I was having difficult issues with my phone two weeks facing issues mustafa call the help desk and they agreed to change my phone after passing with all stores in hamilton he was patience and even give me cheaper plan than I had before

Doors were locked during business hours and a sign up to call a number, but no one answered.

This store has some really crazy deal’s going all the time, personally Moustafa helped me in getting the best deal out of market.
So I recommend all to visit this store for all great deals.

I was dealing with Mostafa, he did an excellent job and very professional. He helped with all my questions and my concerns, best service I had received. The company should be proud to have an amazing worker like Mostafa.

They charged me $30 for a prepaid sim card, every other location the price is $10 and they did not provide me with an itemized receipt so I could not check if I was billed properly. They also can't bother to answer their phone as I have been trying to inquire why it cost so much. Staff member who helped me was condescending as well. Very bad experience at this location, you'd have better luck going to the Koodo booth in Limeridge Mall.

Aamir has helped me greatly in understanding the plans and their benefits each time I’ve seen him. I’m not the most informed on these sorts of things, so it is very helpful that he can help me make informed decisions when purchasing something as big as a new phone:) Totally recommend!

Excellent service by Ray! Made switching service providers extremely easy while giving me the best possible deal. I had to get my entire family switched over with the awesome deal we were getting and was able to get the most latest iPhones for us all. I moved over from Bell to Koodo and could not be more impressed with the performance that I receive with both my phone and the network.

I am also so very impressed with the service that I receive particularly with Ray at the Koodo store located at the Upper James and Fennel Ave location.

My dealings with Ray at this location has always always been excellent and courteous. Ray's technical knowledge of phones, accessories and Koodo phone plans is over-the-top.

He easily explains everything in easy to understand language especially with people who are not that technically inclined.

Ray has always resoved any issues that I have experienced quickly and always explains what the issue was.

I periodically rrun into other Koodo clients who have also moved over to Koodo and are glad that they made the move. They talso tell me that their dealings with Ray at this location was excellent.

I was able to convince my two sisters, who were always having problems with their carrier, to move change over to Koodo and to talk to Ray. They both so gratefull that Ray made the move to Koodo effortless.

Koodo without a doubt has the best performance compared to any other cell phone provider and also have the lowest plan costs.

And to be completely honest Ray was the salesperson who convinced me to make the move to Koodo by explaining all of the benefits.

I wanted to write this reveiw so that other people who are not with Koodo would read the review and move over to Koodo.

My overall experience of having service at this store is amazing. Mr. Rehman is not only a good manager but also a wonderful human being. I bought a sim card from there and he explained me everything about it and gave me the best of the best.

Ray was extremely helpful and patient. We arrived 5 mins before closing and he stayed back for 20 mins after closing time to get my connection set up. On top of that, he provided free add ons to the plan even without asking. I highly recommend this store.

I recently switched to Koodo after my old contract expired and was given the run-around by my old carrier. The customer service here was excellent in helping me deal with my old carrier.

Visited this store with a friend of mine as her phone was broke and i must say the guy there was so professional and friendly. I will definitely come to this store for my phone needs.

I came all the way from Leland as my phone was dead now i have new phone with the help of Ray everything went smooth. He is very patient and explains everything in detail. Satisfied!

Dodgy practices at this location. The person on the front desk signed me up for a different plan than I asked for and then wrote in pen that I would get the extra gigs of data as "bonus" data. After it became clear I wasn't getting the bonus gigs I went back and they told me the purchase agreement I had was invalid because it was marked with pen.

I eventually resolved the issue but I did have to issue a complaint with the CRTC to make it happen. The one star review is to reflect my experience at this store in particular and not Koodo overall. Their wireless service I have been happy with.

The tech I spoke with on the phone to resolve the complaint advised me not to use the stores and to just sign up online as the store reps have perverse incentives to lie.

Ray helped me with transferring all my data from my damaged old phone in a very professional manner, I am very satisfied with the services at this location.

Came at this location just to inquire about the plan and ended up getting a new phone with the same plan in lower price. Ray was extremely polite and helpful in transferring my stuff from the old phone. I am really impressed by the store manager Ray!

Went here today for a replacement phone. My old one wouldn’t charge and I was in a bit of a bind. Ray hooked me up: solid dude, knew his stuff. Got a brand new phone in like half an hour maybe, if that. Fantastic service.

Ray was very helpful when I quickly needed a replacement phone. I appreciated his patience in helping me choose a phone/update my plan, and purchase necessary accessories. The store only had one iPhone model available, I'm not sure if this was unique to my experience, but it would have been preferable to have more options on site.
