Koke Teppanyaki & Bbq

Ordered a chicken teriyaki from Uber Eats and it was completely dry and had no flavour to it. Would not recommend ordering off Uber eats.

Nice experience, but make sure you choose your preset menu very, very carefully unless you are extremely hungry, but even then, there is too much food.

Much cheaper, and wayyyyy higher quality than ayce! Sashimi slices were unexpectedly thiccCC. Come with friends and get the large platters/boats and get ready to pay cheap for premium sushi!

Honestly if there was a “best with friends” restaurants category it’s definitely a-la-carte sushi

Had the teppanyaki meal where they cook in front of you. The meat was cooked very nice however felt the fish was a bit undercooked. This is probably why my wife and I had stomach cramps after the meal. What also was odd, the teppanyaki cook was making food for other tables and would leave the cooked dishes in front of me for the waitress to pick up later. I thought that didn’t seem to cleanly.

The food is delicous and customer service is amazing. Went there with a group of friends who were visiting from hong kong! Everyone absolutely loved it. Alittle on the pricey side but every dollar was worth it

Walk in dine in experience. All other staff are good but there’s this one waiter in the reception that is rude to us 1st and 2nd time we went the same guy is rude did not get his name but be aware rude customer service. When I told him he is rude he immediately change his tone of his voice. I am dining in with my son. I was asking the same waiter if they have salmon teriyaki for my son the waiter replied I told you already this is what we have only! I looked at him then he change his tone of his voice.

Party of 16 came there for Teppanyaki! Was expecting some games and trick with the guests from the chef but disappointed to just watch the chef cooking! Price is pricey, pop is not included! Foods were ok nothing special! Service was attentive!

Have been here a few times and it has always been a great experience. Food is fresh and cooked perfectly, chefs are always friendly, well-mannered and respectful, and waiters are attentive and helpful yet not too annoying. I also like how they don't charge you extra for miso soup, salad, fried rice and dessert, like how stingy other Teppanyakyi places are. This became my go-to restaurant for Teppanyakyi!

Staff was extremely friendly and professional.even though we were one of their last clients, they still treated us like we were there 1st. I forgot to purchase vegetables and the cook Mr. Lucky gave it to me complimentary. He interacted with us and made it fun, and taught us a little bit of Mandarin. He gave us an experience worth our money.my overall review, I will say this is definitely a place for birthdays, dates, or group dinners

Food was great for the price. Steak was tender and not chewy, seafood was also good quality. Service was excellent. There are lunch specials starting at 11: 30AM for $20-$30 which was a great price.

We went there for the first time to try it out as my parents wanted to have something different. We were looking forward to it. But it turned out to be a bit disappointing. The food wasn't that great to begin with considering that the high prices they charged for their set dinners. And what is more disappointing was the chef, who misinterpreted our orders despite our explanations at the beginning. We had an extra order of chicken besides the set dinners because I don't eat beef and had made sure that he understood that it was just for the two of us among our party of eight. After he cooked the chicken, he gave it to everyone else in our party except us. We told him and he seemed to have forgotten and looked confused. He didn't even apologize. We had to ask him to take the chopped up chicken pieces back to us, which was embarrassing. He was trying to be entertaining but failed terribly, comparing to the other chef just opposite to us, who was having a great time with his customers, who happened to be our long time friends. I don't think I will return.

Had teppanyaki for lunch here. Wasn't sure what to expect but service was great and the food was amazing for the price.

Well nice place for huge groups of friends and family. Only thing is (which is my body fault) I’m allergic to seafood and a lot of the food is seafood dedicated. The chicken and the friend rice and the presentation was truly amazing! The service was great!

Went there last weekend.it was “Saturday night” but pretty empty there. I think it says something. Half of store were empty but service was really slow.
It’s not worthy for about $100 per person.
At beginning, store provides a set of meats before you order. They have you a huge squid it was huge and cheap meats with very few Wagyu. We tried other meat? But not good either.

Delicious AYCE beef! Service was excellent and very educational on how to cook the beef the right way. Got the beef craving fixed! Sauces were really good and burst of flavour which intensified the texture and the taste of the different cuts of meat!

Good was good and chefs are professional. I just think the price is not worth it, it is not the utmost best quality of protein and has a lot of oils and fats while cooking.

We had a wonderful time at Koke and I thought the price was very reasonable!

It was my friend's birthday and we went for Teppanyaki. What an experience! The chef was very friendly and entertaining, cracking eggs and jokes. Other staff members were also very patient and quick with services. The chef even let the birthday girl try some of the tricks. We all had a great time.

The food was cooked to perfection despite the size of the group. We all wanted our steak cooked to different doneness and the chef delivered!

We were served plenty of food and were stuffed by our last course. We even got some leftovers to take home.

I think it was good food and a good show for the value. I really enjoyed it.

I grew up having many teppanyaki meals with my family. The key to the experience is friendly service so the interaction with the chef is important. Koke is able to deliver and I am glad my kids get to enjoy the Chef performing in front of us. We will be back

We had a table of 7 and while the service, ambiance, food quality were adequate to above average, the one disadvantage Koke has compared to other Japanese/Korean BBQs is the lack of variety for its meat/ vegetable offerings for its AYCE menu.

Booked a reservation 2 weeks ago. Arrived and was told even after we confirmed it it didn’t matter and a table that had called 10 min before we had arrived would take priority. We also arrived 29 min early for our reservation. An absolute joke. You should be honouring your reservations. We were super excited to eat here and incredibly disappointed!

We ordered the 90 dollars per person package. Doesn’t worth it at all. We were looking forward to the wagy. But not everything on the plate can be reordered. Not even the shrimp. The service is really slow. We be there at 7 on time for the reservation. We wait until 7: 30 to have the meat served. Waiters are super busy, need to wait fifteen minutes to order something.

Great experience. Haven’t had teppanyaki for a long time. The service was great and the food was really good. Love the wagyu beef.

I went there to celebrate my fd’s bday, we booked a table at 6: 30pm for 5ppl. They offered us a table for 8 which is really comfortable for us to sit and share foods. Their foods were fine as we ordered the $36 ayce but their service was really bad.

When we are willing to order for our 2nd round of food, a male server came and he was really rude and impatient to take our order.
And I accidentally dropped some sauce in my hot tea so I asked the same male server to change a new cup of tea for me, and he totally ignored my request and just pull some hot tea in my oily sauce tea. So I repeated my request again to him and he came back in a min with the same cup which is really oily on the tea, it was really disgusting and unprofessional. I need to ask another server to change a new cup of tea for me.

But besides that male server, the others were so nice and helpful.

Great service. Great food. Expect to pay a premium for the experience, though!

For the same price, a tasting menu at a fine dining restaurant would be better value.

We did the bbq experience this time. Ordered the premium deluxe platter with the Kobe beef varieties.
Quality and quantity were on point! Had a nice nigori sake with the meal too.
Attentive service for our entire meal. Will be back to try the teppanyaki.

Paid $300 for 2 adult and 1 child for their Premium All you can eat. Not ONLY there are very limited variety to choice from but also the beef quality is definitely not Premium Kobe Beef! Very disappointed

Our second visit here. We got the teppanyaki set menu for $34. It's not a bad deal considering there's a bit of everything. Although the menu states there's an ice cream pancake for dessert, the pancake is sold out. So you get a scoop of ice cream instead.

I was hoping we'd get a chef that would make our fried rice into a heart as shown from other photos but we didn't have that on either visit.

Still, it's a nice show. Lobster is nice and overall the meal was nice. King was our chef and he was entertaining. A bit heavy on the salt but it was a good meal. One of the waitresses is always pleasant when I ask for anything.

The manager is also easy to interact with. Overall, this is a great place for a fun evening out. The teppanyaki grill tables are spaced apart for covid precautions.

Washroom could have been a bit more maintained.

One of the more pricier grill restaurants but definitely worth it. Quality meats and even options of Wagyu. The platter is very beautifully presented and staff and servers were attentive and made the experience so much better. The only thing I wish for is the preset menu to offer an option for rice.

Exceptional food, friendly employees, regularly awesome ambience. They charge reasonable pricing and the food quality is very good. Highly recommended.

Trued teppanyaki special combo for $29/person. Good experience. Ingredients fresh and staff friendly. Would definitely go back to try their other menu items another time!

All you can eat beef and pork. Zucchini, king musroom, okra were served one time only. If you ask for more, you have to pay extra.

Highly recommend this place. First time trying this restaurant out and the quality of the food was great. (Reasonable price too) Our server and the owner was very kind as well!

This place is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. Whenever I I need a decent meal, this is the place that comes instantly to my mind.superb and all kinds of food and a large list of dishes.professional crew, and nice ambience. In addition to that, the tariff is modest. I sent my friends to this spot with no hesitation.

Dropped in for a weekend dinner with friends, was an interesting experience but I found the selection to be relatively limited, especially after the first round of bbq, the quality of items drops considerably. There are better alternatives in terms of quality and value not too far away in the area. Ambience was great and service was good.

This restaurant deserves a 5 star or above rating. We’ve been to this place many times in the past for teppanyaki and korean bbq. Both are excellent. All servers are very nice. The owner is amazing. The prices on the menu are very reasonable. Highly recommended

Yummy food. In my recent online order: Missing tempura sauce and miso soup in the order though, and dumplings with already added soy sauce which turned out to be soggy

Awesome vibes and very friendly service. The menu was crisp and yummy. Will definitely recommend this spot to friends and family. Reasonable rates and large meals. Keep up the great work.

Wagyu beef and other beef with 1st combo, order too much because Wagyu beef can be really oilly and then you can't eat other stuff, recommend just order less Wagyu beef if you are just two people.
