When in this morning because my phone broke. Had Jadan help me. He was super helpful, he took the time to get me set up with a new plan and the best deals possible. All while transferring my info from my old phone to the new one 100gb of data with less then 10% battery life. Thanks to him all my pictures were saved and are now safe. He deserves a raise.

So very rude. Refused to help me. Not worth one star. Talk about lack of evolution. Was there training at all? Nasty for no reason. Lazy, just wanted to pass the buck and not do his job. Maybe he doesn’t know how, I’m sure. WOW
