars, if I could.

I consulted Nate on an urgent basis as my laptop had some fan issues and it made loud noises. He had a busy schedule but still agreed to give me appointment to check my laptop. I am a student and I need my laptop for my online classes, assignments and everything. Nate was kind enough to understand my situation and helped me with my situation. He helped replace the laptop fan to the earliest he could. I highly recommend his work.

Nate is the real deal. The first time I brought in my laptop that had water damage, rather than charging me unnecessary fees, he was 100% honest and said it wasn’t worth trying to fix. He even recovered my SSD free of charge!

Once I knew he was trustworthy I knew I’d bring anymore broken electronics his way. Most recently, I brought my PC in to be cleaned up. His prices were WAY better than Canada Computers, his turnaround was extremely fast, and he knows what he’s talking about.

He also reached out to me personally days after to make sure everything was running great.

10/10 service, would recommend his services to everybody.

Nate is every bit as good as the internet boasts, if not better. He answered my panicked text at 10: 30pm on a Thursday, when my rig went down, and he responded right away. I was back up and running at my desk all within 38 hours.

I would recommend him to anyone.

I still cannot believe how quickly Nate could take in my laptop, diagnose my issue and provide solution options, nevermind how quickly he fixed it! About a 24 hour turnaround from initial contact to getting back my fixed laptop!

I moved out of KW and I make the drive when I need to get my computer fixed. If you're looking to get your computer repaired Nate is the best person to go to.

My desktop computer wouldn't power up after a power outage. Went to Nate based on stellar reviews. I was able to book an appointment same day in a short time frame. Dropped off my computer and he was able to diagnose the problem before I even got home from dropping off. Not only that, but, was able to get a same day replacement of my power supply for a reasonable price.

I had dropped off my computer at a national computer store chain for repairs. When I got told that it would be three days before they did their diagnosis instead of the one that I was told, I started looking around.

Nate texted me back in less than 20 minutes on a Saturday and scheduled for me to drop my PC off with him that afternoon. He diagnosed the issue while I literally stood on his door step, gave me an amazing price for parts and labour, and said I could pick it up the next day.

With such amazing customer service, he has absolutely become my "computer guy" and I'll send everyone I know to him if they ever need computer repairs!

Nate recovered data from my HD in my laptop that died. It was a complicated task and he did it over Easter weekend. You can count on this guy. Needed a new ssd installed into my girlfriends gaming laptop, I'm not very good with laptops so I called up Nate. He had me an appointment in the next half hour. I showed up and he told me he would have what I needed done in literally 5 minutes for only 30 dollars. Brilliant, reliable, cheap and most importantly the guy just knows his stuff. 5 stars will be back!

My laptop stopped booting up successfully so I sent Nate an email on a Friday to see if it was something he might be able to sort out. He was available to take a look at it next day, so I dropped it off in the morning. He quickly diagnosed the issue on the spot as a worn out hard disk drive and offered me two storage size options of solid state drive replacements, both of which he had on hand. He called me just a few hours later to let me know it was ready to go! My laptop is now booting and operating faster than ever, and I still have all the personal files and documents from my previous drive in a recovery folder that Nate kindly dropped on my Desktop. I thought I was going to have to replace my laptop or at least pay double what I did with Nate on the job. I'm so grateful for how easy and quick Nate made this for me and highly recommend him based on my experience!

Absolutely fantastic experience! I found my laptop screen broken on Sunday night, in a panic I emailed nate not expecting a response. Not only did he respond but he quoted me and and booked a next day drop off. Turn around of a few days and zero issues! Highly recommend!

Nate is an awesome guy! Even though he could not fix my laptop; he was honest about it and did not charge anything for checking it up. Best computer repair experience I’ve ever had! My new computer that I bought from Canada Computers stopped working. Canada Computers was unable to fix the problem even with my extended warranty.
