Having read the reviews I won't bother contesting the fact that they don't serve tap water per corporate rules. But why go here if there's other Turkish restaurants with amazing food and they don't play the no tap water game? All these years in Toronto and the only places that don't serve tap water are the super high end restaurants/steakhouses. This place is FAR from a super high end restaurant. "Corporate" needs to rethink their tap water strategy.

The photos are not fitting the food you are served.
Unfortunately the restaurant reply is not replying my point since the size of the dishes in photos are bigger than the size of the dishes served. We ordered breakfast and what was served for us was in a plate half of the plate showed by photo.

Moderate restaurant with bad customer service. We ordered two omelets and had to wait 30 minutes to get our order. It wasn't a peak time, but the worst part was that the waiter blamed us for order breakfast at 11am. I've never seen such a service before.
Besides, the omelets were very salty, and breads were not fresh.
I don't recommend this restaurant

Very delicious food that reminded me of Turkey and the very friendly behavior of the restaurant staff which was very nice and friendly

Overall good experience, it’s a family type of restaurant. The dips are good, but not great. Mains were better then the appetizers. The deserts were excellent. Service is friendly, but could be a bit more organized. I would return to try different options from there menu.

The workers were aggressive the workers doesn’t even speak in English so rude and expensive for no reason.

The food was exquisite, as we as the service, employees where friendly, I recommend people to visit this restaurant and enjoy Turkish food

Good food except when you sit outside people are smoking all around. It’s very disrespectful. Awful experience they don’t care one bit

Came in. Nobody took care. Waiters passing by with busy faces. Then asked them a table for 2. They made us seated near the washroom. Asked to give another table. There were 3-4 empty. They refused. Left restaurant. Never come back again.

Expensive food, delicious appetizers, and good service but next to a gas station, which is not giving you a good feeling

Being from Turkey I can say that this place delivers! I went with family so I had a taste of many different dishes and all of them were very good. The Iskender dish was the best I have had so far in the GTA. The doner meat used for this meal was very flavourful even on its own. The chocolate baklava is a great dessert option. The service was also very friendly. Positive experience overall.

Amazing spot. Teleported to turkey as soon as you enter the restaurant. Loved it. Delicious food and friendly staff

Awful experience with this place. We ordered Ordovr and Doner Plates. Both items were terrible! Ordovr plate items were busy, tasteless and of poor quality. The doner was smelling so bad that we had to stop right after the first bite.

Never ever again! Beware!

Terrible attitude from the employer that they dont have tap water. How do they not have tap water, what a lier and sells me bottle of water for dine in. Same menu last time didnt provide rice but this time comes with rice. I ordered bread last time for extra wouldnt of done so. Overall terrible

Everything we ordered were super delicious, the staff are nice! They also have a patio available during summer. We all loved the food!

BEWARE! Food was good but beware of two younger looking servers with beards. They tried to SCAM us. We saw them at first talking, laughing, and looking over at us. When they came to us with the bill, we paid using Apple Pay so luckily we got the notification that the transaction was successful but then the waiter said it didn’t work and we must try again. We showed him our proof of payment and we could see him getting nervous and sending cues over to the other server. We asked him to double check his machine and after 5 minutes of realizing we were not falling for his trick he nervously said it’s okay you can go… with no further explanation. Just be careful with these two guys, hopefully they won’t try this again with anyone else.

I had bad experience with this location walked last minute even they were serving other customers. They refused me to make a wrap I understand if you had sign down close put it was open. Chafe was making food … I was really hungry never come back to you guys. I have been a good customer for kabob time always had dinner or launch with my family … but since management changed sorry for you lost …

This is one of the best Turkish Restaurants in Toronto. Excellent authentic food with really friendly attentive staff. Please don’t ever change!

Very rude stuff. Not welcoming. Guys you are not the best and only restaurant to act like this that you turn people back if one person comes despite the fact that you have too many tables empty
