Koodo Shop

THIS IS A WARNING FOR ALL OF THE KOODO STORES AND CUSTOMERS LOOKING. They are an Extremely exploitative company. They send you promotions over email saying you can upgrade phone on a new tab. I paid off my tab fully over and bought a new phone and they immediately charged an additional 500$ for early termination on my next reciept. There is 0 warning about this anywhere on the payment pages and they will not give me my money back!

Please go with Freedom Mobile or another provider and don’t make my same mistake as they’re more understanding and explain things instead of hiding it

The only Koodo shop where staff actually had the knowledge and were able to help me with my request. Service was great, definitely would recommend coming here over any other small kiosks at malls, those ones suck.

Herra Bukhari helped us in installing a new sim which was incorrectly switched from another phone. She went out of the way in finding out the issue and providing us with a new sim. She has a a very positive attitude and is very knowledgeable about the products.

I had to get myself a new phone and visited the WOW booth that handles Koodo account at square one. Nav and his team were simply amazing. I must have gone there at least three times with issues I had and couldn't handle myself. Nav was extremely patient, humourous and obliging. Kudos to Koodo for having a great team.

Sales staff is aweful to deal with will never go back to this store ever and most people should do the same. Had a bad experience here.

So we've all had horrible experiences trying to call a phone company or figure things out ourselves and I decided to head into Koodo and ask my question in person. Well young Mubeen was amazing. So perfect in fact we joked we were in a commercial. I walked in asking about options for travelling to the states and he very simply got me set up with easy roam and I was amazed that it was just that easy. Excellent job. Hilarious experience!

Visited Square One location despite my hesitation around the parking situation. What I can tell you after today is that no matter what, it would be worthwhile to visit this KOODO location. I ported two lines over and took advantage of their Chinese new year promotion and activated a tablet so that it can be used as a hot spot. The reps were very detailed oriented and made sure that they set everything up post sales. I would highly recommend this location if customer service is important to you! YOU will NOT be disappointed!

Went there last night and had to wait a couple of minutes but once I got to talk to an agent they were very knowledgeable and informed me of all of my options. The service I have received from a Koodo.

Terrible experience, the rep changed my plan from 10GB Unlimited $60 to 2GB 500mins $45 without my knowledge and consent to just make a sale. I Went back but I was told that I cannot go back to original plan even they changed it without consent, and I was refused to cancel the line. Horrible experience.

Visited the KOODO store and spoke to the store manager Anton with a troubleshooting question about my new wireless home phone. He displayed a remarkable amount of patience to go along with his 13 years of experience and knowledge. He made me feel like a valued customer even though I was not purchasing anything in store. He even went out of his way to setup all my profiles and future proof my account so that I never run into any potential hiccups. After this visit, I will always be returning back to this location and highly recommend others will do the same. Thank you Anton and your wonderful staff!

Amazing service by Mubeen. His service is why I went from Oakville to mississauga and braved square one shopping centre for the purchase.
Would suggest you do it too. He’s the perfect example of customer service. Thank you for a great experience.
