Koodo Shop

Got prepaid activated at the store and now I cannot send or receive msgs. Went back to the store and the manager said it’s not his issue I should go to the Apple Store. Common sense tells me it’s sim problem but as usual they don’t listen. I’ve lost 3 hours now waiting at the Apple Store to prove them wrong. When I’m done I’ll switch to chatr the service is bad anyway.

I had a really love experience with the staff there about a week ago. Had a little trouble finding the location and ended up at wow mobile both who lied to me and said there was no koodo both and gave me a very bad deal. But when I talked to the koodo both they helped me undo the bad deal I got from wow and get the one I wanted, talked me through all the steps of the contract and answered all my questions. They helped me build a package that was right for me and I really appreciate it. I'm very sorry I can't remember that staff members who helped me as I'd love to give him props for all he did!
