Kramer's Bar & Grill

Definitely a barebones bar. There isn’t much distinguishing it, the decors a little low. Drink selection was good, but the service was spot on.

Waitresses are amazing! Small place, not overcrowded. Fun karaoke. Food was great and large portions. Reasonable alcohol prices.

Fun. Lots of taps. Good service. Karaoke on Saturday night. Looks like it's turned into a good local for the new density at davisville. On the list.

The karaoke was SO fun, and is also free which makes it even better. I’ll definitely be back just for that. I have yet to try the food but perhaps on my next visit.

DOUBLE BOOKED THE UPSTAIRS PARTY ROOM, LEAVING MY GUESTS (20+ PEOPLE) AND ME WITHOUT A VENUE ON A SATURDAY NIGHT!
First off, I have been a regular customer at Kramer’s for about 4 years, and have 4-5 times rented the upstairs second floor “private party” room for various celebrations. I have always had a great time here, but yesterday I had the worst experience ever!
I had rented the upstairs floor for another event for about 20-25 people. Turns out there was a DOUBLE BOOKING, and another big party was happening upstairs when I arrived! I called and the manager called me back a few minutes later, saying there was a confusion/misunderstanding and that he is going to see if we can “share” the upstairs with the other party. Turns out they had a huge guest list and it was not possible (that is what the server who was at the restaurant told me). I then tried calling the manager who did not pick up, and later sent a text: “Hi, I'm trying to figure out how and where. I'm so sorry, look like there was a reservation that I never saw”. Then nothing thereafter. I said I wanted the downstairs floor to ourselves but because it was karaoke night they said it wasn’t possible! Can you imagine how it felt expecting 20+ guests to a private event and your booked space is not available? On a Saturday night? There was a minimum
spend of $1500 which we could have spend downstairs! Instead they offered us 2 tables! And I have never heard a word from the manager! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, and none of my friends or myself will ever go back here.

A few weeks back I visited for lunch, on a Friday. I ordered the quesadilla, and it was supposed to have pinto beans in it, but it had baked beans instead? ! It was edible. But I would not order that again. I asked if they had coffee, the server said yes so I said can I have one please. But it never showed up.at least it didn't show on my bill at the end though.
My friend that was there with me ordered a vinaigrette salad as advertised on the menu and she was brought some other type of dressing that was not vinaigrette, and when she asked for vinaigrette they brought white vinegar. The server had no clue what malt was. Meanwhile the server was taking frequent smoke breaks out front in full view of our seat.
Overall not a great experience. I might go back one day but only in the evening

Pub food, but many items with Mexican flare. The quesadilla is great and so is the bowl of beans appetizer.

I had an awesome visit at Kramer's. Friday night Karaoke at its best. The crowd was very friendly (and forgiving), and just a great time had by all. Can't wait to visit again.

Sound system needs an update, especially for karaoke but the bar is chill and they have a cool patio.

My experience was excellent; enjoyed the drinks, poutine was tasty and the portion was generous. Good music, good atmosphere. Will come back.

Nice place, great ambient, very friendly and fun. Promise that the next time I'll have the courage to sing a song. Like the food and beer. Maybe, I'll suggest that the gin n tonic could be a little stronger.

Staff seems like they would like to be elsewhere and disappear for great lengths of time for no good reason. Overpriced Downer atmosphere. Lived in the hood for 20+ years and this place always reminds me why I avoid drinking locally.

Bartenders remember us when we go in, food is very good. Good draft selection and hours. Street side patio as well as upstairs level. Mediterranean sampler is very nice to enjoy with your drinks. Will be visiting again for sure.

Beer selection is only what you could find in the grocery store, but the chicken and pulled pork quesadillas were very good and the portions were generous.

Lovely trivia night. Wings and beer on a cool December night trying to scratch your heads to figure out the capital of a country you don't know.

Great karaoke on Friday and Saturday plus a reasonably priced food menu a cut above your average pub grub.

Oh jeez, where do i begin. No ambiance, a blown out speaker in the corner quietly playing music and lights cranked so high you'd think you're at a ball game. Decent drink selection but lemme tell you, I've eaten here twice and both times it was just sad. The nachos are these miserable stale chips lightly sprinkled with cheese and mystery sauce. The salsa is closer to bruschetta mix. Just overall bad experience

The service and food was in paralleled by price only other place I've seen this level of service was Jacobs Steakhouse. It's a must go to!

So delicious, inventive, and fairly priced. The service is top notch and it is truly a lovely space. A MUST GO on Mt. Pleasant!

Great roof top patio. Bartender was wearing a mask. Sanitizer available. Drinks were cold. Will be back.

Great family owned pub. The burgers are awesome as are the chicken wings! I've been taking out using Ritual and it is always fast with great service.

The upper bar is better in the summer than the winter. The patio would be available. There's barely any space in the bar to move around when there are alot of people.

Hosted a birthday party in the upstairs portion. The venue was very accommodating and laid back leading up to the event. This put us at ease and made everything run smoothly and organically. Everyone had a great time. What makes this review five stars is that the lady looking after us, Chantelle. She was amazing. Super friendly anytime we needed anything she was on it. She was up and down the stairs so many times, whatever we needed she made it happen and quite personable! A gem of a server. Thanks Kramer's.

Great spot for drinks and hanging out. Server was very attentive and nice. Wish we had more time on karaoke!

Gotta be one of the best casual bars in the neighborhood. That being said its got a bit of an identity crisis. Nothing really seems to flow, the lightings kinda bad, and its loud in more ways then one. Still gonna do the trick for some cheap drinks and a game.

Was with a large party of about 30 and the staff was fast and fantastic and the food was really great.

Great service and good food. Everyone behind the bar were good at their jobs. I had a cold drink promptly when needed. Would go again and highly recommend for a peaceful night.

Got asked to leave. When followed up, they said we exceeded the limit, limited being defined by weight and height? Good beers though

Celebrated a birthday here. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our server was great. He was very friendly. I ordered the fish and it was wonderful. The food came out in a good amount of time. There's plenty of parking in the mall parking lot. Thank youto all stafff for making this an amazing dinner experience!

Had the burger with bacon and cheese with a side of onion rings. Solid meal especially with hot wings to complement.

Laid back atmosphere helps loosen work/life stresses. Good selection of liquor. We started with a pitcher of Long Island Ice Tea that was gone in record time.

Situated on the north east side of Yonge & Davisville. Easy access from Yonge Street. Although the front door can easily be missed. Look for the bus stop, it's right beside that.
The main floor has no views/no windows other than by the front door. Think bowling alley with a long bar on one side and tables on the other.

Singles to groups can be accommodated.

Amazing food, amazing taste however the thing spoilt our experience a bit was fish n chips. The fish was way too oily.the oil used was old n the it spoilt the taste.fries too were soggy and inedible

I've been to kramers for there karaoke nights I've also been there upstairs for other events overall it was okay it wasn't fantastic but it was okay what can I do to improve it probably a better menu and that would make it even better but overall it was okay

Great bar, with a fantastic roof top patio. Great selection of beer on tap. Decent prices and kind staff. Bar is clean and has a wonderful atmosphere. Great place to hangout if you are in the Midtown area.

Totally a bunch of yuppies and the service is very slow motion picture a 90 year old lady serving you won't ever be there again

Interesting spot in the Yonge and Davis I’ll area. Went there with a bunch of friends, there was an open karaoke.

Cozy neighborhood pub/restaurant. The mushroom soup was homemade and delish and the fried chicken was like I haven't had in 20 yrs. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside and not a bunch of salt and spices to cover the taste of the chicken. Our waitress was smiling and seemed happy to be working there. All around a great place to stop and have a cold beer and a bite to eat.

Let's start off by describing the generous portions here at this establishment. The nachos could and will feed more then one. The atmosphere is calm and pub-like with a great beer tap selection. They also have a unique front styled patio space that is the best on the neighborhood and should be highly considered when compared to others in the area. All in all come check the place out I don't think you will be disappointed.

Really bad customer service and terrible management. Not enough space for dancing however the music was alright. Thank you for responding to my review. Perhaps I was drunk perhaps I wasn’t, between me and my friend we spend over $800. Then we went upstairs for some Latin music and we paid $10 to get in. Then you the owner or manager kicked us out even though the lady by the door let us in being we were not drunk. Then I took my phone out and started to video you. You threaten to call the police on me and accuse me of sexual harassment towards your waitress. At that moment i was shocked which manger or owner would say that to a client. I said show me the video for you were clearly lying! This is unprofessional and I will make sure all my friends will know what happened last night.

The fact is the lady upstairs let us in for some Latin dancing being we were not drunk! Then you came and kicked us out. Why would u come and kick us out when we just spend $800 downstairs! This is unprofessional and disrespectful.

Expected little. Got a lot! Went in with my son for late breakfast/early lunch as we were running low on time and options. Hidden gem. Server was handling all the tables and doing her own drinks as well. She was amaaaaaazing! Spoke to my 11 year old like a human being. Made a small meal a lovely experience. I couldn't believe it wasn't her place. Old school staff attitude. Should make her boss very happy.

I can’t speak on the food but it’s a warm welcoming place to grab a drink.
I’d gladly make myself a regular at this place if I lived in the area.

Kramers Karaoke on Friday & Saturday nights is a fun and friendly environment.

We stop at 2am, unless we go later.

Good bar but their karaoke host is the worst. Cuts things off without telling anyone, and then play's music no one likes. Get rid of him and this place will be okay.
