The food was amazing. The bistro was cowded, loud, and did not appear to have enough servers for the number of customers during their noon hour.

Been a customer for several years and have never not been happy. Whether I get take out or dine in, things are consistently good. The service is impeccable and friendly. I have found that most of the staff go above and beyond to accommodate customers and make you feel welcome. The food is comforting, tasty, satisfying and always beautifully presented. Always a variety of colours and textures, which I appreciate. They do this better than most other comparable places. The atmosphere is down to earth, tastefully put together, and warm. If you are a local, it’s a great place to bump into people you know, if you’re not, it’s probably still nice to observe the overall social vibe that oozes out of this place. I love you Krave Bistro

We had vitamins & chapstick for supper…why? Because we couldn’t get food at Krave Bistro. My friend who grew up in Arnprior recommended Krave so we were looking forward to trying it. Arrived at 6: 06pm on a Friday night, with a reservation. We were seen at the front door promptly. We headed upstairs to our table amid delicious smells. Our lovely server came immediately & took our cocktail & food order. Drinks came right away. We spent the next 56 MINUTES waiting for food. Had long since finished our drinks & two carafes of water. Husband went to inquire about food & was given attitude & totally brushed off, before being told our food had not even been prepared yet. Words of advice: if you’re going to make people wait over an hour for supper: (1) let them know so they can decide whether that’s too long; (2) at the very least serve some bread or an amuse bouche while patrons wait; and (3) don’t be rude. We won’t be back.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Service was good when we first walked in, then went downhill fast. I order a smoked meat sandwich on rye. When I got it, it was not on rye it was on a sesame seed hamburger bun. I complained about it immediately and was informed that they come that way and they are pre-packaged. Not good for a restaurant that are trying to show they are high end. They hire a chef to microwave food the shear height of laziness on their part. Especially when charge a ridiculous high price for food that is not high quality. I went online and sent an email about it. Since sending them an email on the issue the attitude got worse and they have band me from going back. We had already made the decision that we would not be going back, so being told not to go back didn't bother me. Oh yes this was the first and only time in the years that they have been opened that I made a complaint about the food and look what it got me and we have been going there at least once a week. This just showed me that they do not care about their customers one bit. They are only out for the almighty dollar. I heard it from others about the service going down and attitude getting bad but never felt it until last night. If you care about your customers and valid customer complaints about food, then you should not be in the restaurant industry.

Have eaten here multiple times and every time was fantastic. I have celiac disease and the staff have a full understanding of what that is, which makes dining out a little easier for me

Amazing place for a date night, huge menu and every single item was delicious. Egg rolls and feta dip were amazing! Had the specail brie stuffed chicken, amazing! Will

Incredible restaurant! My wife had the Crepes and I had one of the best prime ribs of my life. Service was phenomenal and the owners Randy and Rachelle are the most welcoming people. Thanks for the fantastic experience!
