Koodo Shop

My husband lost his mobile phone and we made a beeline for the Koodoo kiosk at St. Laurent Shopping Centre in Ottawa. We were helped by a young man named Mica. From that moment on, his courteous, knowlegeable and efficient service was EXEMPLARY given what he had to do - and more importantly - his willingness to go beyond the call of duty. This genuinely helpful attitude was deeply appreciated by my husband and me and it was instrumental in resolving our issues. Believe me, there is no substitute for great in-person customer service! By contrast, Koodoo's Call Centre agents were o.k. But beware being cut-off before you get a chance to push "1" for service.

Kurt C is such a great agent. He was kind patient to help us out with the product and help us make a better decision. He knows his product, his customer care is a, his patience is. Too bad I can only leave a review. He should get a raise. He is such a great agent. I don't think I have a word that can describe the service he provided to me and my husband till closing time. Whenever you have those germs keep them close because they are not there forever. Thank you so much Kurt C.

Just went to the kiosk today, Rahim hook me up. Great service, very noligable will definatly come back here when I need another phone

After a wasted trip to another location, I tried my luck at this one and Raheem and Vertima (sp?) were amazing! They got my issue resolved quickly and kindly.

Rahim really helped me out setting up my new plan. I came over from bell and his customer service was exceptional. I was at the, location in st Laurent mall yesterday.
I let them no, the phone is six months old.
I don't think the, employee really cared about my problem.
She gave me a, piece of a paper.
Call there they, will help you.
First of all she, did not put the number on the paper.
I gave my location, my postal code.
It came going, to an American web page.
What the heck has, happened to personal.
Customer service if, I can not get my phone fixed.
I won't pay, my cell bill till someone helps me.
Not on a, friggin website or.
Calling for over.
An hour and, my problems still exist.
What happened to cell, phone companies.
Gave great personal, customer service.
It was the employee, at Koodo that not come close.
So you can, either help me or.
I will call the, President of your company.
And let them know, how I was treated.
Word of mouth, goes a very Longway.

Called koodo to get a new phone but it would have taken 3 weeks, so I came to Koodo St Laurent instead. So so glad that I did. Rahim beat the plan they offered over the phone, got me $300 off due to a deal the call representative didn't tell me about AND transferred everything to my new phone while I got a haircut and ate breakfast. Saved me money, time and effort. Would give 6 stars if I could! Thanks Rahim!
