I always go out of my way to drive to this specific Koodo location, in the past I’ve been helped by someone named Keelie (tall, dark hair) and she has been absolutely fantastic every time. Incredibly helpful and always finds new products and services for me that actually suit my lifestyle. Service always feels personalized but never pushy - 10/10

The staff is rude. If you're a student, please don't go as they are not very welcoming to students and are always very resistant to answer your questions or offer a good deal.

I had ordered a phone online for the first time and was having issues with my order and couldn’t reach customer service. I called London Wellington location and ETHAN was able to help me. He could have just told me to continue to try the schedule a callback online but he stayed on the phone with me and got me a callback. This employee had patience and was pleasant to speak with and I appreciate that! Thank you ETHAN!

Very helpful with an issue returning product. If anyone has canceled the home security system through Telus/Koodo, ensure you do not go to a store/kiosk for assistance. They can't help. Return within 10 days and call the number on the material provided. Great company but can't help with everything.

Koodo is making it's customer service increasingly detached from humanity and its evident. Staff members at stores are deliberately prevented by company policy from providing meaningful help and customer service.

Staff are always warm and friendly and as helpful as they are allowed to be- they aren't to be blamed for the shortcomings of ownership.
