I'm a new kiteboarder, and unfortunately had a accident and tore my kite. I reached out to Kiteloft on a Saturday night asking for help,
Got a reply back straight away,

You found it. This is where you get kite fixed. Period. The service that Lenka at Kiteloft provides is, in my opinion, without peer. I fly my kites hard, often too hard. I’ve had slow leaks, popped bladders, tears and even ripped one almost right in half. Lenka has repaired them all! And her repairs are tougher and more durable than the original. Great communication throughout and clear upfront fair pricing. She has saved me thousands of dollars and has kept my kites in the air. Without Kieloft, I’m not kiting.

I brought Lenka a kite that was badly destroyed, looked like it couldn’t be salvaged, canopy was ripped in half and ripped away from the leading edge bladder, she did a great job repairing it. After the repair, the kite flew the same way it did before the damage occurred. I recommend her kite repair services to all my kiting buddies.

My kite was ripped in 5 places at the treacherous rocks of lagoon city. Lenka came to the rescue! It flies well now. A second time I had a bladder change, 15 minutes turnaround

Lenka was very quick and thorough at fixing my kites and wings. She really knows her stuff and has the right tools for the job. Good to have some one with her skills and knowledge in our region

Amazing kite repairs. Always fast, flys the same and looks great. Best is Lenka coordinates with other kiteboarders so it's easy to send her and get back my kites
