Worst service I have ever received. 1st time he repaired the back of my phone it literally peeled off in a few hours. I brought it back and he reglued it, and the cheap glass cracked all the way down the middle within two weeks, with no drop or impact whatsoever. They then told me to bring it back in and they will replace it at a “discount”, the day the told Me to bring it I show up and no one is even at the business and when you call they are running “2 hours late”. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional business.

Horrible experience
My husband’s iPhone XR broke 2 months back and the display was gone, we went here for changing the screen and they fixed it and charged around 110$ - fair enough, no complaints.
Just within a month the screen started giving issues, display will go while receiving calls. However this was on and off issue until last week when all of a sudden the display was gone.
We went back and the way the person behaved was really not appreciated. He in a way started saying that your phone would have fell down or water would have got in. We kept saying nothing of that sort happened, his reply was “how do I know”. Why would we lie to him when we have to pay again 100$ for fixing this. You are not fixing for free. Very unprofessional.
Will NEVER recommend. I saw similar review after we had this experience.
Better pay 400$ at Apple Store then visiting him every month

Found Kmaster Electronics Walk in On The Spot Cell Phone Laptop Repair on a Google search. Was greeted pleasantly and they redeemed the issue I had with the phone with in 15 minutes. Very please with the service, from and personal and professional aspect. Will definitely use them again if a problem arises and recommend them too.

Kevan was awesome!

He helped me with my Blackberry Key 2 battery and even took the time to show me what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. I had time to spare so learning a few things from him was very interesting and helpful.

I loved the hard keyboard on my phone and his price was very reasonable, not to mention he got me a charger for my Chromebook at home too that was a great deal!

I was wary of going to a private technician because I had work done before on another phone in the past and the dealer didn't use OEM parts or perform the repair properly.

Sadly, upon switching to Fido, my BB stopped getting good reception and I had to switch phones in the end but I would not hesitate to visit Kevan again for any and all phone or computer issues I have now.

The owner Kevin is literally the best. Doesnt rip you off, upsell you, quality work, prices are the best in the industry.genuine/honest guy. That's how you do business, no wonder he's so successful. I dont write many reviews unless its warranted

Stopped here today to fix my son's phone. It was fixed quickly and less expensive than I imagined. We will recommend this place to everyone. My son is super happy his phone is fixed. Excellent customer service also.

The guy fixed my microphone on my cell. The price was reasonable. I would recommend him to fix cell phones. It only took an hour to fix my phone.

I dropped off my i phone 11 pro max here in hopes of repairing it after the Apple Store said they couldn’t do anything.
The phone turned off one day and never turned back on. After trying a few things,
I took it to Apple, where they did a diagnostic, then told me it couldn’t be repaired. Phone was only 14 months old.

I brought it here yesterday to try my luck.
And BAM! They called me today and said it works!
This place is amazing! Quick & affordable.
Very knowledgeable and professional!
Glad I came here…, now I don’t need a new phone.
What a relief it is to get my phone back!

Fast response, easy to talk to, low prices, lightning fast turnaround and even had a free mask which came in handy since I left mine in the car. This repair was for a cracked lens in the back of an iPhone 12 Pro. Apple store wanted 660 bucks. I paid basically 1/10 that. This just became my go to store for iPhone repair needs. Thanks again!

I came here based off good reviews from others but unfortunately my experience was less than good.

I brought my iPhoneX here to be repaired and they took it and I was given a quote of 270$ to fix the phone. I agreed and went to pick up the phone which at the time seemed to be working. When I got home I found out that face ID didn't work.

I want to make it clear that they did repair the phone, however they did not mention anything about face id never being repaired.

When i went back to the store to ask about why face id didn't work they told me it was common sense that face ID couldn't be repaired and that I was in the wrong for expecting it to be repaired. I think for 270$ one would expect face id to work since you could go on Kijiji and buy a used iphone x for 300$. I told them I didn't think it was fair that they didn't inform me that face ID would never work again and this is when it really went bad.

At the time I hadn't even asked for a refund or anything but an employee there started to yell at me saying that I was abusing them and that I should leave. He told me never to come back and so I won't. At the end of the day no matter what business you're in you can't treat your customers that way. I don't appreciate being yelled at, and I even asked the guy why he was yelling at me with no response.

All I wanted was to be informed that face ID wasn't going to work before as that would've completly changed my decision on whether to repair the phone or not. Treating paying customers that way isn't a good business model and I hope no one else experiences what I did.

And then when we reminded him of the person he spoke to on the phone which was me, he was like, "oh yes, that was me, I offered a special price on the phone " Buddy you are the best, your charging the guy in front of everyone much cheaper and your physically having a conversation with everyone one at the time that's called multi tasking, no wonder your place is always busy and people keep coming in. Truly the best ever company delay in life. Honest professional and quality are the keys to become number one in any industry.

My phone nexus battery was draining too quick, Kevin the expert who knew what he was doing, he was able to remove battery it had bubble in it and it was causing hazard. He took care of the phone so well with his technique it was amazing to see.

Recently, I went for the repair of my Iphone 6S phone. The phone was completely dead and the screen was smashed as the phone was dropped on the concrete floor from 3rd floor of an apartment building. To my amazement, the phone was fixed within an hour and it looked as good as new. Thanks a bunch for doing such a fine job.
