Knights Inn Burlington, ON

Was not expecting this place to be a five star hotel. I picked this place because it’s what I could afford at the time and based off what it is for what it is it’s worth it for me at the time the five star review. My room was clean very very clean. I think it was one of the renovated rooms I didn’t get the chance to see other rooms but my room was one of the better rooms. Bathroom was newly renovated. I was so grateful freshly painted. It was great for the price and very clean. The staff was very helpful. They came at any time. The only thing that that room was missing was like coffee stuff and a thermos and I called and right away they brought one over to me given the situation I was in at the time there is no complaint everybody was helpful they even sat and listen to me talk for a while it’s a nice place and I would recommend it to anyone not just when you’re going through stuff but if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax and not spend a lot of money, the location was perfect everything you need and I mean everything you needed was in walking distance. There was not a pool but you don’t go to this places and for this price for a Pool you choose these places if you’re going through a hard time and you don’t have the funds and if you just want just something quiet and laid-back and relax, it was nice and I thank the staff so much for my room for their services and for their time I was very pleased.
Highly recommend and if you don’t like your room and you don’t like the place talk to them, they will make it better for You

Dirty and outdated, have not returned my security deposit and phone is always off the hook when I call.

Classy place. NOT.next time, clean up the used condoms by the bed.

The cleanliness left much to be desired. The sheets had a number of stains,
several cigarettes burns, and some sort of black dust/ash on the sheets. There was a dead wasps nest on the windowsill inside the bathroom. There was hair in the bathroom sink. Just generally a lot of signs that the room wasn't well kept.

There were also cracked windows and cracked tiles, the AC didnt seem to actually cool the room, as well as the furniture being dinged up but that's understandable considering that it's a budget motel and you've got to set your expectations accordingly.

Also most of the outlets don't work unless the room light is on. We spoke to front desk who confirmed that the rooms are just wired that way intentionally. This was really inconvenient since it meant we couldn't use the lamps or charge our phones at night without having the entire room light on.

Decent size room, comfortable bed, nice TV, and the staff were kind and polite.but the cleanliness was majorly lacking and I left after my stay feeling very concerned about bed bugs.

I know the owner says they have an exterminator come monthly, and if this is the truth they need to seriously reconsider who they're hiring because a dead wasp's nest was left inside the bathroom which is very concerning (picture of this was uploaded to the Google page)

Do not make a mistake to reserve the room or stay at this place. Very dirty with very bad smell. This place is not worth to stay even for $5 a night.

We were involved in a family drama and became homeless. Two adults, three kids and two dogs spent several weeks at the Knights Inn. It is an older motel, but the beds and pillows are clean and comfortable. The office staff is very friendly and accomodating, the housekeeping team friendly and helpful. I felt very much at home in the environment. Thank you

Absolutely amazing! The staff is and was absolutely awesome. They were caring, extremely helpful and understanding. Spent a while here and would absolutely recommend! They made me feel like home

I booked a room on 7 October. When we check in to the room I feel like I was in. A garbage dustbin. Inside the room too much smoke smell and also bedsheets are too dirty. Smell is. Coming from the washroom sane also from the bedsheets. Housekeeping products are not fully provided. Haired are strands. Over the bedsheets. I suggest all don’t book this one.it’s totally wastage of money.

They had very Bad service, especially right after you pay them. The rooms are very poorly maintained, they have cockroaches and a lot of bees flying around.even dead insects laying around.and they said they cleaned the room just now. The guy didn't give me back my deposit 100 dollar deposit because i broke 1 lightbulb.

The outside of the hotel is nice and welcoming but once I got into my room it was a very different feeling. The walls are dated and you can see all the patch work that was done on them, the two larger pieces of furniture other than the bed was too large for the room, the heater in the bathroom had a piece just sitting in front of it not even screwed in place, the headboard for the bed is attached to the wall and higher than the bed, the walls are thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms, you do not get enough or even good pillows to sleep with it. I had misplaced one of my things and searched all over the room and my luggage but when I checked under the bed I found a bottle of pills that had to be there for almost a month, making me believe the housekeeping does the bare minimum. My overall feeling when I walked into the room was "this is where junkies go to shoot up", I highly suggest finding somewhere else to rest your head. I'm only giving it a two star because the location was good as it was nice and close to things.

This place is a joke! I reserved my room the day before. When I checked in and got inside the room, it hadnt even been cleaned, aside from the beds being made.

There was dust built up on top of the bed frame. And there were crumbs all over the couch.

I mentioned this to the motel representative, and he denied it and said that it said been cleaned. I then showed him one of the pillow casings that had a hair strand on it. And he still continue to tell me that it had been cleaned.

The only good thing was that, they gave me my refund, and I was able to move forward. However, they completey messed up my weekend because I had to go find a room elsewhere last minute on a saturday night.

Do not go to this place. The price is reasonable, but its not sanitary. They dont care to clean it properly. The rooms also have a very unpleasent smell.

Even after I showed him the hair strand on the pillow covers, the guy told me it had been cleaned. I even asked him to re wash the pillow casings atleast. And he said the only thing he could do was give me my refund back. Which I ended up taking. Nobody should stay at an unclean and unsanitary place. Crumbs on the couch, and somebodys hair on the pillow covers? Really?

Overall dirty. Garbage under the bed and the fridge and microwave were not clean. Bugs galore. I immediately packed my car and left after bugs were crawling up the wall beside the bed. I did however encounter only one mouse.

The electronic outlet was not working properly.we tried to charge our phone but it was bad.

Stayed there one night. 100$. Great and clean. No breaker tho. I drove 10 mins from Hamilton where it was 200. Gave me a late check out no charge until 2

J'avais réservé cet hôtel (motel) qui se situe entre les chutes du Niagara et l'aéroport international Pearson de Toronto. C'était bon marché et ça nous évitait de revenir sur Toronto pour notre dernière journée au Canada.
Nous sommes arrivés assez tard vers 21h. Le réceptionniste était plutôt aimable et nous a dit que le bureau serait fermé le lendemain à 8h00 et qu'il fallait laisser la clef dans la dropbox.
A première vue, la chambre m'a paru correcte et assez bien agencée. Mais en regardant de plus près, tout était sale. Le coin cuisine, les toilettes, la baignoire, la vaisselle, les murs, les sols.
Les serviettes étaient douteuses (avaient-elles été changées? Pas sûr.). La cuvette des WC très sale et la baignoires pleins de poils. Enfin tout était crasseux. Finalement notre pire hébergement durant notre road-trip de 15 jours (4000 km) au Canada.

Our room had "warm" water not hot. When mentioned to front desk staff I was told there is 2 boilers for the entire place. Clearly not enough. There were Ling brown hairs in the bathroom.to which NONE belonged to us. The Bed was saggy and unsupported AND there was an empty pad wrapper under the sink.and garbage under the bed.
Looks clean from the outside. Very deceiving. DO NOT STAY. The most frustrating part is that front desk staff basically told me that's how it is and implied I should just have to deal with it. 0 STARS. ZERO!

Rooms are bad, Duct Tape on floor, Bed is bouncy and not comfortable. Door for bathroom is broken

It's nice i was there for 4 nights and people are fantastic helpful friendly costumer oriented, and it's quite, and to be fair it's affordable.
Now if you expect a for 120$ per night you are in the wrong place but if you need something budget friendly and nice clean then this is the right place for families or single person. This is my humble experience.

Got locked up in a non clean room. Had to call maintenance to get out. We leave with a room cleaner than what we came in and they kept the extra security deposit of 50$. This room clearly doesnt worth the 170$ total we paid for.
