Koodo has been my cell phone provider over many years. In converting from an older to a newer iPhone, I encountered a problem that the company website and the company online adviser failed to solve. Frustrated, because I could not get the new phone connected to the cellular network, I visited the London Masonville location of Koodo for help. This was just what the doctor ordered. The representative was friendly, professional, and solved the problem. Great job!
