Knar on Avenue Road is one of my favourite spots to visit, first and foremost you mention Sandi’s name you are giving VIP treatment in the parking space next door. As you walk through the beautiful store itself you greeted with a big smile from Sandi and Siana who will both guide you through the best jewellery shopping experience. I even got my wedding band repaired, cleaned at Knar and looked like new when I got it back. I am like a kid in a candy store at Knar.

We have had the pleasure of working with Suheil, who has been a friendly and trusted advisor who helped us secure a beautiful and sought after timepiece. We look forward to dealing with Suheil and Knar going forward, as the service is personal and exceeds the bar for the AD experience. Highly recommend without reservation. It is a great shop and the service level is excellent regardless of the price point, and they have an excellent range to accommodate all budgets.

Siana helped design our ring, gave great advice, was incredibly patient and thoughtful throughout the entire design process. Everyone at Knar was very welcoming and provided great service, wasn't surprised to learn that it's a family-run business.

Amazing service, the staff is very friendly and helpful, their staff is very knowledgeable about watches, this is by far the best service watch dealer I have ever been to. Although there was a slight problem with my bank account and a delay in payment, Siana was very patient and kind during this time. I think all dealers should learn from them. Thanks again to Siana and her colleagues for letting me experience what is called perfect service.

Picked up an online order in store at the Yorkville location. Amber was super patient with helping my girlfriend resize the bracelet to her liking and we even got a small gift to go!
