KKP - Etobicoke

After having been unsuccessful with a larger printing company, I decided to try KKP in Etobicoke. I needed to get 20+ copies of a cook book I created from my 91 year old mother-in-law's old recipe cards! It was an urgent order because we are a big family and celebrating Christmas in early Dec.

After having lost over 2 weeks with the previous printing company who was non responsive and provided incorrect quotes and finally said they could not do the job on time - I went to KKP and dealt with Vanessa who was absolutely a pleasure to deal with! She understood how important this was for my and my family and she helped me decide on format, binding solutions and actually highlighted issues that needed to be addressed promptly so that we could get the copies printed in time for our large family party! All I can say is that KKP did a wonderful job and that the quality and attention to detail was was exceptional.

I highly recommend KKP and I would not consider taking my business anywhere else! This will be treasured by family members for years to come and my sincerest thanks goes to Vanessa for all her help!

The KKP team are so great! They’re respond quickly and efficiently. They were able to help me edit my business cards. I noticed a minor mistake and they kindly reprinted and cut my cards within an hour free of charge and were so kind to do this for me during the busy Christmas season.

Working with Pat and his team at KKP is always a pleasure. We use them to print lots of corporate items mostly printed on card stock. We have also used them for bigger items like outdoor flags and banners. They are quick to respond and easy to work with. They provide excellent service.

I called them to print me some papers before closing time.but they said we cannot do it for you because only 10 mins left and our machines wont start. Such a bad service.

I started using KKP Etobicoke after moving my design business to the West end. Their location is super convenient and close to my clients so avoids delays and saves on courier fees. Linda is great at getting back to me quickly with quotes and the turnaround on print is just as quick. Great quality and customer service!
