Had a broken screen in window upon check in and they blamed us for it and refused to give back deposit

There needs to be significant soundproofing done. Other than that, service was nice, bed was comfortable and overall had a comfortable stay.

My 60 year old friend and I booked a 2 bedroom. I arrived around 1am and the doors were locked. I called twice before I could get someone to answer. When I checked in I asked if my friend who was 60 could come through the front since it's closer to our room, he said no. When we walked in the room there was only 1 bed so I slept on the couch which both sides of the cushions were stained and the bathroom was dirty. I never received my deposit either. I took pictures because I have never been in such a disgusting hotel room.

Stuck there during a bus mishap and they were the nicest people I met in a while. Super helpful and understanding
