Can't trust this company. Go to the chatr. No need to pay $60 first time for the service charge and if you missed the payment no need to pay for disconnection fee $50 and also restoration is free.

Arrivé depuis peu sur Toronto, ayant besoin d'un nouveau forfait et ne parlant pas très bien anglais, c'est Paul qui m'a pris en charge. Il a pris le temps qu'il fallait pour m'expliquer et s'assurer que j'avais tout bien compris.
Vraiment très professionnel ; l'impression laissé vis-à-vis de l'entreprise est de fait vraiment bonne. Je ne peux que conseiller.

The service and support I received at this booth was outstanding. Matthew not only got me the best deal, much better than what I expected, he also was incredibly patient helping me navigate issues that came up.
He spent time making sure all information was given, showing me cost breakdowns and comparison, and showed genuine care throughout the service.
Having worked as a manager in customer service, I can attest to his incredible knowledge, service and creating the best experience. Not only did he help me, but he managed to support his other coworkers and other customers while helping me.
Absolutely star service and I hope the company sees this and gives him all the credit he is due. I’ve seen other reviews and it’s clear that he is an excellent person on your team and deserves to be celebrated and be given opportunities to thrive with the business. Thank you again for the incredible service.

I initially went to a generic mobile phone store to get a sim set up. After wasting four hours and having to visit two different stores and STILL not getting something set up, I came to where I should have started. Within five minutes Matthew had solved the issue that the two other places couldn’t (even after hours of trying). He set me up with an even better deal, AND waived the connection charges.

Don’t waste your time going elsewhere. Koodo and Matthew are the best.

Visited May 25 around 6pm-7pm.
Staffs were willing to help and got my problem fixed which another location failed to do. Thumbs up

Excellent experience all-round. Credit and thanks to Matthew who was very transparent, helpful and friendly with all my questions. You can tell right off the bat he knows his stuff. Really appreciate how efficiently he worked with me! Switch has been smooth so far, no issues at all with speed.

I broke my phone camera and had to get a new phone. Mathew and the team at Koodo pulled out all the stops to make sure I had the best possible deal moving forward! I'm so grateful for their help! 10/5!
