Klassic Dry Cleaners Professional Alterations

Richard and his dad are absolute kind souls. They have great customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere. They give you your items packaged well for dry cleaning. The only down side is that dry cleaning your items can be picked up on a Wednesday of each week. At times, I need my clothing in a matter of days and waiting till Wednesday puts me in a dilemma. Another instance, I came in for a pick up as always on a Wednesday and my clothing wasn't ready from the dry cleaners. So it's been a hit and a miss. Other than that - this place is actually good.

I am deeply disappointed with the alteration service for my expensive suit pants. The alterations were poorly executed. Moreover, the pants were not properly ironed or stored in a cover, resulting in a wrinkled and unsightly appearance. Do not waste your clothes, time and effort showing up to this place. These folks DO NOT KNOW nothing about customer care.

I brought my dress in for oil stains on Monday June 26,2023 and was glad that they said they’ll put it in as rush order so I can make it on time for the wedding on June 30,2023. I picked up my dress on Thursday 29,2023 which was when they said it’ll be done by.

To my disappointment, they told me the stains did not go away and that even if they washed it 3 times, it still did not go away.

I asked of it would still be the same price (39$) since the stains were still there and got enhanced even. The person at the front stated that she should be charging me even more since they tried 3 times to get it off. (I never asked for them to washed it 3 times… they could have at least called me to ask where to proceed when they didnt get it off the first time. I wouldve felt better of i knew before picking it up to plan what to do next)

I ended up paying, and went home with the same stains on my dress. All the day before the wedding. I feel like i paid for nothing.
All they could do is shrug.
So sad. Never again.

Was overlooked for customers who had arrived after me due to familiarity with them. Left after waiting. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Zero stars if I could.

Disaster don’t go there they have no knowledge they destroyed my items trying to fix them the way they think its better, I will never go there again and never recommend nobody.

I’ve had my share of bad dry cleaners in the city. Never disappointed with Richard. He’s upfront, honest, and a pleasure to chat with.

I’m willing to travel just to have my jacket dry cleaned by then. Just picked it up today and asked them for a quotation to stitched up another jacket that I recently bought. Richard was honest enough not to accept the job because he thinks it’s gonna be a waste of money if he does (because of the quality of the jacket made by the manufacturer). I’m sure if I’d go to others they would still accept the job despite knowing the repercussions. Would gladly go back to them for any dry cleaning or tailoring services.:)

Great customer service and professional work. The pickup/drop off service was so convenient and worked with my schedule. Extremely reasonable prices and so glad I have found my go to dry cleaner! Also fixed 4 pairs of my pants quickly and they look brand new! Excellent work.

I love that Klassic dry cleaners has a mobile service. Given that I take care of an elderly mom, I found it amazing that Klassic Dry came to pick up my dry cleaning and delivered it. Staff was very professional, courteous and prompt. Would definitely recommend the mobile service especially during these times. Thank-you Klassic Cleaners for providing such a great service.
