Kokame Express

Fresh sushi everytime and they definitely don't cheap out on their products like other places.

Kokame used to be one of the best late night sushi express in London around 3-4 years ago but recently, I just got to order again after a long time… and it was awful. Shrimps tempura that they used in their rolls were stale with aged old grease they used to deep fried which I could taste. Rice was soggy and mushy. Need to re-take a look at your quality.

Ordered takeout while visiting London and thought it was delicious! Good size portions and reasonable prices. Deep fried California was huge

I had the salmon nigiri and the spicy salmon roll which had a nice crunch to it. Prices are reasonable and food came out fast.

I usually have a strong stomach and can handle all types of food, but not this time around……. Ordered sushi from here in early July. Sushi tasted “off”, tempura in the crispy salmon tasted weird, just didn’t taste fresh, and couldn’t even finish the whole thing. And few hours later? You guessed it, hurling my guts up. So food poisoning probably. And thanks to that now I have SIBO highly DO NOT recommend this place, many other places in the city providing much better quality that won’t leave you over the toilet later on. My first and last time ️

Wish they were flexible with substitutions of toppings. Friendly and fast. The times they open and close aren’t accurate and it changes randomly depending on the day. Not restaurant quality sushi but amazing for the price. They dont have wasabi or ginger. Try a sushi burrito tastes fresh and is huge

Always fresh and flavourful. Portion sizes are great and items are packed well. Ordered several times and never had a bad experience.

Always uses fresh ingredients. Their salmon is so fresh and soft. Really enjoying the creative rolls with feta cheese. My family often orders takeout from this place

Their salmon sushi burritos are amazing!
They are full of flavour and an excellent size for the price. We also ordered miso soup, chicken dumplings and tuna sashimi (not pictured). They have fresh food and super fast service. I highly recommend Kokame Express for a quick dinner option for any sushi lover.

I don’t get how, but every time I go here for take out they give me the exact amount of soya sauce I need. I never run out and I never have extra. 4/5 times even the lil dish I put the soy sauce in is perfectly empty at the end my sushi sesh. For that alone I am giving them 5 stars.

Very bad experience ordering on Uber eats. The restaurant upgraded the price of my meal from $22 to $30 AFTER I ORDERED. Called them to ask why and they couldn’t give me a straight answer! Never again

Ordered via UberEats. Quick preparation and really good quality for the price. Really liked the dynamite and salmon rolls/sushi. Neatly packaged, soup was still super hot when we got it! Overall really good value and excellent taste.

Late night munchies for me and the girl. Pretty good food, would recommend the salmon sushi burrito.

Possibly the worst sushi I’ve ever had. Old, dry, chewy. Spice salmon roll was full of crunchy bits (hard old) and barely any salmon.

Everytime im downtown, i order sushi from kokame. Fast, Cheap and delicious. Me and my gf even just order it and they deliver it really quick with the meso soup burning hot still. Love this place and would put this sushi place on top of the rest

I've been to Kokame Express many times now. The guy taking orders is always friendly. Salmon sushi burritos are to DIE FOR! So good, and a nice and quick order. If you're willing to wait 6-8 mins you can order 8 springrolls for $5. Super delicious, cheap, and the sauce that comes with them is irresistible. Do recommend!:)

Staff are extremely rude and condescending. Orders are frequently made incorrectly with malicious pricing practices. Sushi is average at best. Disappointing is an understatement.

This place is quick.sushi quality varies, but don't expect too much since this is a takeout spot. I personally like their sushi:)

I ordered the chicken teriyaki burrito and it was so gross: (I thought it would be like normal chicken teriyaki rolls but in burrito form (with seaweed obviously) and there were these weird slimy purple/grey strings in it and it just turned my stomach completely. I read the ingredients before ordering so I have no idea what they were.they looked like worms. I won’t order it again.

The yam rolls were good.

I order on just-eat/skip the dishes all the time, the food here is amazing, especially the Deep Fried California Roll:)
