This is a total cheat location. Man running the store named Mohammed is unethical and dishonest. He saves best item like electronics, big tools and machinery away from public access and hides it in binz for his special friends with benefits. Waste to go there and find cheap stuff while his friends always get special access to quality deals

Amazing. You pay for good stuff and long lines. That is ok I don't mind saving money and waiting in long lines. ;)

Great place for deals, but they need to get more than one cash out going during the busy times. I come on my lunch and collect great finds that I have to abandon when the check out line gets insanely long and it takes forever to check out.

They could be more efficient.

This place used to be great however I’ve stopped going as they’ve switched to buying lower classed returns (they used to have tons of brand named items, now they have tons of private label stuff). Unfortunately it’s just not worth the trouble anymore.

Found a toaster and leg massager for 10$ only. Better to come at opening time at the weekends to find some good items.

3 big business model issues with KB that applies to this location and others.

1. Item Quality/Source issues - The quality of the merchandise, as others have noted, has declined - but prices have not. And it's not even all Amazon returns anymore, but low-quality WINNERS rejects. It's funny to see Walmart junk tossed in with BIG price stickers for $5 dollars, and you know it won't get touched for the whole week until $1 KB day. KB quality was GREAT just a year ago.

2. Discount Days - Figuring out which day is restock day and which is $3 or $1 dollar day is frustrating, as they constantly shift these days around. And it's not just due to holidays. One time I planned to go pick up a new iPhone case for a few bucks on a reduced day, only to find out they shifted and now it was restock/$25 day. Inconsistency wastes people's time.

3. Hours - I work daily to 5: 30-6 PM and can no longer make it to them in time for their new reduced hours. They used to be open to 7: 45 PM. Now they close their doors at 6: 45 PM and try to discourage entry after 6: 30 PM by bull-horning customers. Why not just open your business after lunch and run it to 8 or 9 PM like a normal business?

The problem is not in customer service of this store.

The problem is in SHOPPERS who DO NOT or DO NOT WANT TO UNDERSTAND…THE STORE’S SPECIFIC SETTING.
IT IS … NOT… AMUSEMENT PARK.
NO CHILDREN SHOULD BE COMING IN AND WONDERING AROUND …
NO CHILDREN SHOULD BE LEFT SITTING IN THE STROLLERS UNATTENDED.
IT NOT SAFE!
NO DOGS ALLOWED IN ANY OTHER STORE … WHY THIS STORE SHOULD BECOME EXCEPTIONAL?

I’ve found some fun treasures here. There is a plug by the old entrance where you can try before you buy to make sure your item works.

It's an unorganized mess of a place with some really good finds if you're willing to rummage through everything

Good place to hunt for gadgets and other electronic items.
I would recommend to test the items if possible.
Management people are friendly and helpful.
Worth checking this place if you are a computer geek or a hobbyist.

Wow what a zoo! Full of people going through wooden bins with broken merchandise which looked like garbage had been thrown into.
Overwhelming to say the least. Looked so messy unorganized. Don't think l will ever be back.

I have been coming to this place for a few months now, had no issues with the employees and owner. My first visit, I brought my puppy with their permission and had no bad experience.

Today, was my first time that I walked into a business and felt humiliated due to this awful individual. Not sure who he was but he was either a worker or manager and it was my first time seeing him. When we walked into the store he was surrounded by a group of girls. The girls must’ve made a comment about my dog and he stopped me three steps into the store. While the girls were laughing, he rudely asked me to leave “you aren’t allowed here leave with your dog, no dogs allowed” in a rude tone of voice. Even when I told him, I’ve been here multiple times before with the owners permission, he did not care and continued to humiliate my family and I

Earlier today I was there with someone else who brought their dog and had no issue. But this certain individual thought he was better than everyone else and poorly treated his customers. I have never felt that humiliated before.

I truly don’t recommend coming here with or without a dog. This guy needs to lose his rudeness and grow as an individual. If he can’t portray the respectful costumer service that as a manager should be portraying, then he shouldn’t be in that position. I’m not one to do reviews but I don’t want anyone else to go through what I experienced.

I had an amazing experience. The cashier Sarah was the sweetest individual I have ever met. She made me feel really comfortable and laugh through out the entire transaction. Would definitely recommend coming to this place!

Found out about this place through Tiktok of last year and decided to check it out. For awhile I was finding gold, a lot of good deals on expensive stuff so that’s a plus. Krazy Binz has a big space, with a lot of items plus good customer service enough to satisfy you but not please you. Prime day has been lacking a bit, things that should be sold on $10 day you’re finding on Fridays which is ok to the extent.

My reasoning for giving 3/5 is because not everyone gets a chance at getting the good stuff. I’ve seen people being handed tablets, computers, watches etc.and I said to myself what would I have to do in order to get a fair shot at obtaining something good. Yes, I’ve gotten good stuff in the past, it is because I have to wake up for 7: 30am to get down there for 8am. Being there early would increase your chances at having a fair shot at buying something good.

Overall the place is ok. Needs improvements. There should be two Prime days just in case someone has work and missed out on the first day. I would recommend adding free wifi to improve the customers satisfaction:)

Found some awesome, and pretty expensive products! You never really go in knowing what you will find. Just so happened to have wanted a waffle maker for some time, so that was a lovely surprise. I recommend bringing gloves, and another person to help you search. Lots to go through, and a lot of other people searching as well. Also, recommend going only if you have lots of time on your hands, as you may be there for a while.

Mostly a decent experience if you know what to expect. However, beware that pricing is clearly at the discretion of the owner, and he will nickel and dime you. We got a set of items that were clearly meant to be packaged and sold together (literally plastic wrapped together), and the owner insisted on charging separately for each item. Feels unethical and arbitrary since we did not get the same attitude from the other cashiers.

First off the staff are lovely here! Everything is new, but some stuff is older models or been out for sometime or knockoffs. There is a testing area, so test something before you buy it so you’re not disappointed. Prices change by the day. Fun store if you like to dig and search for stuff! Never know what you’ll find!

Haven't been yet will change my review once I visit. My only problem is why would the owner of this establishment tell people to stay home in the comments? Do they want customers or no? I'll update once I see for myself.

You definitely have to dig! I have been twice, once on the 10 dollar day and once on the 1 dollar day, since it starts at 10 dollars and goes down to 1 dollar. Both times I have gotten great stuff- it really depends when you go! On the ten dollar day I got Leggings (retail 60) and paints (retail 40). Whereas on the one dollar day I got a dog coat and posters. You do have to dig though and it’s not the cleanest so be aware of that!

Sarah and Chantel served me at Krazy bins they were fantastic on helping me find a few items and great deals, they are the friendliest and most helpful in Krazy bins attend for you’re a good deal. I got a remote vacuum last week!
