It was my first wedding dress-shopping experience, and we ended up at Kleinfeld at La Baie in Toronto. What a surprise to discover their vast inventory of dresses! I received the best advice from consultant Gordana, who was never impatient with me despite my indecisiveness and numerous requests. She was very available and, above all, funny, professional, non-judgmental, and competent. It felt reassuring to shop for my wedding dress with a best friend who works in the wedding industry. Sadly, this boutique will be closing its doors soon, but I'm delighted with my final dress choices and especially the prices! As Montrealers feeling a bit lost, Michelle was also very welcoming towards us. Thank you a thousand times to the whole fantastic team!

Thank you Kleinfeld Toronto for making all of my wedding day dreams come true! The service, attention to detail and quality is simply outstanding. Initially I was planning to try to cut costs on my dress and alterations but my bridal consultant Rosa and the Kleinfeld team proved that every dollar was absolutely worth it. Rosa went miles above and beyond to ensure that I had the best experience. To name a few special moments, she found ways to make me laugh when the wedding pressure increased, built up my self-confidence through the dress finding process, and answered every single question I had with expertise and enthusiasm. My alterations consultant, Jana made sure that my dress was absolutely perfect and I felt comfortable in it. Never did I expect to have such a wonderful wedding dress experience, with memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life.

I am sad to hear Kleinfeld is closing, but I feel so blessed to be a Kleinfeld bride.

Imagine……… a Covid delayed wedding, four excited women, a lot of ideas …. And Gordana was the perfect problem solver. She was extremely professional, funny, insightful, sensitive to our needs, and a consummate professional… she actually knew the answer before we did!

We are so happy with our experience and realize that happened because of the knowledge and taste of Gordana. She helped us make a difficult choice easy …. There were so many exquisite Kleinfeld dresses to choose from and our bride looked so beautiful in all of them! Thank you Gordana and Kleinfeld!

Even though my choice is not 100% yet, I cannot say enough great things about the Kleinfeld experience. The boutique is gorgeous, the change rooms so spacious and the salon ideal for all ladies to be comfortable the entire time. The dress selection is very extensive. But what really made the difference was my consultant Eleanor. She was warm, kind and so knowledgeable. She knew when to intervene and offer suggestions and when to stand on the side and let us discuss styles. She was so fast when helping me change, too. In the end, I liked the top of a dress and the bottom of another and she mentioned i could combine both, i would never have thought this was possible. I'm still on the fence given the price tag but could not have asked for better. She even stayed with us longer as she didn't have another appointment after mine. She could have just told me our time was running out and ended her day early. Thanks a million Eleanor!

ELEANOR is the BEST! I found my PERFECT dress after only tries! She knew EXACTLY what I wanted and she remembered me when I came back a year later for alterations. As a Bride who went to A LOT of stores I can honestly say Kleinfeld was the best experience by far. There was a huge collection of dresses and I found the perfect gown with the help of the most lovely sales associate Gordana. She was amazing right from the start when she took the time to chat with me about what I wanted and guided me through the floor explaining the different designers and ultimately finding me the perfect dress.and there was definitely no high pressure sales. I am looking so forward to the rest of my fittings! Kleinfeld is a magical place and it's sad to see that the Toronto location is closing down. Happy I found my perfect gown with the most special sales associate just in time

I will say the selection of dresses I liked was super limited. But I still did feel beautiful in the one I may go for.

The space is beautiful with lots of options to try on. I had Daniella looking after me for my appointment and she was the absolute best!

I went for my first appointment two weeks ago, and worked with Jeannie. She is so sweet and truly amazing to work with! She was so knowledgeable and immediately understood my style. I went back to order my gown with Jeannie and it was a great experience, the process was truly seamless and super exciting! Everyone is so friendly at Kleinfeld! Highly recommend!

I recently purchased my wedding dress from Kleinfelds Toronto and my experience exceeded my expectations! To be completely honest I booked the appointment thinking I would likely have to visit a few other boutiques before making my selection as my wedding is in less than 5 months and I didn’t think they would have a dress in my budget. My party was greeted with such grace and the sales associate was an absolute ANGEL! Her name is Eleanor and she is so beyond good at her job. She was so attentive, patient, informative she truly made my experience! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dress she knew what I wanted better than I knew and literally all the dresses she picked for me looked incredible on. I can’t say enough about her! I’m so happy!

I remember watching "Say Yes to the Dress" in high school and knew I wanted the Kleinfeld experience. I was a bit nervous when I was shopping for my bridal gown after reading about the experiences brides had during the pandemic but I have nothing but glowing compliments for the entire Kleinfeld's team. I had my wedding in October 2022, bought my dress Dec 2021. This was actually my 2nd appointment as I wasn't sure what I wanted during my first appointment. Eleanor was my consultant and was so patient with me, never pushy and even gave me a bit of a discount to try and get my dress to fit within my budget. Needless to say, I found my dream dress at Kleinfeld! From then on, communication with the team was top-notch. Andreia always responded to my emails re: appointment scheduling and fittings within 1-2 days. Isabel was my seamstress and can I just say she is a miracle worker and so experienced! I got so many compliments on my dress the day of and loved it so much, I wore it the entire night. Thank you Kleinfeld for making my princess dreams come true!

Rosalind was my stylist and she was excellent to work with. Listened and made some great suggestions based on what I was trying to find in a wedding dress. She made the experience very enjoyable. Rooms are huge and plenty of space to try on dresses. The bathrooms also bery clean. Although I did not purchase here, I would definitely recommend Kleinfeld and Rosalind.

It was always a dream of mine and my mothers to go wedding dress shopping at Kleinfelds and honestly they did not disappoint. For anyone who gets Jeannie as their consultant, don’t worry as you are in good hands. She was absolutely wonderful and made the experience. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest and really took the time to understand what I wanted and give me good advice. The two top contender dresses (one which I did purchase) were her picks. I felt so special! Thank you again Jeannie. I couldn’t be happier with the dress and the experience.

I have had a wonderful experience at Kleinfelds so far and during COVID. The staff were so kind and made the experience as comfortable as possible for me. Gordana helped me pick dresses based on what I had explained I liked. She quickly got to know me and what looked good on my body type and suggested I try on a dress she thought I would suit. It wasn't originally what I was going for, but I decided to try it on. (I kind of wanted a big princess dress, but I am petite and Gordana kindly pointed out that I was drowning amongst the dresses, suggesting a more fitted and sleek look to compliment my body shape). I put on the dress she grabbed and instantly knew it was the one. I waited a month, came back, and bought the dress. Hands down the best decision and so excited about the dress! Thank you, Gordana!

Excellent! Tamika was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional; she really knew what she was doing. Arrived at 10am and by noon my daughter "said YES to the dress"! This would not have happened without Tamika's guidance. The "top 3" dresses were absolutely gorgeous on. But a decision was made and we were on our way. Tamika made this a fun and efficient experience.

I had such a pleasant experience with the Kleinfled team - namely Rosalind and Danielle. I came in for my initial gown consultation in July 2022, and it was my first time trying on wedding dresses in general; I was able to explore and narrow down my style from the initial appointment with the help of Rosalind. A few months had gone by and I was ready to try on more wedding dresses; unfortunately, the dress I liked had been discontinued, but Danielle was able to find THE DRESS for me during my second appointment in Dec 2022 after I told her what I like from the initial appointment. Later on I came back for a third appointment for the veil.

I thoroughly enjoyed all of my appointments with Rosalind and Danielle; they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. They were not pushy AT ALL; I am extremely happy with my selection and would really recommend this experience to those that are in the research of the perfect dress!

Wedding dress mecca!

There is a lot of selection and the staff is very experienced and know the inventory well.

If you are unsure of what your looking for in a wedding dress then this would be a good place to start. They have a lot of traditional wedding dresses and gowns. In terms of colour, there are a lot of white and nude dresses to chose from.

Inventory is mostly size 10 but they have ways to make the dresses larger and smaller for all frames.

There is not a lot of inventory for those looking for unique or coloured gowns.

They should invest in new couches as they are worn and this cheapens the experience.

I was not expecting to find a dress here. But Rosalind was the kindest most efficient person we could have asked for and against all odds she has found me a dress for my wedding in December. I am thankful beyond words for her incredible talent.

She expertly discerned my style and preferences from what seemed like little to no information on my part (I came completely unprepared and showed only one picture).

Rosalind found me multiple dresses that suited me beautifully after spending less than 15 minutes with me and was able to work within my budget and a very tight time frame.

Rosalind was the one who found my dress and I quite literally could not have done this without her ️

The experience of shopping for a wedding dress at Kleinfeld was seamless. The staff are so friendly, accommodating & kind. Eleanor was lovely and helped me find the perfect dress I wanted. The only down side is that sometimes I felt rushed and wish I could have taken my time more.
Shanay at reception is also amazing. She has a very grounding & compassionate energy that really helped calm any nerves about the process! Isabel, who fitted my dress was incredible. The most stressful bridal shopping experience I ever had so far. Won't recommend if your wedding date is in 3-4 months because they don't have a lot of samples to sale and you cannot even try them on if your wedding date is before when the dress can be ordered.

Loved my experience here with my associate Gordanna. No pressure, very knowledgeable, and the most experienced compared to the other shops in Toronto I went to. So happy I said yes to the dress here!

I visited Kleinfelds in Toronto. My consultant's was Gordana. I had visited at least 6 other stores in Toronto and she was my favourite consultant! She was so personable, kind and gave me great suggestions. I really felt so comfortable with her and she made this the best experience for me. There was a specific dress I wanted to try on, but she told me they were no longer carrying that designer. At the end of the appointment she ended up finding the sample dress for me! I was so excited and pleased at her determination to find the sample. I didn't end up purchasing a dress from kleinfeld because they only had the sample dress to sell to me and it was too small. I ended up going to the designer to purchase the dress as they are based in Toronto. Thank you Gordana, you were amazing!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Kleinfelds. My consultant, Danielle, was attentive, supportive and open to any and all ideas I had. She never ever made me feel like I HAD to purchase something and I felt no pressure whatsoever to do that. Honestly, she made the experience that much more fun and was so excited with us when I tried on each gown. I don’t have enough good things to say about her - so much that when I wanted to purchase my dress I made sure to go back when she was working.

During my time there I felt like a princess. We pulled about five dresses, I was helped into each one and accessorized with veils, belts, whatever we felt would compliment the look. I never felt rushed.

As a plus size bride I was so worried - not only about finding a dress I loved but about fitting into sample sizes. The language that my consultant used like “fuller figured” and “exclusive sizing” made me feel so much more comfortable, something I’ve never experienced shopping for clothing. I was able to fit into every dress that was pulled and all of my worries vanished. That moment was surreal.

Overall 10/10 would recommend Kleinfelds to any bride looking for their wedding dress!

I had such a great experience at Kleinfeld. My consultant Roshni was so amazing, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you ask for her when you book an appointment. She is very knowledgeable about the gowns and has GREAT taste – She pulled great options for me based on my preferences and budget and I truly loved everything I tried on. She allowed me and my party to take in each dress but also provided her thoughts, which I appreciated and valued. The consultant I had was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. She had the changing process down to a science! The changing rooms are huge and feel luxe, as does the entire store. My only disappointment was that they don't carry many of my fave designers.

After hearing from multiple friends who had poor experiences at Kleinfelds, I was really hesitant and worried to attend my appointment BUT my experience was out of this world.

From the moment we met with Gordana, I felt heard and knew that I was in good hands. She took us to the floor to help pick out the dresses we liked and she pulled them to the room for us.

I felt like a princess, being helped into my dress and setting me up at the exit for a grand reveal for each and every dress. She took the time to get me a veil to try on with the dresses I loved and anytime she took a dress away she always replaced it with ones she thought would look beautiful on my figure.

I was appreciative of the fact that she wanted me to try on all styles before I made my final decision. When I let her know we had a few other stops she was gracious and reminded me that she would take notes in my file on any dress that I tried and loved.

I wasn’t going to leave a review, but after visiting another dress shop in Toronto after I left Kleinfelds I realized just how beautiful my experience was.

Horrible experience and customer service. Flew in from out of town and the salon was incredibly unaccommodating. Their COVID protocols were completely illogical. My consultant was not even willing to show me dresses or attempt to rush an order to accommodate my wedding date. Wasn't even allowed to look through dresses myself. There was no rapport made between my consultant and I. She did not care about finding me a dress in the slightest. Made me feel incredibly unwelcome. For a time that should be so exciting, it was very disappointing.

I had been to a couple of places already before booking my appointment and the dresses that I had tried on never felt like me. I then booked an appointment with kleinfeld and I honestly couldn’t be happier. First of all I had accidentally booked my consultation on the wrong date so when getting there they didn’t find my booking. Luckily the girls by the reception were extremely understanding and they were able to squeeze me in right away! I went on my own as my family and friends live overseas but having T’Mikah as my consultant felt like having a friend with me. She was absolutely amazing! She understood exactly what I was looking for and It was really nice having her honest opinion. Other consultants I had met didn’t really listen and I felt like they didn’t have my best interest in mind. The dress she helped me find is screaming my name and I can’t wait to wear it!

This was by far one of the worst dress shopping experiences and my fiance was very disappointed with Kleinfeld. Although the consultant tried to be helpful she was not able to show her any of the wedding dresses that she wanted as they wouldn't arrive it time for the wedding. Overall very limited collections and selection. Don't go here unless you have at least a year to order your wedding dress.

I went to Kleinfeld this weekend with my mom for bridal gown shopping and we had the pleasure of working with Gordana. She was AMAZING. She was very honest, understanding, and gave amazing advice. She was one of the best consultants I have worked with during this process. Thank you again, Gordana!

My consultant Gordana was awesome. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and understood what I need. I definitely recommend this consultant and this place. I got what I expected and what I need.

Terrible customer service. I'm not sure if it's because of COVID or if this is their normal practise but it is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. After purchasing my wedding gown from them last September I have not received any correspondence from them regarding fitting and alterations appointment as it is nearing the 8-10 week mark prior to my wedding date. I have left several voicemails and email which have yet to be answered. This is still 100% unacceptable as there should be a receptionist to answer the phone. Having to leave multiple voicemails and waiting for an uncertain time for a callback is ridiculous. I do not recommend Kleinfeld's at Hudson's Bay due to their poor customer service.

Worse customer service ever. Seriously don't ever buy your wedding dress from them. My wedding is 6 weeks away and I still haven't received my dress yet. I can't even get in touch with anyone. I have been calling them leaving voicemails, emailing them. Nothing nothing not a single word from them. If you don't want a nightmare don't go with them.

I decided to get my dress from Kleinfeld because I wanted that amazing experience everyone talks about. It was amazing.at first. I found a beautiful gown and everyone was super nice. But once they make the sale, everything changes. I waited months and months and didn't hear anything, and tried so many times to reach customer service through phone, email and social media to get a status update on when my dress would be delivered. I understand that COVID has everyone out of the salon, but it wasn't right that everyone disappeared, especially in the high stress of planning a pandemic wedding. I finally got through after weeks of trying to get a hold of someone and went in for alterations. They charged me over $1100 for a simple neckline change from straight to sweetheart and length alteration. I had one appointment to measure everything and was supposed to go back two weeks later. Two days before my appointment, lockdown happened again. Once again, customer service went dark. I finally got through and was told I would have to pick up my gown curbside but they wouldn't give me a time. I called and called but no one would help me. I felt like I was in a hostage situation. I finally made an appointment to get it and waited almost an hour outside because the dress wasn't ready. But that's not the worst part. I tried on my dress at home and they cut the middle of the sweetheart neckline almost in my left armpit and rather than a heart shape it was two points jutting upwards. They completely butchered the top part of my dress, didn't measure anything, and the back of the dress was still unstitched and opened. My answer from Kleinfeld was "oh, I guess they were rushing". I paid over $1100 for this? ! I was refunded a portion of what I paid for the alterations (the manager was the only positive thing about this sh*tstorm), but this is a small consolation for having to completely restructure the neckline (which will turn out being completely different than what I wanted AND I have to pay even more money somewhere else). If they were running out of time, simply don't do anything at all rather than ruin the top of my dress. This experience was completely deplorable and I sincerely regret going to Kleinfeld to get my gown. This is NOT the amazing experience that Say Yes to the Dress portrays, trust me.

The worst customer service, I have tried calling, emailing and leaving instagram messages with them since April to arrange a fitting and/or to collect my dress (which I have paid for in full) and bring it elsewhere.

Appreciate we are living in a pandemic and stores have been closed but every other vendor and service provider has responded to emails or calls to provide an update or some form
of resolution. I feel very let down by this service, the gowns are expensive and this feels like the cheapest service possible. Give your business to a company that responds to its customers.

On their Instagram they use photos of photographers to promote the product without paying them or even asking permission.

I came here and found my entire look in one appointment and right on budget! Gordana was my consultant and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made the entire experience phenomenal! 10/10 for Gordana!

Woooooowwww just wow I could not be happier with my visit here today! Jeannie was so amazing! She sat me down and had me explain my dream dress, date and venue. And with that info alone she was like “I have the perfect dress for you! ”
We picked a few out together but the one she had in her mind I was like “ehhh it’s pretty but okay I’ll try it”
I put that dress on first and wow! She was right on the ball with that one! She didn’t even lace it up yet and I felt butterflies!
I didn’t think I was gonna find a dress I loved but she checked everything on my box. Unfortunately my mom couldn’t make it but Jeannie made me feel so at ease; she was so attentive, supportive and accommodating every step of the way!

I had a wonderful experience choosing a wedding dress at Kleinfeld’s Hudson Bay. My consultant, Olivia, was very enthusiastic and though I walked in with a photo of a dress in mind, Olivia pulled dresses with different silhouettes and fabrics so that I could imagine my bridal style and feel more confident about choosing a gown. The staff was very responsive throughout the entire tailoring process, the dress arrived on time, and overall, I am grateful for Kleinfeld’s customer service!

My experience was amazing due to the service provider by Hiba! She made me feel so comfortable and understood my needs! I said yes to the dress! Can't wait to get my wedding dress!

I can't say how disappointed I am with the service at the store. The sales rep was so rude to my daughter. She was so excited to finally get to Kleinfeld's after waiting so long for the appointment. The sales rep kept saying over and over " I have 20 years experience. " I'm not sure how that was relevant when all she did was show us unflattering gowns and under budget. It was huge mistake not asking for another sales rep as soon as we got the first insult from her.

My dress experience at first was excellent.but once they locked me into the contract, paid and picked up my wedding dress, CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAME NON-EXISTENT. I ended up having issues with the preservation of my wedding gown, resulting in significant loss of glitter and beading. I reached out to Kleinfeld to see if there was any way of repairing the dress. Let me say that I was/am willing to pay for the repairs (not looking for a freebie)! I just want my dress fixed as I want to be able to keep it forever. After more than a dozen emails, countless phone call attempts and more than a year of time, NO solution was ever executed. They gave the occasional response during that year but it was all just a holding pattern. My husband and I ended up celebrating our one year wedding anniversary with my dress still ruined. I'm trying to remember the amazing things about our wedding but all I keep coming back to is the destroyed dress sitting in my closet! Kleinfeld said the fabric was "ordered" but seven months later, I still never heard anything from them. The process was stressful, excruciating and utterly disappointing. They don't care about their brides. Once you've paid for your dress (and let me just say that my dress was more than $5,000), you don't matter to them. I recommend finding a local boutique instead. Go here for the experience but don't buy your dress here. The only reason Kleinfeld Canada is still in business is because of the namesake. Don't say yes to the dress here!

I always dreamed of being a Kleinfeld bride as silly as that may sound. I had a wonderful experience at the Toronto Kleinfeld! The lovely consultant who was helping me Stephanie, she was absolutely amazing! She had really patience with us. My grandma had to juggle two phones one with my best friend who is working aboard and my mom who has major health issues. She reassured me that this is my wedding and not let other people's opinions let me decide on my dress. I need to do what it is best for myself and not to try and please other people. Over all. I would definitely recommend Kleinfeld! Thank you again!

What a beautiful boutique! I just bought my dress today and my consultants name is STEPHANIE. You must ask for her when you book an appointment. She is amazing! She is so nice and listens to what you are looking for!

So many odd things about this visit. The staff definitely have their own agenda and almost a chip on their shoulder? Only recommend if you know what you want and just want to try on. My bridesmaids had better suggestions than my stylist did and I left somewhat disappointed.

I was shopping with my wife and daughter for wedding fabrics. They had a nice selection. Expensive stuff and the ventilation was noisy, but we made it out with gorgeous pieces. We loved the atmosphere there.

I had my first wedding gown appointment at Kleinfeld and it went very well. The consultant was very helpful and patient. They also have a wide price range of dresses for any budget. The only issue I had is their collection of dress a bit old-fashioned and too traditional to my taste so we didn't end up liking any of the dresses.

I had the most amazing experience at Kleinfeld's, I would recommend it to anyone who is getting married even if you don't end up buying your dress there. They really treated us well, the dressing room was huge and the spot where we showed the dresses to our family was really beautiful. I didn't feel rushed, and even when I decided on a different style of dress part way through my appointment the stylist was more than happy to help. My budget was under $2,000, which I was upfront about, and my stylist told me they have plenty of dresses but they weren't the ones in the front, so she brought me a binder with all their dresses in that budget. This was extremely helpful and there was a lot of selection. I found my dress there in my first appointment, but I wanted to be sure. I had another appointment at another boutique that afternoon, so I went and was underwhelmed after the Kleinfeld experience. I decided to go back to Kleinfeld that day, and ended up purchasing my dress, which was in my budget! Thank you Kleinfeld you really gave me the full bridal experience (champagne and all).

I said “Yes to the Dress” at Kleinfeld! Gordana Jankovic provided excellent customer service. Gordana is knowledgeable, kind, honest, and has a great sense of humour. She was very respectful of my budget and helped find me the perfect dress at a lower price point than my initial budget.

Even during these difficult times and the COVID-19 pandemic, Gordana created an experience for my mom and sister and I that we will always remember. She went above and beyond and I am grateful for her guidance, professionalism, and expertise.

My experience at Kleinfeld was absolutely phenomenal! My consultant Brook, was absolutely fantastic. I cannot wait to go back and work with her again. She was so kind and helpful. She made the experience for me! I showed her pictures of dresses that I liked and she pulled exactly what I was looking for. My mother, grandmother, and I were treated so kindly by Brook and the rest of the staff at Kleinfeld. It was a top of the line bridal experience and I'm so thankful Brook helped me find my dream dress. I cannot wait to go back for my fitting and accessory consultation! Loved every minute!

My sisters consultant, Patricia, was fantastic. However it was all downhill from there. She flew to Toronto (twice) only to have the worst wedding dress experience!
She ordered dress in Dec & went back in July to pick up the dress. To start.the dress came in the wrong color! (Supposed to be ivory but came in blush). They had the same dress in stock but the wrong size so they were to alter it to her size & ship it out immediately. Anastasia called & said the alterations were done and they were mailing it. Got a call a few days later saying they haven't even started alterations yet & weren't starting soon because the staff is too busy. What? ! They lied several times throughout her experience. Steven, the worst manager, thought it was no big deal and didn't care in the slightest. After 3 weeks of the dress being at the store untouched, we called back & demanded they ship it out of there immediately. She now has limited days to get the entire dress altered top to bottom.
Please save your special experience for another store because they are sure to disappoint!

I would just like to thank this amazing team. First off I was so happy and excited to find my dress and couldn’t wait to marry the love of my life. However unfortunately my fiancé called off the wedding and I am unable to wear such an amazing dress with such amazing accessories. But this amazing team was able to make sure that I can return the veil and head piece so I’m so happy about that and thankful for this real amazing team ️

My experience at Kleinfeld was immaculate, and the number 1 reason is because I had the best consultant, Patricia (who's mom is also Patricia). She was amazing! I described to Patricia the style of dress I was looking for, showed her a few pictures so she had an idea of the silhouette, and gave her my budget and the amount of wiggle room I had. She in turn pulled dresses that were bang on, and truthfully I loved them all. I tried on about 6 dresses and by the 5th, I knew it was the dress. When I walked out, my sisters and best friend let out a unanimous oh s*** lol, and that was that. I think the key to success at Kleinfeld is knowing what you want and your price point. I'm a very decisive person, and I knew what I was looking for, so I saw no need to try on styles that I knew would not compliment my figure. In terms of the prices, Patricia allowed us to browse the floor, and I was actually very surprised at how many of the dresses were reasonably priced (by reasonably I mean $1000-$1500). I can't thank Patricia enough, she's reason I had a successful experience and was able to purchase my wedding dress and veil. Thank you Patricia!

Had such an amazing experience here and would recommend Kleinfelds to everyone! Such an amazing variety of dresses and sizes. My consultant, Stephanie was wonderful! Right off the bat, she made me feel really comfortable and calm. She pulled dresses that were exactly what I described to her.with some wildcards.which I actually really liked! She asked how I felt in every dress, gave recommendations and also gave some space to discuss the dress with my group. Amazing amazing amazing! Thank you Stephanie for the fantastic experience!

Sorry for late review as i was busy in my sisiter's wedding preparations. The bridal dress i have bought from this shop was amazing. I really recommend them to all.

I was really looking forward to having the Kleinfeld experience, with my mom and aunts that came from out of town. Needless to say the whole appointment was very underwhelming and disappointing. The first thing the consultant said to me was that I wasn't going to find anything as they did not have many dresses under $2000, so right from the start I was let down. Then, you get released to the showroom to pick dresses which is complete chaos as every other girl at the time is also doing the same thing. Many had dresses taken from the rack before I even got to the showroom as my consultant was last to get me from the waiting room. The dresses in the showroom were also very dirty, I didn't even want to try some of them on as they looked disgusting. In the end, I tried on three dresses which weren't anything special and overpriced. I am glad I went to a smaller boutique to find my dress where I was treated with respect and given more attention and time.

Kleinfeld was everything I thought it would be. My consultant Brook was absolutely amazing and so helpful! I had only gone to one place previously and did not have the greatest experience. I was able to sit down with Brook and tell her about what my vision was and what I wanted in a gown. She listened and understood exactly what I was going for. She gave me and my Maid of Honor the opportunity to look around the floor and pick some things we liked and then based on that, she also chose some lovely dresses. I found my dream dress here and I could't be happier! And you really do get champaign if you say yes! If i didn't buy my dress here, I would still be so happy with my overall experience.

I decided to go with Kleinfelds for my first bridal appointment ever and I'm very glad I did. The selection of dresses was substantial and allowed me to try on a wide variety of styles and price points to help me understand the feel of fabrics and the shapes of different dresses on my body. My style consultant Gordana was extremely helpful and courteous and completely understood and met my needs and a newbie and nervous bride. Highly recommend coming here, even though I did not find my dress on my first try, it was an experience in glad to have had.

I said YES to my dress! And couldn't be any more happier! Stephanie was amazing! She was amazing and helped me out so much during my first appointment. She knew what to bring me to try on that was in my budget and what I wanted in style wise.
My second appointment Stephanie was again amazing! The whole appointment she made my family and I feel super comfortable, I can say we all had fun! The bridal salon is such a great experience from the second you walk in. Walking in had so many fun photo opportunities! The girls at the front desk are super friendly and helpful. Great Costumer service all around!

Had an AMAZING experience here, my daughter said Yes to the Dress. Olivia @ Klienfield's is simply Fantastic and made our visit and wedding dress shopping a joy.

Pleasantly surprised with how kind and caring their operations manager was about my situation! I received a dress in a size 2 that was still too big as the measurements of the dress didn't fit the size chart.and they were kind enough to fix the situation by reordering a dress in a zero for me or covering the alterations if we couldn't get the size zero in time. I don't think you would get that level of service anywhere else.the wedding industry could be a bit stressful at times but Kleinfeld's stood out from the crowd with their genuine care for customer support and bending over backwards to fix the situation.they honestly could have told me to figure it out as I'd already paid them.but this is what makes them different and worth your time to go in and try on dresses there instead of anywhere else.would highly recommend going there to all brides!

Ooh this was a fun stop! Doors open to some amazing fun and photo opportunities! I found it hard to separate from that amazing adult ball pit! And could selfie in their tunnel all day! But then you get to the good stuff!
Staff is attentive and adapt very well to every bride's need. They have an extensive collection of styles and designs. It doesn't matter what you prefer, they will have something that fits it! I wanted something non-traditional an elegant and found the one dress that hit every mark in my crazy long list! Worth it for every bride out there to check them out!
