Good people and super nice. Very clean rooms and super affordable. We stay there every time we come an refer our family to them as well. Family was just there and had an awesome experience and loved the price Jan 2023

The TVs usually have problems.
Once I had to teach a worker how to clean the kettle with vinegar.water scum was within the kettle. They waited long to give me a refund.

You can lose $200-$300 for the scent of weed if you break it up in the room within the winter especially to smoke outside. You must clean it and air it out or bye bye $200-$300. They won't tell you that though. Rude!

I'm never going back. Don't take my word for it? See for yourself.

This place is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.it's a dump! DO NOT come here! The floors in the rooms are filthy, the beds are poor quality, it's disgusting! Not even worth 5$! And I was charged over 340$ on Canada day, for a room that should have been FREE!

I checked in for a week at this place and the room soo filthy and dirty disgusting the toilet wasn’t working this carpet was the dirty carpet I had ever seen and there w so many fly in the room had to go buy stuff for the flies so I had to check out the next morning and these people charged me $317 and refunded me $610 I was original charge $987.10 for the week I won’t recommend this place it’s disgusting.

This was the worst place I've ever stayed.getting in the room to find the washroom drapes with dried up blood on them. The remote for TV wouldn't work. We were in the end room closets to the trash can so it smelt terrible. And constantly fighting off the bees. We also found dirty containers under the bed.
But the worst was all the bugs we found in the bed! While I was taking off the dirty sheets. They were under the mattress cover.
When we brought it up when leaving we got a simple oh Sorry.
I also have a bunch or pictures of everything I've mentioned in this post! Def would never recommend to anyone!

Booked a non smoking room with 1 bed but was given a smoking room that smelled horrendous with 2 single beds. They also charged for parking when it says free on the site. The only reason I gave 2 stars not 1 is because he gave me a full refund.

Visited this location on the 2022 Canada day long weekend. Upon check in I was informed that in order for me to get a non-smoking room it would cost me an additional $50 also I would have to pay for parking. I was not expecting that and I didn’t even think Canadian hotels had smoking rooms anymore. After ago she Asian for an additional $50 we had a room upgrade and parking included.issues:
-No TV remote
-Hair all over the bathroom
-Had to pay for parking at the hotel
-Extremely pricey for Canada day weekend compared to other locations

Good:
-walking distance to a Tim Hortons
-walking distance from TGIF, Margaritaville, casino and much more
-pool was nice despite being outside

We checked in room…. For some reasons we had to cancel the room … there was a lady named Aman she helped us a lot and right way she refunded our money…. I would love to come here again

Great accommodations for a very fair price! The older gentlemen (the owner) went above for us. Great guy. Simple rooms but there clean and option smoking or non smoking. And the smoking room was not! Bad at all! Freshly painted. Fridge airconditioner and microwave. And bathroom was very clean which I liked! Would recommend

Room was nice. I feel it can be updated make more brighter, shower pressure was okay, hair dryer was not working, and ac was not working properly it was going off and on.other then that it was nice for 1 or 2 days trips within the budget trip. Owners are humble.

Alright for the price, owner is a nice guy, however doesn't like to be fair to pay for work done. Would stay here, however their are many places close by for less money!

Great clean rooms and 20 steps away from the casino and walking distance to the falls. Great and close rooms to all site seeing attractions!

The room was absolutely disgusting, bed sheet all stained floors dirty mirrors and tables bath tub has someone else hair in it, the guy said there’s no cleaner would not recommend

Great motel. Friendly front desk staff (especially Baldev). Very accessible location, just a short walk to the falls. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice place to stay, very decent prize. Washroom, bed, everything is clean. Definitely recommend someone who want to visit niagara falls.

Stayed at this location for three nights found that the staff do a very good job keeping it clean and well maintained the pool was in excellent order and location was great definitely was good value for the money and left very satisfied overall.

Honnêtement pour le prix c'est parfait. Ne vous attendez pas à du luxe, la piscine est bien belle, il y a un bbq a notre disposition aussi et c'est a 7min a pied des chutes. A noté qu'il y a de drôle de personnages qui passe par cette hôtel, mais rien qui vienne bousillé votre expérience.

Well it was clean and the bed was nice. But the door did not seal I could see light all the way around it. Also there was only half the amenities that the website stated. No breakfast, daylight tv, or coffee/tea maker. Also the water tastes horrible. But the pool was nice. Also the bathtub had no plug so could not use it as a tub

It's clean and walking distance from Niagara Falls. You need to have your own food as they don't provide it.

Would recommend this motel for a short stay. A friend & I spent 2 days in the falls. We loved just relaxing at the pool. Motel close enough to amenities. Close enough to Clifton Hill. I will consider going back next summer for a little getaway.

Owners are very nice, and helpfull accommodations are clean. Quiet hotel and no drama. Would recommend to anyone.

Clean room, nice staff, friendly and caring owner. Reasonable rate for a decent motel room. The only thing I could suggest is having a phone in the room to contact front desk. Otherwise than that small phone problem, you can use your own phone. If you want to choose a motel to stay in Niagara there are a handful of good ones too choose from and many bad ghetto ones. This motel here is definitely a good one and they run there business very professionally and very well. You still do have a chance of finding a few character around there that you should definitely stay away from (talking from experience) as it is still a motel and there are drugs people and thieves I encountered while being here. I did notice not by my doing but they were removed from the premises thank God. Tad bit of strange smell in room but wasn't bad got used it. Overall for the price is good at 40-70$ per night depending how you book. Oh yeah pool was awsome made me stay a extra night.

Very poor unclean rooms homeless people stay here on a regular also there are lots of drug addicts in the rooms very unclean unsafe place to go and they're continental breakfast is not very good at all it's cereal and a bowl bring your own who knows how old it is I would highly suggesting not staying here

Gross. Everything was stained. Mold in the bathroom. Carpets not vacuumed. They gave me a refund right away though.

Really bad experience here. As soon as I entered I was told not to park here because they happened to be cleaning that area. It gets worse. Around 6pm someone opened our door while I was sleeping in my bed. They later called and apologized saying it was a mistake. They should have confirmed if the room was booked or not. This was very unprofessional in my opinion and created a negative experience.

Recently re -named and currently undergoing major renovations inside all the rooms and suites, free breakfast included juice, hot coffee and tea, open 24 hours, CCTV everywhere, the wifi is excellent both in reception and speed. Competitive rates as well as lower rates for the off season, 10 minutes walk to the famous falls and 5 minutes casual walk to the casino, shopping and many other tourist attractions, based on this, my top pick for value, cleanliness modern amenities and location.bonus swimming pool and sundeck with lounge chairs and complimentary towels.

Good value for the price. Not very new, but clean room, nice bed, decent bathroom. Heater, heardryer, fridge, microwave, iron in the room.
Great location: walking distance to everywhere, Tim Hortons nearby.

Amazing stay! Honestly the value for the stay was great. Room was warm and clean. They are updating the rooms so you may not get a new one but the overall stay was very pleasant. I would stay again! Thanks Preet!

Good one within the budget.

Had few problems with the heater but they provided a portable heater.

It was a very cold night and the price of the room was cheap enough but for some reason it wasn't heating up properly. They wanted 50 dollars per night plus 5 dollars nightly for parking, which by the way, I think it was a total rip off, and I absolutely do not recommend this place!

They gave us a uncleaned room and few staff members were acting stern, if not rude. The place is good only if you intend to sleep and nothing more. The breakfast was atrocious and no way near Continental.

Stayed at Knights inn for new years. It's a smaller older motel. My room was Nothing like the website's photos that I had booked online. It was darker/ older. Carpet was very dirty. I was disappointed but what can you do as the new years room rates are outrageous. And this was one of the best rates I could find.

The room was not used or cleaned before I checked in or not used in a while as there were spiders/ webs on the tv, a spider in the bathtub and garbage/ pistachio shells under the nightstand table.

The location was great as it's a 7 min walk to the falls & 5 mins to fallsview casino / Galleria shops / dragonfly night club. And even the fun zone.

Parking was a joke. I paid for the parking pass left to go get dinner & there were no parking spots available when we came back. As they were renting them out for New years so I had to make my own parking spot on the curb. - which luckily I did not get a ticket for.

Continental breakfast consisted of 2 cereals and brown toast. (Peanut butter / jam / butter packets) orange juice. But coffee was available all day:) another positive to location as it is 1 min walk to tim hortons.

I would not recommend this motel in the winter months. Especially to families with babies / toddlers. Maybe in the summer as you would be out doing alot of activities. So it would be just a place to sleep. But even so my dust allergies were acting up like crazy.

Well, for this motel I can say that you get what you pay. We paid around $60 for one night stay and we got a room with two queen beds as per our requirement. The room had a strange odour when we entered and that odour seemed like a permanent guest of that room. Cleanliness in the room was fine. The shower faucet came in hand when I tried to turn it on.

The biggest joke is the free breakfast they offer. Maybe it’s their way of bringing smile to the sad guests. The free breakfast has bread toast, cold milk with cereals, muffins with juice/coffee. It’s not bad to get these things for free, but even after having these, you still need to go for a proper breakfast at Denny’s or anywhere else. This place is good if you are doing a short night stay. Do not recommend it for families with kids.

Our bed cover had a cigarette hole in it clear as day, the garbage had something in it with a putrid smell, and the outlet tripped the breaker when we plugged in two cell phone chargers at once. Overall the only redeeming quality was the location, though it is still a fair walk from the falls.

Bev and I had the Pleasure of staying at this Motel. The price was more than fair clean rooms comfy bed good Linen. Super close walk to the falls. Totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking there again for our next visit in the Falls. Thanks to the friendly staff.

We got a king size bed room. The bed was all hair like the sheet didn't changed, the bathroom was so dirty, the walls was dirty with splashes all over. The hot water in the face basin wasn't working the over head shower blocked up or they turn the was pressure down. It was the worst ever I should have read the reviews before I booked. I pay online after getting there I had was to pay parking differently. The photos on line about the rooms are very miss leading. You guys are very miss leading to customers. Very poor.

Visited with family, full marks in customer service, comfortable bedding, spacious room and appliances. Floor cleaning is an area of improvement, some blankets had burn marks. Overall excellent experience.

Then why you charged triple amount from us the price was only $114 per night in email but when we visit your receptionist told us we didn't give any reply to email that's why they charged triple amount from us that was $326 per night if you need proof I'll send you email that we received and also the payment proof that we paid there.

The staff was friendly and the room we had was quite large and very clean. My only complaint would be that the air conditioner, fridge, and bathroom fan were very loud. Couldn't have the A/C on at all while sleeping because it sounded like a car running inside the room.

Clean other than something was left on bathroom door handle. Reception took care of it right away. Friendly reception

Really impressed with this motel! Was a bit apprehensive reading some of the reviews but once we checked in we were extremely impressed. Motel is about a 10 minute walk from the falls which is a pretty big plus as this is the main attraction obviously. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily, air conditioner room, free breakfast which I don't see how you can complain about that, owners were great and would add more food as people came. Small fridge and microwave in room, outdoor pool, and newly renovated rooms. King sized bed that was very comfy. I've recommended this motel to anyone I know going to Niagara falls, you can't beat the value.

First of all, had not much hot water in the shower, 2nd of all, the house keeping was not always available 2nd night we had to change our.own, and 3rd thing is never mentioned a 100.00 deposit. Never rent this hotel again

King bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was friendly and polite. 10 minutes walk to the falls, 23 walk to clifton hill. Our room was on the first floor, as been a housekeeper myself for years, i think more attention to details on marks on walls would be great, most important is a time limit for noise, some people partied til almost 3am friday, but was extremely quiet on saturday. I would recommend this place and would love to come back.

Worst experience. The room was infested with bed bugs and they managed to get in my luggage. I had to spend a lot of energy and dollars to get rid of them. I expected better from them.
