Our family is doing extensive home renovations.
We came to Kolani Kitchen and Bath at Cawthra Road, Mississauga, in September 2023.
We had already completed our Kitchen by then, and our focus was on Bathrooms.
We met Raman, and since that time we have been collaborating with her, as our projects have been many.
We have purchased mainly Riobel Shower Heads, Handheld and Downspouts and Faucets for our Showers and Sinks, Toto Toilets, and well as Espa Tub and Virta Integrated Sinks. Presently we have focusing on Moen Accessories including Towel Bar, Hooks, and Paper Holder.
Throughout the entire process, we have visited Kolani Kitchen and Bath at least 14 times, and with each visit, we are greeted by Raman with professionalism, patience and outstanding expertise.

I ordered a toilet lid back at the beginning of November. I received a confirmation of my order and payment. I called them at the end of November and they had cancelled my order the same day it was ordered because they do not ship lids of toilets. I did not receive a cancel email or even a phone call. Really disappointed in the customer service.

My wife and I spent a considerable amount of time working with Raman at the Kolani store in Mississauga, couldn’t ask for better help and patience even when there was a defective product from one manufacturer, they went above and beyond the call of duty to correct the problem. Would highly recommend anyone that wants to deal with high-end quality products and superb service. This is the place you want to go to get value for your money. We are from St. Catharines which is 90 minute drive each way, but worth the drive.

Visited here to check out toilets to replace the ones in our home. Had been communicating with Raman and she was at the showroom to show us the ones we were interested in. The showroom has lots of styles and selection to look at. She was very helpful with our questions and also had some good suggestions for us to consider. Ended up going for a one-piece Toto, delivery was fast, and they look great installed in our house.

I went to the Mississauga location to purchase a shower system for my ensuite bathroom. I dealt with Raman, she was very helpful, cooperative and respectful. She provided a lot of information and explanation regarding the products. She took the time to listen to my concerns and took them seriously and was able to quickly resolve the issue. We did our bathroom project last year. Adam was an incredible help. Great selection here. Better quality then big box.

I paid in full for my products purchased at Kolani mississauga on June 22. The payment of the products purchased was split on husband and my credit cards. The amount for $4314.44 that was processed on my card did require signatures, becoz as soon as i inserted my card the payment for the said amount was processed thus I didn't get a prompt to enter my PIN. Now the owner Khalid of Kolani demands I should pay the same amount on my mastercard again in order for me to release my purchased items. They will take 2 or more days to refund my money. Thus I called my Bank and they tell me that the money is already in Kolani's account why they are demanding you to pay again prior to refunding your money. It does not sound very business like. My bank warned me about such retailers and requested me to submit dispute against this retailer prior to making the second payment for the same amount. Now Kolani is asking me to TRUST them and make double payment if I want my order released to my contractor. Now I am frustrated with the unethical way of KOLANI'S handling their business and taking money TWICE with no guarantee of REFUNDING AT LATER TIME. NOW SHOULD I TRUST MY BANK OF 20 YEARS or KOLANI'S where I PALCED THE ORDER ON JUNE 22,2021 and THEY REFUSED TO RELEASE MY FULLY PAID PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT THEIR MISSISSAUGA LOCATION WITH KHALID.
I feel cheated and I feel betrayed as in midst of renovation we have limited funds and these retail places taking advantage of the situation by being DISHONEST to their clients.
On our second visit Khalid told us that he will talk to his head office in order to release our products but today is another story.
I finally filed a dispute today as Kolani didn't leave me a choice, with my bank prior to paying him again in order to release my products.
I will also file a complaint to Better Business Bureau.
BUYERS BE AWARE BEFORE MAKING FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.

This location is the best! I've been to others (Hwy 50 is horrific), but here I get everything I want, reasonably priced. Khaled is so helpful, not pushy at all.
Perfect place for all your bathroom and kitchen needs.

We first visited the store to specifically look at Riobel products since our plumbing contractor indicated that was the only line of products he would work with. This was a new build and therefore required a lot of bathroom and kitchen products. We were specifically looking for faucets and shower heads. The sales agent, Khaled took time to go through the products and helped us select the types we liked and which were within our budget. He was knowledgeable in the product types, professional and kind, and did not hurry us during the discussions. We made a few trips, and had communication by phone and emails before making final decisions for purchase. During installation there was an issue with one of the cartridges and we were able to arrange WhatsApp video chat at the site so Khaled could communicate directly with the plumber which made things easier to resolve. A replacement cartridge was later provided without difficulty. We were very satisfied with the sales and after sales customer service and would highly recommend Khaled and the Kolani Kitchen and bath store.

I strongly recommend Kolani Kitchen & Bath to anyone in the market! I have dealt with Khaled a few times and he has gone out of his way to ensure that we were well treated and satisfied.
