I came into the Telus store in Lynden Park Mall and promptly addressed me with a smile and a “how can I help you”. She immediately started to trouble shoot my cell phone issues and proceeded for the next hour to try everything possible to rectify it while explaining every possible avenue to me thoroughly. Her customer service was outstanding and I appreciate great customer service and will always turn to Ashley for any of my cell phone needs as a newly Koodo account holder. I walked I. Wanting to rectify one problem and Ashley solved that and set me up with a new plan better then I had before. There needs to be more Telus representatives like Ashley. Thank you so much!

The Koodo kiosk is Amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful everytime I stop by. Being middle age and requiring some help sometimes with my devices, the professional help offered is first rate. Most times they help me out at no charge which is unheard of these days. This company should offer to train staff as they have it figured out.
