Staff must be trained, in all products, and paid like you want to keep them for a longer season than the latest phone case.

They all seem helpful at first. However when you run into a real problem. Magical no one can help! I'm so frustrated with the staff in there it's crazy. Only to hear many have the same issues. I would not recommend having them as your provider. Or anything for that matter.

I went to get my sim card changed on Sunday July 23rd around 3: 30, the two girls who were working at that time were super friendly and helpful.i really appreciated the service and how it was delivered.

I stopped by looking to upgrade my phone, I was greeted with Basma, she was amazing took her time and found exactly what I was looking. Your the best thank you!

I happened to stop by the Koodo store to check on some plans at the beginning of April. A representative, Ayesha, recommended a plan for members of the Ontario College of Teachers. Two weeks later, I was back in the store to activate the new plan. Unfortunately, that day, the systems were down and everything had to be done manually. I was helped by Basra who very patiently filled out all the necessary forms. The store manager, Joselina, and another rep, Makayla, also aided in the process. It was amazing team work and they should be commended for their extensive knowledge and customer service!

Jessica was very patient with me and really helped me out today. She got me a new phone and a better plan to go with it. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and set up with my new phone! Thanks again Jessica!

I will put my issue with Koodo's connectivity aside and talk about the employees in the store. Despite their initial intention to help and doing what I needed (hence the 3 stars), the employees, mainly the manager, have poor customer service. I was shocked by the attitude, especially after I heard the manager is working in this store for 8 years. Customer service should be at the core of her job requirements and showing any sort of rudeness or attitude is not acceptable. I am hoping the owner will see this review and coach his employees on basic customer service. Thanks
