Recently got a new phone/plan and moeen helped me out. Took his time thoroughly explaining everything to me and was very helpful.

Never buy anything from Koodo or Telus.
They are a bunch of scammers.
They gave me a deal 30$/month+ tax
But i got the bill 160+ tax.
Call the helpdesk or store. Nobody knows anything.
Just want to scam your hard earn money.

This is my second time coming back to the Koodo kiosk because of a back and forth between BestBuy and Koodo. I had account issues from Black Friday that a previous representative said they couldn’t help with because I’d opened my Koodo account via BestBuy.

Instead of turning me away like the previous Koodo rep, Moeen explained the exact situation of my account with a clear and concise step by step explanation on what i needed to do to fix my account. He is highly functional, experienced and professional.

Honestly, Moeen’s skill and dedication are wasted at a Koodo kiosk. I hope he gets recognized for his skills and dedication to high quality customer service. Thanks again Moeen for working above and beyond, helping me to the best of your ability, and not being dismissive like so many others.

Went to the kiosk to get a new SIM. Alexis, who helped with our request, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She was able to suggest a plan that met our needs and completed the necessary paperwork quickly.
