Chicken sandwich was good, but we've had better (Btrmilk for example). The fries and onion rings tasted double fried and old, and lacked flavour. Wouldn't return.

Amazing fried chicken. And really good beef burgers. Very surprised how awesome this place is.

When they first opened it was amazing. Prices, wait times, food (especially the chicken tacos) but then the price increase. Used to be able to get the 6 tacos for a REALLY good price, now they're $30 for 6 two-three bite tacos. Not to mention the add on prices for stuff that's basic on a taco like cheese.

I'd recommend if you want to drop big $$$ on good chicken, but there's always another option for better pricing.

I have added more toppings. But come with nothing. There was no sauces too. Very bad experience.

Defiantly not a spot for in-dining. No one was to be found (we had to call to be informed to order on kiosk). Had to call back to find out how our food was being delivered to us. Not to mention the tables were not clean and the heat was shut off. Probably a success takeout/Uber eats business, but just save yourself these reviews and close the storefront. Super sketchy experience

I ordered two kluck it crispy chicken burgers. They arrived within the quoted time ubereats gave me. The sandwiches are very good. Good size and seemingly good quality other than the processed cheese which I personally don’t mind.

The order was $14.68 for the two sandwiches. I payed a little more for delivery and tip of course.

They came with lettuce sweet pickles, mayo, good sized seemingly fresh breaded chicken breasts that were tender and nicely coloured and were on a decent soft bun.

I read several recent one star reviews and was slightly concerned that my order would have the same or entirely new issues but I was very satisfied and will try other menu items in the future. I can’t speak for anyone else but my experience was very pleasant. Give it a try

Terrible place, don’t waste your time…
No customer service you just order from a screen, takes forever, over half an hour, no one let’s you know what’s going on, had to ring the bell for the Uber pick up to get someone to come out!
All we ordered were chicken tenders and they tasted fine, but that’s all.

Food is good in taste but wait times are crazy. They don’t have enough staff. It’s supposed to be a Fast Food outlet but on average it takes 40 min for the orders. I have seen people shouting on them, canceling there order. I was with family and it took my order 50 min (Saturday night). They also have increased the prices making it 30$ average per person cost. When you place the order, they will charge for everything inside the burger which should come standard with the price. I suggest them to check on their prices and make your service FAST and more customer friendly.

Every time I come no one’s at the front desk wait 30 plus minutes no one’s come even after ringing the bell hire more people if they cheep on employees imagine how they might cheep on the food quality

Don’t recommend. It seemed like it was closed as there was no one there but we had to order off the kiosk. We waited almost an hour for our food and they forgot our sauces. Had a group of girls that walked in after us that the staff knew and not only was their order personally taken but they received their food 30 minutes earlier than we did even though we were there prior. Not only that but the staff sat with the girls for the entire time we were there (~an hour and a half) and just did nothing. The staff was rude and entitled and showed no customer service skills at all. We asked for a cup of water and the staff sitting at the booth said that they had no cups but another member from the back immediately brought him a cup of water, almost to spite us. We were then given a free water bottle after someone called him out for not having cups but we’re given dirty looks and we’re talking about right as we were sitting there. When paying almost $100 for food, this is not acceptable at all. Will be going back to BTRMLK instead as they know how to show basic human decency.

We waited around for about 15 minutes, watched the group ahead of us leave and someone come in and steal some pop. I don’t know if anyone was actually there working lol

I have been to this location 4 times now, and the storefront experience is lack luster, but the food was always good, and generally about 10 minutes to get food. Today however, there were no menu's any longer, just a kiosk that you have to use to order and pay. No physical person to speak of while ordering, but the kiosk asks for a tip when paying.

4 of us all ordered our individual lunches at 12: 30. The store front is dark, nobody there, no music any more, the heat at an uncomfortable level, and didn't see anyone until they brought out the first 2 of 4 meals at 1: 05 (more than a half hour), then the next 2 meals came out at 1: 22. It was nearly an hour for us to get our food, and the first 2 were simply cold by the time we were able to eat. We asked why, and they simply said there was a large uber order, so it took long.

Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend after this experience.

Food doesn’t taste good and it’s pricey. Kluck it sauce is not good either! I wasn’t impressed. Food also takes long to prepare.

Heard about the chicken tacos here, absolutely amazing. The chicken was really good. Definitely coming back to try the other sandwiches!

Very sad experience both quality wise and price wise. They offer “promotions” but add extra costs for items in the combos which are “required” on said promotion to make it just as much as normal price. Aside the fact, I decided still that I’ll give it a shot. The food although pricey came cold and stale as if it were in a hot tray at a buffet. Not nearly worth the price. I would expect the quality of food none the less, from a McDonalds drive through, other than maybe the real chicken.

Food cold. Had strange aftertaste, almost chemical. Worrying when its chicken.
Couldn't eat the food. Restaurant had no interest at all. Waste of money.

I was thankful for the faithful delivery system which brought these wonderful taste experiences to my apartment every week. Thank you, Kluck!

Update two: hair in my burger.
Update three: after looking at some other reviews, we’ve realized that a good number of the good reviews are fake.

Placed an online order, came in to get it. One guy out front who disappeared into the back once we got there. Lights were all off in the kitchen and I rang the bell because we were tired of waiting. Got there on time for it to be ready and waited another 20 minutes after being told it would be about 2-3 minutes more. Some sort of sauce on the outside of the bag, our waffles were all cold and soft and the chicken mostly breading. At least the fries were microwaved.

For the price, go to a sit in restaurant. I won’t be ordering here again.
