I had a great experience with KNT Electric. I worked with Ken who was an incredibly kind and professional electrician. Ken helped me move an outlet in my kitchen and was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions and explaining what he was doing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience working with KNT. Five years ago they replaced a bunch of knob and tube wiring in our home. Work was done on time and everything patched and cleaned nicely. No problems since then, until today we had issues with a bunch of receptacles. Called KNT to see if they do service calls and instead Tim took 5 minutes to walk me through troubleshooting on the phone. Problem solved, no charge, exceptional service. Thank you!

As we needed to replace Knob and Tube throughout most of our home, there was an element of anxiety re cost, damage and disruption. We cannot find enough good things to say re KNT. The estimate was reasonable and close to the final price. The job was done quickly with 3 or more electricians here each day. The damage was minimal considering the amount of work needed on this two story home and they did a superb job patching up the holes made. Our experience with KNT has been positive and I would be happy to consult with anyone looking update any electrical needs in their home. Best choice we could have made.

I highly recommend using KNT Electric to have your knob and tube wiring removed. We weren't able to move in to our new house until the wiring was updated (we have a newborn), and KNT exceeded our expectations in their knowledge, speed, and quality of work. They were always available by text/phone, and completed the job in a timely and thorough fashion.

There was an issue at my house with the electrical panel. I called KNT for the 1st time this week. I spoke to a human, not to voicemail, and then provided further details by email. KNT provided their pricing (very fair imo) so I agreed and a service appointment was scheduled.

The electrician showed up on schedule and provided great service. He communicated well, gave wanted advice, answered my questions, and resolved the problem. Well done.

Highly recommend, willing to help. Saturday evening, July 1, our house had a power surge due to a storm, after the power came back, half of our home's outlets were not working, we tried flipping the breakers off and on with no luck. I did a quick Google search found a few electricians made a few calls. Nobody called me back, except Tim at KNT Electric! Tim the owner, actually picked up and started telling me what he thinks happened and what are my next steps including the number to call Hydro One and what to say. Turned out the power lines coming into my house snapped with live power lines dangling (very dangerous). Hydro sent out 3 technicians and reconnected the power lines the same night, exactly how Tim described they would. I didn't have to pay Tim for his advice over the phone, but I liked how he instantly stepped up to plate and provided much needed advice and expertise without even being compensated. I now have a trusted and experienced electrician on my speed dial. Thanks again Tim and KNT Electric.

Updated my house from knob and tube. The team did a great job, kept me updated throughout the process, and had amazing customer service.

Tim and the team were fantastic! I really felt like I could trust them and I am confident they were not trying to gouge us on price. They did great work, were able to squeeze us into an opening, and kept the place clean. Will definitely be using them in the future.

They installed a bathroom fan, a bunch of potlights, and a bunch of cleanup of previous electrical work that was poorly done. I'm thrilled with everything they did.

Once again KNT Electric proved why they are the best electricians in the City. We noticed the hydro pipe on the side of the house had come apart at an elbow joint’s seam a few months ago. Wasn’t sure if it was an issue. Emailed Tim at KNT Electric and had a reply in minutes, and a site visit within the hour, where they taped it up temporarily and booked Hydro for the repair. So easy to communicate with via email or phone. Repair date arrived - they reminded us of the booking a few days before, they coordinated their arrival with Hydro and ensured the job was done and everything was left in order when the job was completed. I've had the pleasure of working with KNT Electric on a couple occasions. Each time they have gone out of their way to accommodate our needs. I always recommend them to my family and friends when they ask.

We hired KNT Electric to replace some knob and tube wiring we had in half of our old home. The quote response time was prompt and the breakdown of the work and what it entailed was very detailed and clear. Communication was excellent and we were kept informed of everything going on. We had stalled on having this work done for many years for fear of the disruption and mess we thought would occur - based on what other electricians had told us in the past (remove all baseboards in home before they arrive.yeah right). KNT came in and immediately put our minds at ease. Minimal disruption to our schedule, amazing as working from home is seemingly the new normal these days! Power was only turned off in parts of the home as needed, and we had to relocate only one day when the old panel was replaced and updated!
The workers were polite, tidy, and efficient. Plastic barriers were put up every day for dust control and at the end of every day they vacuumed. We opted to have all holes patched, which overall were small and easy to paint over.
