Dr. Meyers is great! Very validating and takes the time to listen. I really enjoyed my appointment and look forward to future interactions.
The clinic is also super quick to book appointments which is fantastic.

I had the same experience as other people who commented. Very friendly staff. Did not have to wait long. Comfortable waiting area with lots of natural light.

KMH Cardiology was quick to respond to my family doctor's referral and set me up for a couple of tests and a consult with Dr. Dalgliesh. I went three times and each visit starting at reception was a positive experience. Aside from being seen promptly, I found that everyone was very friendly, professional, respectful, and reassuring.

Excellence in service, very hygenic. Cordial and Professional staff. So far I had 2 tests done and a virtual visit with the doctor. Everything has been perfect so far.

Great professional team; friendly from the front staff to the testing personnel. Compliments to Tatania, Aungel, Susan and Dr Dalglish.

Apart from aggressive behavior of your reception, I had my ECG test on January 17,2023.
Although I have called and follow up two times but still up to now that I am writing this review (February 23,2023) my family doctor and me didn't get any result/response!
How do you want to justify and solve this terrible performance. I am following up with higher authorities and also I am reporting your out come to the media.

Staff are not properly trained in AODA Accessibility for Ontarins with Disabilities Act and not trained on KMH CArdiology Centre's Accessibility customer service policy regarding people with invisible disability and how to deal with them as I am a person on Autism Spectrum disorder staff are not trained but you cannot be mad if people don't know

Very helpful, kind and professional staff. It was a lengthy appointment because I had both a ECG and a stress test. Five hours in all. But everything was on time. If you have to go through something like this; this is definitely the place.

Have been patient there on & off since 2011.
Pleasant staff. Attentive/knowledgeable doctors.
Located in historical Avenue Road house makes for relaxing atmosphere rather than your usual clinical setting!
Parking also available at rear entrance.

The receptionist is the rudest lady we have ever met in a doctors office, she behaves like a police officer questioning a bank robber. Service sucks, they waste your time, they book appointments and dont keep them, and all their answers STINK.you can not get a straight answer from them!

Beautiful, well kept and clean building, friendly and professional team. The procedure itself is somewhat uncomfortable, especially running on treadmill with face mask on due to COVID safety rules. But this obviously is not their fault, and they did everything possible to make me feel easy. If anything to recommend for improvement, is providing patients with the lockers to keep their belongings in while running between the cabinets in the gown - a trick that on a rainy cold day proves quite challenging. Other than that, everything was very well done. I recommend this facility - thank you, team KMH.

Very clean place and during this time, extra care was taken to ensure social distancing. The staff was great.

Extremely poor and rude reception, very unprofessional staff, please find a centre that actually care about their patients and please DO NOT WASTE your time at all coming to this place.

I was scheduled to have a “phone consultation” with a Cardiologist upon my family doctor’s referral. It was one of the worst experience I had with a medical specialist. He asked questions and did not even listen to my answers and responded with a feisty way, acting arrogant saying he has been working in this industry for 30 years! Apparently the length of experience does not make you professional in a way to listen your clients/patients. I would never recommend this place and/or this individual to someone, especially when dealing with health issues.

Dede is amazing, she is so accomodating and friendly, however the receptionist is so rude and unwelcoming.

Worst clinic! They give you no answer! I am just calling to reserve a short follow-up consultation and it seems it is just an answering machine and no real staff behind it. Do not go to this clinic, since after you did your test, you would have no access to them in future!

First of all you can’t help but notice the natural beauty of the place. It’s like a mini castle. And then that all natural wood staircase on the inside and that beautiful Stainglass window. Wow. The staff are friendly and professional. If you’re looking for a referral to a cardiologist and this is in your general area. I highly recommend KMH on Avenue Road

I regret to share the bad experience visiting this office today. I came with my husband who has a severe cardiology problems (ejection fraction 26 %). The receptionist = security guard talk with us like we are prisoners in the prison. She blame us that we came earlier. Then she kindly made an exception and allowed us to wait in the hall. As well she didn't allow me to call the taxi being inside of the office and get out from the office.in spite it was strong rain outside, She requested me to hold my arms behind when she measured temperature.
I understand that we are all living in a very hard COVID situation.
I understand that she followed protocol. But her attitude was ugly.
Personally me i will never ever visit this office location again.
I suggest management of KMH to find different person for the front desk position with more human approach to her duties. She obviously dislike us because my English was poor. She demonstrated that we are second rate persons But by the way my husband is doctor PHD in Cardiology.
But by the way I was a client who paid money and she was just only minimum wage person providing service. For receptionist position she had too much power. Her behavior was not intelligent, not professional and insulting me like human. She completely ruined my mood today.

It is impossible to schedule an appointment. No body care about you. I have been waiting for 6 weeks. Now I am looking for different Clinic.

Absolutely terrible service no one knows what there talking about I have now booked 2 MRIs with them they have made me drive all over the place for no reason so beyond unorganized I wont ever use this place again and ill be sure too tell everyone I know about my experience because KMH labs does not know at all how too set up someone with the correct info they need in fact they should be paying for the gas bill i racked up by driving 2.5 hours too just be told that I needed to do some things before I have an MRI do not go to this establishment Its terrible!
