Beyond unhelpful. Been a customer for years and went in today with the intention of buying a new phone and signing a new contract. Will now be switching providers.

Just went in today November 19/23 to transfer over both my phone and my wife's phone from Fido to Koodo to take advantage of their Black Friday deal. Aaron was a great help.patient, calm and professional. It was seemless and he answered all my questions and did the set up / change of SIM cards etc.right in front of me while my family waited. It was really good service. He assured me if there were any problems to return to the store and he would assist. Gave me peace of mind and would do business here again.

Be careful if you're a women they will take advantage of you! They lie to your face about the same issues a lot of their customers are having. For God sakes DO NOT go with koodo if you live around the area! No service and plenty of dropped calls! They won't give you your money back for anything either.

Staff was pleasant, professional and took the time to explain what had happened.

The staff here have been nothing but helpful and friendly to me throughout the years.
In my most recent visit, Braydon was very patient and helpful, and even stayed past closing to ensure I was receiving the best deal he could offer. The store was busy that evening, and I watched him help other customers as well.
Previous to that, other staff have also been great.
I left another cell phone provider almost a decade ago, and came to Koodo/Telus. And it has been great, I have zero regrets. The best customer service!

Best experience ever there with AK. If you ever needs anything for phone, internet or home security. AK is very helpful, friendly and a great guy!

My husband just emmigrated from Afghanistan and Momin was a gentleman in helping me pick the right phone for us. This is location is my Favourite! Will be back soon:)

This guy named AK made my day. Very nice employee. Took into consideration my concerns and gave me the best plan for my needs. Highly recommend this place.

Switched all my mobile phones from Rogers to Telus. AK assisted me and did an awesome job. He was very knowledgeable, sign up was quick and easy.

The website says the ajax location is open until 8pm, went there last night and employee says it closes at 7pm. This needs to be updated

Was there today, open sign was on, you have to call for someone to open the door.noone answered, I called 4 more times from 1130am to 230pm, noone home, turn off the open sign next time.

Marvin’s customer service is unparalleled, he made me aware of my companies corporate discount and was able to set up 3 different phones for us. He even stayed past closing time to ensure all customers had everything they needed. It was a very positive experience and we all enjoyed his custom playlist, it slaps and added a great relaxing vibez. Give this man a raise!

Terribly sad at the service received today. The one staff member working was lazy and did not care to assist me. I was coming in to be a new customer because of the smokin' deals online. I purchased the plan online and had to come in person to verify my identity. The staff said I couldn't verify my identity here even though the email told me to go to the nearest Kodoo store to do so. I showed him the email and he sarcastically grabbed my ID and looked at it and said "it's verified now. " He wasn't willing to call their customer care or even look on his computer to see if there was any options to verify my identity. He kept asking me how he could verify my identity and I told him I had no idea because I don't work there? Sadly I had to leave and not become a customer because he wasn't willing to help. Very disappointed. I recommend to try another location because this one is a waste of time.

Upgraded from my old A5 to an A70, and my agent, Meet, was fantastic. Answered all my questions, was a huge help.

He was very helpful. Had a few issues and he along with IT resolved them all. Got alot more data for less $$ moving from Fido (crooks).

This location is very close to where I live! I went in to talk to Trevor the manager, to get some info on their phones and plans! Not only is he a wealth of information, he is also super friendly and easy to deal with and very helpful! I will have no problem recommending this Koodo location, as Trevor went above and beyond! Update: The other guy that works there is very nice as well.and helpful.his name is Meet. I ended up going back early Jan to set up a new phone I bought from Koodo online.

Went in with a couple questions about upgrading/my current plan. Trevor was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain it to me in a way that was easy to understand. He helped me upgrade in a cost effective way, and I left the store confident in my choices about changing my plan around, as well as upgrading my phone. 10/10 recommend going in person for questions you might have.

My mom is a tech resistant senior and Trevor was patient and engaging with her. Excellent customer service and a pleasure to chat with. He may regret his offer to her. "come and see me any time if you need me to explain anything to you". I'm happy to bring her back if it saves me from repeating that Chrome IS the same as the internet over and over. Highly recommend this location and Trevor.

Trevor was so good and honest in answering all of our questions. He's awesome at sales and what he does. Great guy to deal with in every way.

The guy working the 11am opening on Jan 3/2020 was unhelpful and condescending. Not really interested in helping at all. Considering switching providers because of this lack of service.

Trevor was very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me a great deal on a great phone. He was very patient and answered my questions. So glad that he has an incredible sense of humour. Hoping he remembers this "old lady".

Went to Koodo to buy a phone plan on an existing device. The rep Trevor was amazing, so knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to sign us up with a great plan with exactly what I wanted. He provided excellent customer service.

I walked into Koodo on a Thursday with a few questions. There was a Rep named Kent who was amazing. He was welcoming, super friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me solve my phone issues in less than 5 minutes and hooked me up on a really great deal for a phone protector.

I think we can all agree, dealing with phone companies can be tricky at times. So I appreciate the no hassle, no drama and that easy button.

I came in to upgrade my Rose gold iPhone 7 for any black iPhone available, your store employee at the Ajax location by the name of Kent was very helpful and definitely knew what he was talking about even being an android kind a guy I highly recommend Kent at the Ajax location he set my phone up with ease he has great customer service and he can definitely make a sale!

Kent is the best, he was wonderful helping my aunt and I with setting her up on her new iPhone.
