Kneaded Care provides a calming atmosphere and great client serive. Anna is a great physiotherapist. Anna is informative and caring. She takes the time to explain what she is doing and why. I would highly recommend her services.

Adam has a very caring attitude. He explains the procedures He is introducing. Laser, Acupuncture, Taping, Stretching, Balance and muscle retraining. I appreciated his time and care. Thanks so much.

Adam is a great physiotherapist and makes you feel comfortable and at ease during treatment and he takes the time to explain everything to you and listen to your concerns and ideas. Love that he’s able to give you lots of different exercises to easily incorporate into your day without being overwhelmed.

I had back issues in 2016 and received exceptional service and care. Now, in 2023 I have back issues again and the service is still exceptional and I was lucky enough to have the same person work on my back! I would highly recommend Kneaded Care, the staff are warm, professional and caring.

Love kneaded care. I have been going here since I moved to Brantford 7 years ago. They have been getting really busy lately and it can be a bit of a wait to book a massage but I happily wait because they are the best. I actually wish they had more people so the wait times wouldn't be so long but it's worth the wait.

We have been with Chantelle since she first started! Kneaded care is the only place on our list for massages, physio etc.staff crest an environment of serenity and healing.

Adam is amazing! He is very detail oriented and takes the time to explain treatment in a way that is understandable which makes it easy to follow. I would highly recommend him and appreciate all he has done to help me get back to where I was before my injury.

Phenomenal staffing makes you feel welcome along with an easy to navigate website allowing stress less booking. Attended for physiotherapy with Adam and discovered new ways to decrease pain in 1 appointment that has been lasting for years. Highly recommend attending for all of your therapeutic needs!

I highly recommend this establishment. I contacted Kneaded Care as I required Physiotherapy for a shoulder injury and for ongoing mobility issues related to arthritis. The environment was clean and welcoming and the staff are true professionals. Kevin, my physiotherapist, was very easy to work with. He was thorough in his assessment and help me to identify and successfully achieve my goals. He developed exercise programs to address my specific needs adapting the program with careful consideration of my individual physical limitations.
Kneaded care will be my go to should I required treatment in the future.

Julie could quite possibly be my favorite person on this planet. Not only is she an amazing human being but she is fantastic at what she does. I have been going to Julie for years now and I will not go to anyone else!

My first time needing physiotherapy. The ladies at the reception desk are very friendly and kind. Adam did an amazing job. I wasn't sure what to expect but he explained everything so I understood and after the very first visit my knee was already feeling so much better. I have visited Kneaded Care for both physiotherapy and massage therapy and would 100% recommend you schedule yourself a visit.
The staff are amazing, the clinic is top notch and you feel like a person and not just a number.

Kneaded Care was recommended to me by my Doctor and a friend after I suffered a very painful and debilitating injury which forced me to go on STD from my job. This is an excellent facility, from the friendly welcoming desk staff to all the awesome professionals that make up Kneaded Care. You can feel the cheerful upbeat vibe when you walk in the door.
I was treated by Adam for a neck and shoulder issue and I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and skill. I am now back to 100%, have resumed working and am able to kayak again. I was also provided with an online portal of exercises specifically tailored to my issue that I can access any time. If you are searching for the right facility to get help for an injury or pain issues or just a massage, this place is the BEST!

Great massages by Justin! I came in for a massage as I had sore shoulders and neck. One massage later and my
Shoulders feel great. I have since gone back a few more times and will continue to go. My favourite massage biz! The office is amazing and staff is so friendly. I love that they always know my name.

I have been visiting Kneaded Care for almost 4 years now using a few of the services they offer like Physio (Adam), massage (Julie and Meaghan) and acupuncture (Bir). Every appointment I have been greeted with a smile and often by name - even during Covid you can tell everyone has a smile under their mask. The staff are all very well trained and provide you with the care you need - I am still using my exercises from three years ago that Adam gave me because they help prevent further injury. I love how the staff is always having fun too - you should check out their Instagram page to guarantee a chuckle, a reminder to move and do those Physio exercises. It’s an added bonus that I am able to book my appointments online and see the availability of the staff. The girls running the show at the front are always so helpful too when billing through my insurance plans and charging my credit card when needed - they really are experts with this stuff. I am so thankful for a clinic like kneaded care!

After my first spine fusion, I had gone to a known physio clinic and had the worst experience, I was told just to ride the bike and treadmill and didn't have much success. Having my second fusion I went to kneaded care, very positive experience, I was shown and given the proper way to recover. The staff are friendly and and very helpful. Over all a VERY positive atmosphere, and will always make kneaded care my first choice and would highly recommend their facility.

Early 2021 I was looking for the right RMT for me after my regular had moved away. After a not-so-positive experience with one place a friend recommended Kneaded Care. After reviewing their website and the staff blurbs- I decided to go to Michelle. I get nervous going to new places- if you’re like me I highly recommend Kneaded Care. The atmosphere is friendly and warm from the moment you arrive- which quickly put me at ease and solidified that Kneaded Care was the right place for me! Over a year later I continue to see Michelle regularly- she provides exceptional treatment that helps alleviate any pain I’m experiencing. She’s very open to feedback during the treatment if you need deeper or lighter pressure. I’m glad I listened to my friend and gave Kneaded Care a try because I have found the right RMT and business for me.

I go to Kneaded Care for my back and knee. I see the Physiotherapist, Kevin, what a great guy! He has really helped me and he always likes my socks! The ladies at the front desk are so kind and welcoming each time I come in. I’m looking into getting some massage done there too, I’m sure it will be just as great!

My experience at Kneaded Care could not have been better, the front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. The Physiotherapy care I received was 10/10. Adam really helped me overcome a challenging injury. He was very patient with me when I struggled and was very good at teaching me different ways to reach my goals. I can say with confidence if you need Physiotherapy you will find no better service then at Kneaded care.

Finally! RELIEF. I had been in pain for weeks that hampered sleep and ADL. Using pain killers.massage. Ice. Heat. Nothing. Lovely and always friendly front desk team got me in with physio Kevin. Acupuncture saved me. Pain and muscle spasms faded over 48 hrs. Kevin also gave me a focused stretch to do which is helpful. Kneaded Care indeed. Cheers
