I always have the best time with Taylor at Knots! She has the ability to make your session fun and comfortable. Her massages are sooo good and always leave me feeling relaxed. I highly recommend this beautiful space

My massage with Eric was fantastic! He has an excellent technique that combines deep pressure and relaxing strokes. He listened and adjusted to my preferences, and the massage was one of the best I've ever had!

My only constructive feedback (not for Eric, but for the owners of Knots) is that there seems to be ZERO sound insulation in the clinic and I could hear entire conversations and loud laughing during the length of my massage. This did bring me out of the 'zen' environment a bit (it was so loud that I thought perhaps there was a staff Christmas party taking place, but Eric assured me it was just patients talking to their therapists in the adjacent rooms). This doesn't take away from the skill of Eric, but perhaps something to consider when booking. I plan to go back, but may try for times that are less likely to be so busy, so it's more of a relaxing atmosphere.

Love the vibe at Knots & the stellar services! The waiting room is relaxing before entering appointments, and has drink options to explore before your booking- which… YUM.

I’ve been in to see Amy G. (who is so kind) for a few full body massages while I was recovering from a back injury, and she was great at accommodating to my sensitivities and improving my back wellness! I also tried an indie head massage with Amy, and let’s just say if money grew on trees I’d be in every week to get one!

I am currently seeing Lindsay L, who is a pro at deep tissue massage. She’s so kind & makes me feel at ease while getting out all of the deep knots! She also has done cupping as an additional treatment on my 90minute massages, which has been a huge relief for my back & keeps me coming back for more!

This was my first massage in years after a poor experience and after a thorough assessment, let alone treatment, with Lindsay Laflamme, I was left wondering why I hadn’t gotten a massage for so long in the first place! She was kind, communicative, knowledgeable and very strong, but not aggressive when it wasn’t time to be. Highly recommend Erin for physiotherapy! She has treated a few injuries over the past 3 years and helped me manage chronic pain. I think she is professional, kind, caring, knowledgeable and always runs on time. The clinic space is lovely and it's so nice to be able to book appointments online. She has a brand new Shockwave machine that works great for foot/heel pain. So glad I found Erin for physio!

Nalkila is fantastic! She’s been my RMT for several years and is the only one I felt that listened to my issues and is helping me get the relief I need. Highly recommended!

I’ve visited Erin for Physio and she’s amazing. Not only does she do great manual work, but also provides helpful and knowledgeable information for my continued success at home. The beautiful and relaxing atmosphere at Knots is an added bonus. I love it here!

Carol was my therapist and I enjoyed every bit of it. She took the time to explain the whole process before our session and it felt right.

I work a very physical job and I really look forward to enjoying a massage when I have time to get one.
I’ve been cancelled on four times already and this last time was without any warning. I actually drove there expecting my appointment only to be turned away at the door.
It’s so disappointing when you have limited time, wait weeks for an appointment only to get cancelled on then have to book another one weeks later.
I understand people get sick and things happen but four times being cancelled on makes me feel that I can’t rely on getting an appointment when I need one.
Nobody to fill in, just a sorry, maybe some other time.

I have had chronic pain in both shoulders and one elbow for a few years. Erin has been treating me with shockwave therapy, acupuncture and other physiotherapy. Along with an exercise program we are starting to see great improvement. Erin is very knowledgeable and caring, I highly recommend her services.

My physiotherapist Erin Seaton is wonderful. She is a hands on therapist and does alot of manual therapy. I find this is the only kind of physio that works for me. She is so great Infact that I continued to go to her even when she moved to Knots from where she was before and even though I am moving to Cambridge I will make the drive and continue my therapy with Erin. She has helped me tremendously!

Erin was very friendly, professional, and effective. I came in with shoulder pain from swimming and she very quickly identified the root cause (s), provided treatment, and an excercise plan that has eliminated the pain, and now I feel great!

I had a treatment with Michelle Baker today and it was exactly what I needed. She is thorough, has excellent touch, and knows her stuff. As an RMT myself, I am very picky about who I see but I will definitely be back again.

I attend Physiotherapy here, and Erin is fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful, and the space is great.

I've been struggling with a back injury for more then 2 years seeing a number of physiotherapist and specialist and had seen little to no progress. Ive now been working with Erin for a few months and the results are amazing. The staff are all very nice and the clinic is clean. Highly recommend! Also physiotherapy direct bill insurance

Amazing hospitality, and a very amazing Team.
Victoria is the best, She's very informative and understanding. If you are having any problems or issues, she takes her time to offer you solutions that will help benefit you! The place is beautiful! Very relaxing and an awesome atmosphere.

Michelle is a kind, caring, RMT who listens to your needs and tries to help you the best way she can. I immediately felt comfortable during my session and after my treatments I had relief from my pain. Thanks Michelle!

Update Jan 6: Four (4) days after writing the review below I received a call from Knots explaining that my cancelation fee had been waived and that I was "allowed back" and welcome to rebook again. I'm unsure at this time whether I will rebook but it is good to see them trying to rectify the situation and retain a customer.

Original Review Jan 2: I was incredibly excited to start working with Knots. I'd heard great things, their services are top-notch and their employees well educated. I had my first appointment mid-Dec with Carol and it was one of the best sessions I'd ever had. I was looking forward to continuing and even had multiple sessions booked into the new year. I received a reminder call a few days before my appointment and told them I wasn't feeling well and might cancel but would call if that happened. They said literally, "no problem" with no mention of anything to keep in mind. The day before my next appointment I had unfortunately tested positive for COVID. I called the morning of (as they were closed the day prior) to cancel explaining that I didn't want to get their team sick (I could have just shown up sick and not called at all but don't think that's right). I had other appointments booked for the same month so I knew they could see I intended on being a repeat customer. They told me that I should have canceled online despite them being closed (I did not even know they had that service) and told me that in top of the half-fee charge they normall charge if you cancel, their new policy starting the day of my call is to charge 100% of the fee because I was canceling less than 24 hours out. I do understand cancellation policies and support them - frivolous cancellations for no reason hurts small businesses. But this wasn't frivolous, this was to also keep their team healthy. The person on the phone said it didn't matter what the circumstances were, their policy stands and I'd be charged. I'm sorry to say that I hung up and will not be returning. It's too bad because their services were great and I think Carol was wonderful, but when your policies do not have any allowances at all for humanness, it makes it hard to support your business.

I received a very professional, straight to the point, relaxing, deep tissue massage from Eric. Eager for my next appointment, I highly recommended.

I met the owner Taylor at a dog park a few years ago and have been a client ever since. I have had massages from multiple RMTs at her organization (Amy, Carol, previous employee Michelle) and have always been supported and impressed by the level of care I received. I booked a day before appointment with Eric today and had the best massage experience ever. I was hesitant to book with a male RMT due to an uncomfortable experience in Toronto with a male RMT, but I felt comfortable with Eric and was able to keep my shirt on for the massage - I took off my bra. Thank you again and I already booked an appointment for next week.

Michelle Baker was my RMT and made me feel secure and safe during the whole process and the communication was excellent I will be coming back and will stay with knots thank you for the great service!

If you suffer from chronic pain daily and looking for the best deep tissue massage than you have found the right place. If only I had started sooner. I look forward coming here weekly and I feel perfect when I leave. Hurts like hell and feels Absolutely amazing. It is worth every dollar and 90 minutes is still not long enough lol

I have been seeing Taylor for massages at Knots and I must say she has truly done wonders for my back pain, so I decided to try a Reiki session with her. I do not know where to start I went in be very skeptical about it and I came out definitely a believer in Reiki the experience and feelings I felt during the session were unbelievable you can honestly feel the energy from Taylor in your body through out the session Ive already booked my next session it's truly a must try she is definitely a gifted person. I visited Knots for the first time today, and I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with the cleanliness, the Covid-19 precautions and the overall ambience!

This is a really special place, and I will absolutely return as a customer. Eric massaged me and he was absolutely wonderful!   The massage was the perfect blend of pain relief and relaxation. He was professional, had great technique, and had a lovely demeanour.

Went in for my initial consultation with Michelle. Because of training in strength sports, I require a decent amount of massage maintenance (and deeper work).

She was amazing, asked a lot of thorough questions at the beginning to understand where might need more attention, and answered any questions I had.

Made for great conversation the entire time, and I left the massage feeling awesome, limber, and like the areas I needed work on had been worked well.

I will definitely be back for another appointment, and highly recommend anyone reading this to check them out as well!

I come here for occasional massages for my back and I absolutely love their service! I got my acupuncture done by Karen here which was exceptional and I book Amy for my massages. She is super helpful, attentive to your needs and just great all around. Its a clean, friendly environment and I definitely recommend.

I highly recommend this place and specially the massages provided by Brad. They were excellent and helped me with my shoulders pain. He also gives advice and exercises on how to reduce back pain which are very helpful!

The massage therapists are amazing. Such a clean environment and I felt comfortable going because of this reason. Definitely my go to place for a relaxing massage.

Amy is amazing. My hips were hurting for awhile now from my job and after one session it was nearly gone with the second massage making it go away. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. Knowledgeable, competent, informative and EFFECTIVE. Ashley was a pleasure to meet and be worked on by, in spite of my injuries and pre-existing issues. They are following COVID protocols to the nines so this created a relaxed and safe environment.

Very particular about sterilizing the entire area. Appropriate covid questionnaire. RMT was very professional and friendly.

I've been here maybe 4 or 5 times and I've had a positive experience so far. The clinic is clean and tidy and they follow Covid protocols.
**To those that gave a 1 star because of an emergency clinic cancellation, grow up. The world doesn't revolved around you. There are plenty more things in life to be upset about.

Amy is absolutely amazing! Customer service goes way above and beyond. Amy knew that I was worried about an event last week and emailed me wishing me good luck on the day! How thoughtful and have never experienced that with any other massage therapist. The fact that she also customized her work schedule so that she can fit me in on the weekend is amazing and so appreciative. THANK YOU AMY! YOU ROCK!:) Maybe one day my knot in my shoulder will come out haha: P

Knots RMT is one of my happy places. I feel so relaxed going there even before I get a massage. It's in the way they communicate, the way they have set up the space and the way they promote wellness. It is really important to me to have health care workers who are genuine and compassionate and those are the two qualities that come to mind when I think of Knots owner Taylor. I highly recommend this business if you are looking for a RMT who understands holistic health.

Josh was a great therapist. Just the right amount of pressure, not too soft and not too hard. He was very detailed with the pain areas, gave each its proper time and didn't rush through. Very respectful and professional. Highly recommended.

I had a a great experience and will definitely return. Knots RMT has an extremely professional set up that meets the current COVID health recommendations that were thorough yet still friendly and left me feeling very safe so I could fully relax during my massage.
