Went there after my sister passed and they wanted me to pay over 1,000 for her phone, called Koodo directly and that was not the case, only had to pay the data she used… koodo were very helpful but not the people that work in that branch, very dissatisfied with their service.

Excellent attention, the best advice and availability of top-of-the-range equipment with quite convenient payment methods.

Great place to get cellphone plans and devices, staff here is really helpful and great with costumers!

Got a new phone here.good friendly service. I forgot my wallet when I left. They called and text me to tell me that I left wallet there. A customer saw it on counter hidden from sales people. I went back next day. Wallet have $80, money and credit card were still there.

The koodo/telus executive Ahmed helped me to resolve my issue very fastly and efficiently. He was so gentle and generous to hear my issue and suggested me many alternative ways to solve my problem. Very happy with his service

I was in Niagara Falls and my Verizon Wireless International plan wasn't working. I rode my motorcycle up there for the weekend. I'm total dependent on my phone for maps/Gps. I stopped by this shop and explained my situation. The guy working there took care of me. He made sure my new sim card was setup and working. I wouldn't have be able to ride my bike around with out data for maps. In and out in 10mins. I would highly recommend this shop.

This was by far the best service I have experienced to date. Gus was patient, respectful and made a normally painful and draining experience (replacing a dead phone) as close to pleasant as humanly possible. He gets 5 stars for walking me through the usual confusing maze of acquiring and setting up a replacement phone. Highly recommend Gus! Well done indeed!

I can't say enough about the service I received from Rishabh (manager) at this Koodo store. Rish spent a great deal of time with me, helping me to find a phone that would meet my needs and fall within my budget. He was very patient with me, even when I asked him the same questions a few times. Even though it was close to closing time, he did not try to rush me out of the store. He found me a great deal on a phone and even updated my phone plan to a better plan for the same price I was paying. Koodos to Rish!

Are you disrespectful towards elderly people extremely poor customer service will not be recommending to anyone

Only 2 allowed in the store. No phones to look at from the display. The employee was very attentive and did the best he could with what he had.

The service and knowledge of Brett, the sales person who helped me, was outstanding! I walked in frustrated with the performance of my current phone, and walked out within 30 minutes delighted with my new phone, and the great deal I received. Thank you so much, Brett! Had to leave a review for Gustavo since he was literally the best person I've ever spoken to at this store, made everything super easy!

Service is poor. Very poor.arrogant Male employees on every one of my 3 visits.watched an employee clean my phone with a one inch cloth for over 10 minutes meanwhile my phone is in a case and extremely clean which I said to the Male employee who blatantly ignored me and my clean phone lol. He did NOTHING but waste my time not to mention the other two people in the store who were patiently watching this star employee lol clean a clean phone with his very important one inch cloth. End of story he did absolutely nothing to help me I ended phoning koodoo myself. My advice to anyone is dont waste your time going there just call koodoo and save yourself a headache they service doesn't deserve a 1 star not even close.

Have been with Koodo for 8+ years and this is by far the best place for experience and customer service. Gus now knows me by name, and when I walk in I just need to tell him why I'm there and he takes care of it. It's nice that we can also carry a conversation while he works and it isn't just small talk.

Service is great. Helped me out so much with understanding how my phone worked and even fixed a few problems for me. I highly recommend.
