Prices are ridiculously close to retail for old returns and you run the risk of a product not working. I was after a chair for $160, same chair on Costco. Ca for 159.99. Do not recommend this place at all. Overpriced junk.

Very bad customer service. The staff needs 101 courtesy, they need to be educated.
I Went with my mother in law there to be accused at the cash of stealing our own jackets that we went in the store wearing.
I asked them to check the security cameras and follow up with me. They said the owner was not there and they had no access to the security cameras that day. Eventually I left my contact number, email, and name asking to be contacted once they do check the security cameras at the entrance…No body contacted me since. I tried to contact the owner today, she picked up the phone, listened for a while, justifying that the staff was only doing her job, I tried to tell her that her approach was not acceptable, then to my shock she slapped the phone! If this is the buiseness owner, what do you expect from the staff
The least they could do was a sincere apology!

First time going, and last time too. I brought a light up sign to the cash with a 20 dollar sticker on it, and the guy at the cash looked at me and immediately accused me of switching the stickers. I was very confused and he left and came back with a different sign and said it was 85 dollars, ripped the sticker off, wrote 85 dollars on it and put a new sticker on. Didn’t realize if things were priced wrongly that it was my fault. He was rude to me for no reason of my own, plus the sign at Costco is only 70 dollars?

I bought a Galanz Microwave from this place and was told that the factory one year warranty is available. The microwave showed error 40 after several days and could not be used anymore. We contacted Galanz customer service and got their response: We have checked the receipt and we are sorry to inform you that the unit you have purchased is from an unauthorized retailer. Therefore, we can not proceed further with the warranty claim. Kindly be informed that you may contact retailer directly for further assistance. We also contacted the K&K Liquidation and was told they are not responsible for anything. Very bad experience.

Totally disappointed that K&K have raised most of their prices by 50%. Not a reasonable 10% or 15%. But a painful, pocket-burning, money-grab 50%. Pants remain $10.for now. But an item I would purchase for $14.00 jumped to $21.00. Even the snack basket at the check out used to be. 50 cents a bag.now. 75 cents. Yes, prices are less than big box stores. But this is damaged or unwanted "stuff". "Buyer beware" NO RETURNS and increased by 50%.

This place never fails to disappoint! Please don't fall for the instagram marketing gimmicks! Once you drive down to this place you'll find that most of the stuff you see is of poor quality and overpriced with no returns or exchanges policy! Might as well buy the same stuff from other stores that gives warranty and right price. I came to this store twice and returning back with the same feeling! Not recommended.

What is it about liquidation places that bring the worst out of humans? If you ever want to see Karens in the wild they're a dime a dozen out here (fitting for a liquidation warehouse).

Honestly if you value your time don't bother going here. If you manage to find a parking spot without a fight, then expect long lines at the cashier of people wanting to buy half-decent products at best.

Caveat emptor. This chaotic liquidation operation reportedly gets their products from Costco (likely returns given the state of much of the packaging) and we made a purchase yesterday only to notice today that Costco had the exact same product in pristine condition for almost 13% LESS than K & K. I'm sure that there are deals to be had, but double-check before checking out.

Buyer beware, just like some of the comments say.
Purchased a blowup toy for the kids, was assured by one of the staff that everything was opened and tested prior to being re-packaged up. Also, it was advertised on their social media that they were opening all the toys up and testing them prior to selling.
We are from out of town, so I put a little bit too much trust in what they were advertising and figured that I was safe, despite the dozens of final sale signs all over the store. It’s not so much the money, I purchased the product for cheap, it’s now the headache and hassle that I have to go through because I have four kids in the backyard waiting for the new toy I purchased.
When I called and questioned about everything being tested, they said it should have been, “maybe the one I bought was missed” and all sales are final, not that I would have driven all the way back for a $50 product, but principle now. Staff‘s response is that I should have unrolled the hundred foot slip and slide in the middle of the parking lot (after they claimed their staff had already done it) to check myself for any pinholes. This store is filled with Costco returns, which are obviously returned for a reason, so do your due diligence.

Be CAREFUL, DO NOT BUY DOG FOOD HERE. My dog loves Cesar food, so I bought some from here, was good price, 35 small boxes for $19. When I opened them at home, full of white dots worm eggs! No wonder why my dog didnot wanna touch it at all. Shame they sell these in the store! Obviously they are guilty when there is no return or refund. They knew!

Final sale policy but Prices equal to Amazon for most things. Pants for $10 could be a good deal if you could find something that fits. They are a mixed pile with 42 and 32 waist in the same handful. Not sorted by size or brand or anything. Other things are cheaper at Costco. And then when you compare Costco's generous return policy to no returns here, I don't see any appeal to come back.

It's tour responsibility to make sure that everything works before you buy or at least before you leave the place. The prices sometimes are comaparable to the SALE prices from the 'store' they actually belong.

We currently have a child who is crying because the toy we bought him today does not have all the pieces. Nobody in the store told us that we needed to open and look through the box to make sure it had all the pieces. It was missing the entire base of the toy. When we called to talk about possibly just getting another one, the lady on the phone was not only rude, but hung up the phone on us. We can appreciate store policies but the customer service and the way they run their business is embarrassing. We will NEVER be returning to K and K Liquidation.

I had the same experience as many others. They do not check their products and price them as everything is in. We did not open the package because we thought that everything is inside. The manager was talking to me with disrespect and told me that I should open the package before I bought it.
It sounded like it was my fault. They did not WANT to speak to me. Very disappointing, it was a clear CHEATING.

Purchased a dishwasher and was told I could return within 7 days if there were any issues. I got it home and realized I couldn't even open the door the entire way down because it was broken on the side. Brought it back and received a lot of resistance from the staff saying I should have noticed. Eventually they gave me a store credit, not my money back. I had to wait three more weeks for a dishwasher to come in store, when I went to purchase it they had marked it up another 100.00. These people are crooks and sell garbage, so if you shop there make sure you thoroughly look over the product because the staff DO NOT.

My family has shopped at K&K for several years now. We are more than pleased with our numerous purchases. Clothing including kids items, footwear, bedding, linens, pillows, Lego, Nerf, Hugo Boss sunglasses & small appliances. We have also purchased a bed, a headboard & home exercise equipment. Last
summer we bought 5 Hunter ceiling fans for all the bedrooms & last week we purchased a
chaise sofa. Just pointing out that we have purchased a wide range of merchandise from K&K and are very, very happy with everything.
Chris & Kailey are so friendly & have always, always been very helpful. Kudos to their staff - Jess, Christina, Farah, Kelly, Mike, Kenny & Karl.
The store can get very busy and they are always cheerful and polite. The fellas are awesome - especially when an item is too heavy.
The store is a liquidation centre - of course not everything is in pristine condition but the prices reflect that. It is stated quite clearly that ALL sales are final.
One last comment. I do not live in Wellesley, I am not related to anyone at the store & I do not socialize with any of the staff. My family genuinely enjoys shopping here & we save hundreds of dollars every year.

Deceitful buisiness. Bought a duvet not in original packaging, K&K labelled it as a Queen duvet when they repackaged it for sale but realized it was a King when I got home. Was told by the owner that's my own fault for not opening it and measuring it myself before I left the store- I had pointed out they are the ones who mis-labelled- he didn't care, still my fault, no return. So be warned- they are deceitful to their customers about their products, and passing the owness off. I get this is an as-is retailer and you need to check things over, but this is just bad.

After registering with our cell phone and waiting an hour, they stopped letting anyone in 30 min before closing, but didn’t text us! They state to wait in car until texted, but there was only 2 groups ahead of us (according to our phone queu) and no one knew they stopped letting anyone in! Should post that they ‘close’ 30 min before closing time. And should develop better system to communicate that no one else will be let in. At least come out and put a “closed” sign on top of the line registration. If we knew, would have saved us another wasted 15 min still waiting. Had we known that you “close” by not admitting anyone 30 min prior to official close would have been helpful (we wouldn’t have waited). Others standing in line were also very frustrated at lack of consideration and communication. Poor business model and lack of consideration for customers.

There were lots of good deals. It woukd be nice to have the clothes, especially children's hung up instead of bins to allow more then 1 person to look at items.

I bought a product and paid $140.and the product did not work at home and absolutely no refund was given. They don't take the product back, I know that but I asked them for help.at least they could have given me advice on repairing the product.but these attitudes gave me distrust. I absolutely do not trust them.

Every time I go, each and everyone bends over backwards to accommodate any special request I have. The cashiers are always smiling and trying to make everyone’s experience special. I go in knowing all sales are final and yet there have been no issues. I’m sure one of these days I may pick something that doesn’t live up to my expectations but that is my responsibility before I leave with it. Even the wait time to get in is so well managed. Thanks for always putting a smile on my face.

Shoppers beware …. This store has no customer service whatsoever reading previous reviews this liquidation place should be closed. The owner Kaylee should not be working in a retail store and needs a new career. I was so upset with my experience with her over dishes yes plates she thinks she owns a royal doulton store. If you are shopping there apparently you have to read the signs around the store about there so called policies if you miss these you may have to confront Kaylee which you will not want to do. The situation I had was starting with my husband and daughter innocently purchasing two boxes of Denby dishes which warning don’t buy from this place they were at the checkout and the cashier opened the box that was opened before looked thru it and claimed okay (her story at the time). At the car in the parking lot I was and opened both boxes glad I did the one the cashier looked on 80% chipped and broken other box perfect.hmmm so into the store I go with my witness my daughter and confronted the cashier she claims once you leave they are yours we never left the lot within minutes I went back in so the owner beside her heard and said that’s our policy but that was the box the cashier has actually looked in which she thought was okay my daughter confirmed so the owner was saying if we have another box switch the broken ones but charge them a cost of plates I had to sort out all the broken ones and they took a long time to bring the box and do the switch once done the cashier who changes her story and said she only opened the box and looked inside although my daughter witnessed her earlier actually touching them. She states she doesn’t have to look and told my husband you can check he saw her do it and trusted her. The cashier got the owner back and she says so total count of replaced plates to charge me we argued and almost had me in tears and I said well we are not shopping here anymore and she says that’s FINE.omg no compassion at all. This upsetting learning lesson of the day is never shop liquidation be very careful and hope that Kaylee finds a new rewarding career with no customers.

I'm almost embarrassed ro say how much we've spent and how much we've saved. From 3 mattresses for the price of 1 and a twin long adjustable bed with mattress for the price of a mattress to lights, ladders, vacuum cleaners, fans, housewares, cutlery, bedding towels, food and often clothing is half price. Lots of kids toys, furniture and renovation producfs/appliances. We'd saved a small fortune. Always a favorite weekly jaunt.

And when you go for get your sold stuff they are misbehaving with you and tell you that you want the left over stuff or just get out of the store

You can find great prices here, however, beware of the inconsistent pricing. I have shopped many times at this store and the same products will be marketed with the same price (ie.bin says its this this price) but then when you go up to cash, they tell you a different price depending on who you speak to you! The store needs to honour the prices that the signs say and make specifications regarding specific brands clear! If it says "50% off blankets" for instance, all blankets should be for that offer! I do not appreciate them making up new prices off the top of their heads, which they typically do if there is no price tag!

I really love this place! I have been shopping here for many years. Along the way we have purchased many things from peanut butter to a hot tub! I actually prefer the system that has come about since the pandemic.a bit more civilized and organized.

Have been going to K&K for years. Sometimes you find lots of things that you need/want ; other times not so much. I have loved the QR code system they started during covid. I hope they continue it even when we get back to normal.

I purchased a beautiful dining table set from K and K. I was very impressed with the product of the store. The owner was very polite and professional to deal with. He answered all our questions and made our experience a pleasant one. Reading some of these reviews makes me think people may not understand that it’s a liquidation store. You’re getting product at a good discount that may have the most minor imperfections.

I bought nice Sony noise cancelling headphones here (that usually retail at $399, for a small fraction of the price around $120) - very happy with the Quality. You cannot make any returns so make sure you check product before you purchase:) Fragrances are usually half price of what they retail in stores as well.

I love this store and the people who work there. I have been shopping there (and their former location) for years. I buy great products for amazing prices and really enjoy the deals I walk away with. And when I need help, staff is always ready and willing to help me to my car with heavy or awkward items. For anyone who has had an issue, please take the following into consideration:

Issue: You find the item cheaper somewhere else.
Solution: Before you buy it, check for price comparisons online. I do that often so I know if it's a great deal or not. Have those links bookmarked on your phone to make checking fast and easy. And check Costco pricing too as sometimes it can be less and you can return the item.

Issue: What is in the box is different than the package or item doesn't work or wrong size.
Solution: Realize they are a liquidation store and this can happen unfortunately, but they don't do it deliberately. They also post signs informing customers to check before buying as no refunds or exchanges are allowed. Check the box and the contents thoroughly before you buy. Plug in the item to see if it is operational. Look for dents, permanent marker pricing or scratches. Check shoe sizes or the clothing item to make sure the size matches the box or hanger.

Issue: It is too busy and the customers are pushy.
Solution: Keep kids at home as excited shoppers will not see them (especially sale days or after holidays). Try to go after the morning rush if you want to enjoy the experience and not wait in line. Saturdays are slower than Fridays. People are there to grab and buy in the morning, so know what you are walking into.

Issue: Felt rushed and don't like what you bought or the item doesn't fit.
Solution: Sell on Facebook Marketplace/Buy and Sell Groups or Kijiji and make your money back or even a profit.

In there a couple of times now on a Friday and the lineup to check out has literally stretched all the way around the perimeter of the building.

A few things I would buy and take isn't worth standing in line for an hour to check out.

I guess that's a good problem to have if your K&K but as a customer I'm not interested in standing in line that long to save $3 to Dollars $10.

Not saying don't shop they're not saying they aren't good deals just be where they're going to stand in line on a Friday morning!

Purchased a headphone for a present. Was charged $185 plus tax. Saw at sony they were only $99. Came into see the owner, who told me the cashier over charged me. That the headphones were only $120. When I showed they are $99 dollars brand new. She told me that they purchased them months ago at $120. I told her I would write a review about the cost of the products and she told me go ahead she didnt care. Do not shop here and if you do please check the price at regular stores. I'm 100% sure they are over charging people.

Disappointed. Called about an item and was told there were plenty. Drove over an hour to get there, when i arrived i was told they didn't have any for a while. A trick just to get me there or just didn't care. Left without buying anything i found there wasn't really any deals.
I won't be going back.

Great place but insanely busy! Lots of good deals but know your prices as some are priced half off regular, where others are regular price or some even a bit above.

Definitely worth the drive on a Friday or Saturday!

I have only gone once but wasn't impressed. It's mostly stuff you see at Costco. Some of it was slightly more expensive then you'd pay for it brand new at Costco. Some stuff was clearly used and only slightly discounted over the new Costco price. Not worth it in my opinion. We left without buying anything. Some furniture seemed like a good deal but nothing else was. Outlets in kitchener and waterloo sell the same brand of potato chips for much cheaper.

I always find great value and deals. K&K liquidation is always packed on Saturdays but it is worth it. The staff are friends and have good customer service skills. I would rate 5 stars if the owners didn't show up. The owners are always very pushy and rude to both customers and staff.

I realize youre getting banged up boxes and you take the risk of damaged goods, but when the boxes are sealed shut you can't see how bad the damage is. Just wish the workers took a look at the damage before they sealed the boxes. I went there today and three cases of apple sauce and diced peaches had been damaged so badly, half the containers were emptied and mold had already started growing. Very disappointed. Never had that happen with the former owners.

Jacobs Liquidation tests their products before putting them on the floor. Jacobs Liquidation is 34 Wellington St N, St. Marys, ON N4X 1B7. They are a lot nicer to deal with and their prices are better.lately noticing k and k putting prices up, sometimes even more than Costco, so take your phone and look up the things you are buying, as you can NOT RETURN. Recently I had to argue with them to get my money back. I asked for carry out and was told "no problem". I got my car and a young man that brought my things out said "didn't you have a carpet" I said yes. Well he said "somebody must have taken it". So I was made to stand and watch everyone in the line to see if they had it first, then I was made to walk through the store to see if it was in the store, then was told I was out of luck. I got angry and said I'd like to see the manager. The girl with long blond hair argued with me until she spoke with the manager and finally agreed it WAS their responsibility and gave me my money back, but i was told from now on, THEY DO NOT DO CARRY OUT.and if I left anything inside to be carried out I RISK SOMEONE STEALING IT. Terrible customer service from SOME of the girls. The Big lady *I think mennonite* is very kind. Go through her check out.

Not fair that most of the people don't know they are being ripped off. Yes, you find some good deals sometimes, but the fact that the owner doesn't care about the clients makes me not shop there anymore. Also the bald guy is pretty mean.

It's a liquidation outlet for Costco stuff (mostly). DO NOT come here before 11: 00 on Friday because I don't want to compete with you to get the deals. Completly happy with almost everything that I purchased here. No returns here so be smart about it folks. Good staff here

You need to know the prices at Costco because for some items price may be higher than Costco plus they don't have a return policy.
Don't buy any electronics, appliances, phone chargers etc.as you may have the unpleasant surprises to get with them home and don't work. Also inspect clothes as they "can't afford to loose money " I was told when I brought to their staff attention that some clothes that I was interested were ripped beyond repair and they put it back for sale hopping that somebody won't see the rip and buy it.
A horrible owner (a blonde gal with long hair) very unprofessional that swears at costumers if you challenge their price listed wrong, that forgets that she is in business because of their costumers that do their shopping in good faith not knowing they are after ripping you off intentionally.
