Don’t buy this snow removal. I took this service for 2023, I was ended up cleaning snow by myself.

It's already 10: 50 now, and Kodiak's tractor finally came over. However, it only plowed the rightmost neighbor's driveway and then drove away? My neighbor's driveway and mine were ignored?

A little expensive but totally worth it. Always on time never ever have to call customer care for any complaints. Keep up the good work guys!

I want to thank you guys for being amazing. This was our first season with a service and I couldn't have asked for more. You guys were regular, consistent and communicated very well. One of the reasons why I picked your service is the GPS tracker (please keep that feature). I really appreciated when you would go back down on a street after to see if people have moved their cars, and when tractors waited while we removed them. Lastly, I know of others who had much lower caps for annual snow removal, for the same price you offered. It was great not having to worry about this.

Really like the fact they have a live map where you can see all the trucks at work. Also they picked up my call on a Sunday. 4 stars only because they don’t wait for you to get your car out the driveway

This is my first year using a snow service. I heard the usual horror stories of snow removal services: slow response, not showing up, etc. Kodiak has been really on point with excellent service. It's been a big snow year, and they've always come on time and done a thorough job.usually above an beyond. They follow the city ploughs, so the max time that I've seen the little present the city leaves at the end of my driveway is about 30 minutes. Thank you so much to you all over there for the excellent snow service this year.

Reasonably priced, great customer service and quick to come. We have had no complaints over winter 2023 and live in the Kanata region. I believe they have made a long-term customer now.

Great job today guys, 27+ cm of snow and crazy roads full of cars, plows and pedestrians, you did my laneway 4 times, twice what the agreement stipulates. Going above and beyond is rare these days, I am sure the guys and girls all put in very long hours today, please pass along my gratitude! Quality is obviously a priority at Kodiak!

It's been a year with lots and lots of snow, but our laneway has always been cleared in a very timely manner.

Tonight, as I shoveled my driveway, I couldn't help but wonder if I was getting value for the money I was paying Kodiak. After posting a negative review, I was quickly corrected. Thank you Kodiak.

It is Jan 26,2023. Major snowfall in Ottawa. Kodiak has been here 3x, and 100% excellent service. They are way, way ahead of the competition. Wow, totally excellent service.
This is not an easy service, there are the # of customers, have to follow the City of Ottawa plow and other considerations.
I have used Kodiak for years and I observe their record versus their competition, Kodiak wins.

We have used Kodiak for 6 seasons of snow removal. Our first few years were great, but this year has left nothing to be desired. They barely ever come around to do our driveway and a recent night/day with over 30cms of snow, they came twice. Meaning that we had to shovel our way out for work as well as shovel to pick up our kids from school. Honestly, you are better off shoveling yourself as you spend most of the season shoveling anyways because they are never there! Perhaps Capital is more responsive, they appeared more responsive during the storms we've had, but post Covid service has been terrible and it is no longer worth the money they charge.

*To Update: I am the spouse of an account holder, so I am not a "ghost account. " Your reply with the "lol" is most certainly not professional. My spouse has reached out numerous times about the lack of service and your company has always just said "you will get around to us when you can" which is usually hours later. To add context, when we receive upwards of 30cms of snow, 1 pass through the night and another in the late evening is not enough. This leaves everyone who has to get out during the day to shovel themselves out. If you are unable to properly service the clientele you have, then refrain from taking on more. This seems like poor business management. We only get a few monstrous snow storms a season, therefore, extra passes on these days should be expected or what are we really paying for?

I use this service for snow and lawncare and highly recommend Kodiak for any of their services and work. They are reliable and honest. I was also looking at their sheds which they have a large variety and they deliver and set up.

The guy who services kanata south helped my wife out when she was stuck in a snow bank. Don’t currently have service with these guys, but I’m definitely thinking about it for next year!

This is our first winter using Kodiak’s snow blowing service. We could not be more impressed with every aspect of what they deliver. From the informative emails describing when and how much snowfall is anticipated to the timely removal of it, Kodiak is a Class-A outfit.

This is the second year using this company for snow removal and I am very happy. They communicate their plan whenever snow is expected and during storms, I have never had to pick up a shovel even after the city plows come by as they do a round after plows go through. Excellent service. Well worth the money.

I have gone with Kodiak winter service for 2 years now and their service has been exceptional and one of the best in Stittsville. Their staff is always responsive to service tickets submitted on their website even on busy days. They keep you updated via email on when they are dispatching their tractors and how many passes they will do. They were even fast in installing the pickets on the driveway the day after I paid for on both seasons I have been with them. If you are looking for a good service and great staff than I would highly recommend kodiak.

Kodiak without a doubt is an amazing service! While many services might come once or twice, Kodiak comes as often as needed. Whether it’s because the snow keeps coming or the city trucks plow your driveway full of snow. Kodiak is always there. Not sure why everyone in Kanata isn’t using them.
