I was just going to look in the Koodo/Telus store, not buy a phone right away, but I’d done some previous research and decided, with information from Alex and Bradi, why not? ! My old phone battery was dying and memory was pretty full. It was much faster purchasing and transferring from my old phone in person than it would have been by ordering online, was actually in stock, and much more convenient. Was a bit of a wait in the store but that is to expected on a Monday morning. The two employees working and helping customers were knowledgeable and friendly. Ashley was great. She helped me with my purchase and installed the glass protector for both of the phones I had with me and also provided a discount with my purchase. She made everything simple and quick!

Unbelievable service. Ethan made sure to get me the best deal he could and answered all my questions without a hint of judgement toward an old coot like me. He even helped me tie my shoes, as my back has been acting up alot lately and it gets difficult to bend over these days. It's so rare to find such empathy in these trying times, even from my own family. My son never even calls me anymore, much less let's me see my granddaughter on holidays. Last time I saw him, I'm pretty sure he stole money from my safe. If I had a son like Ethan, I would cherish him and hold him tight so he could never leave me, ha. Anyways, great store

My old Samsung S5 was broken and Alex set us up with new phones, put on the screen potectors and cases and transferred our data. Could not have been happier with the service.

Amazing service! Spent 3 hours in Ottawa Telus ZERO RESULTS, 30 min to close I called in started setup over phone by the time I got to the store 10 min left till close was out in 8 with a brand new phone at a great deal!
