I came last week at this location as my friend suggested it to me, I wasn’t even opening any boxes and a guy employee with glasses they were calling him Basim came to me and yelled to not open any boxes I wasn’t even opening anything but he came yelling while his manager watching. I don’t think he should be working at this store he doesn’t have any customer service.

They are selling used and completely dirty! We are not supposed to open the boxes. When I got home nothing worked. Here, single mom unnemployed and just tried to get my money back to invest in something else.
Extremely rude staff. Refused it.
Horrible place. Do not look like a Canadian store.
I left the items there.

Hit or miss! They restock on Fridays, its always good to check out the items on Friday's ($25) then buy on saturday ($10).

Popular spot for resellers! There is usually a line & ticket system is in place for the first 20 people ONLY on saturdays.

They don't deserve even a single star for the review.
1. Barbaric, rudest, arrogant, disrespectful, racist and most disgusting customer service.
2. Be very careful digging for items cuz there are so many hazardous and sharp items that might cut your hand.
3. Dehumanizing treatment especially the tall old guy. He doesn't even know how to deal with people Or customer. Health and safety standard not properly implemented. So be careful, but if you have a choice. Please shop somewhere else wherein you will be treated nicely and with respec.t

Absolutely disgusting! This place is so gross. It’s dirty full of junk that should just be thrown in the garbage. People are rude there. Was trying to get through an isle with my stroller and said excuse me to a man. He just stood there didn’t move. I had to hack up and walk all the way around. I would never ever ever ever go back to this junk whole of a place. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME GOING! My hands felt so gross after. Ugh so nasty there.

This place is quite dirty and messy. There are a lot of bins and many different types of items inside. If you have time and patience, you might be able to find some good deals. However, when I went on a Sunday, I couldn't find any good deals, and most of the items weren't worth their price. I even brought some gloves because I could see that everything was very dirty, and I don't think I'll be going back there again. "

Worst place full of garbage waste of time and energy. Nothing worth buying here I literally fainted digging in all those bins. STAY AWAY DoNt go here.

Deals can be found here. But expect bad behaviour from customers here. As well, if lining up prior to store opening, management allows people to save their spot in line by placing a shopping bag, marker item or cart on the sidewalk and this allows you to save your spot in the winter while you wait in the heated car. Other people stand in line freezing. I checked with management, and they see no problem with that and okayed those people to bump in line. Never heard of this elsewhere.

The products are mostly broken or used.your hands will feel sticky after you touch the products. Customer service is absolutely trash and discriminatory, if the manager is reading this, please keep the boxes of items locked in that glass cabinet if you don’t want it opened, customers will check returned and used products and *naturally* open the boxes as the store provides no return policy and none of the boxes have pictures to show what’s in it, just a plain old cardboard box. People don’t deserves to buy faulty products just because they are from low income families. Dear customers, you are better off spending your hard earned cash even if its $1 to other locations. Shop where you get respect not where they treat you like thieves.

Of course this store is hit and miss - a lot depends on when you go (around opening is best regardless of the dollar amount that day). I've gotten a lot of really nice things! They often have a lot of Target products, usually home decor and accessories. I've gotten activities for my students, toys for my cats, baking boxes, and more.

Bins all have the same items they don’t even seem like Amazon return items just overstock from dollarama or Walmart for products no one would buy

Maybe the business model is great however the service is horrible. My girlfriend was checking an item that already had an open box. Sales guy Bassim came to my girlfriend and just told her she has to pay for it. We already took two items and the guy Made us pay for three items. We didn't take the third item that we paid for. There were other people opening boxes but my girlfriend was unfortunately targetted, most likely due to racism as she is minority. The guy raised his voice and showed aggressive hand movements. I hope the company reads the review and takes action against racist employees. To be everyone else, please avoid mississauga location as no one deserves such service.

Me and my boyfriend were just looking around the guy in the pink t-shirt came to us and started yelling why did we opened one box. It wasn’t us opening that box. We feel very discriminated because singled out when everyone else in the store where opening the boxes.
Even the prices at the store are good this man should be fired because it is extremely unprofessional to do that.

Found alot of good things here $5 days are the best dollar days are a hit or miss but I recommend going early the day after restock! Love this place but it's a treasure hunt just bring your own grocery bag.

Waste of time. It used to be good when started. Now, all that you will find is garbage.like the other reviews said.

Do not go here unless it's a one dollar day! I came here on a 10 dollar day and I was extremely disappointed. The store claims that it's a treasure hunt and that's why it's unorganized, but it was unamusing to search the dozens of boxes there and everything was out of the box and in bad condition.

Do NOT go here! This place is a scam. They will post all of their items that people found, and will show you huge ticket items. But when you go to the store, you will not find any of these items. The store staff will pocket the big ticket items and sell them off to customers they know. They will go to the back with the customer, and the customer will come back with big ticket items in hand. We have seen this happen multiple times. And on days when they open pallets, they will ask everyone to step away from the pallet except customers they know personally. Those customers will be able to choose what they want firsthand. We know this as we will see these customers there on multiple days talking to the employees in Arabic (that I speak, but they cannot tell) and pretend like everything is fine. We have seen an employee hand over 3 knife blocks with knives included to the same person they are friends with. We thought it was a one off at first, but we saw this type of behaviour numerous times on different days to the same group of people.

For something that is supposed to be a "bargain hunt" it sure seems rigged. That defeats the purpose. They are free to operate their business how ever they want, but it is not right to mislead and deceive their customers.

If you want a good deal, go to other locations. We've been to other locations and they are operated differently and are much cleaner. They do not skim the pallets first as we have found the actual items advertised.

Love the deals. Really have to look in bins to find what you might like.disappointed that people do not read signs to not open boxes and they do. Busy place.

It has got deals but sometimes very messy. All the items are out of box and parts missing.

On the other hand, few items are very cheap with good quality. Everyday it’s different prices.

Nice place to find bargain stuff. I came here once on bulk day to try to find a computer desk at least 48" wide, and voila I found a 55" one with everything in tact for $30. I didn't have to line up outside before opening and still found what I wanted.

Then I realized one of legs of the desk was welded the wrong way, that's why it was rejected and ended up at Krazy Binz. Nothing a drill and a couple of hardware couldn't fix. Works amazing and looks great.

Anyways, yeah, if you're looking for good deals, they have different prices each day. Better to check their Facebook page for the forecast on what's gonna be on sale the following day.

The manager here is amazing. He constantly is putting up with people stuffing multiple items into one bag to (not cool). I mean if you cannot spend $1 for items on dollar days don’t go. As for the the items, you can grab some excellent deals if you look. The new cashiers are great as they actually are accounting for people’s items. I would change however, allowing customers to congregate in the back corner of the store or “hide” items for a later date. All in all it is an adventure and a fun time to going hunting for items. And please do not hold the actions of some loser customers to reflect the store.

The prices at this location (Mississauga) are ridiculous and are not shown on the website. Fri and Sat $70, then $50 and down $10 a day. Most other locations are a quarter of that.

A chaotic mess does not serve this place any justice. It's an overwhelming and not so typical shopping experience.

The bins are packed with items that you just go through until you find something you like and pay the price set for that day. Went on Sunday (10$ items) couldn't find anything worth it for me, but there were people with bag full of items.

Be prepared to spend hours searching through the piles.

Was minding my biz when an unmasked shopper across from me started coughing all over the bin we were on either side of, I asked why he wasn't masked, especially since he's having a coughing fit, guy calls me a r***** and tells me to get a life and a job (? !?) and to come to his side of the bin to speak my mind in a threatening tone, so I oblige.
I get there and he starts screaming for the manager (by name) and continues to try to escalate by calling me names.manager shows up and I'M the one asked to leave.

So unorganized and filthy!
Open items, missing items, damaged items, no order, all items just tossed around like in garbage bins. This place is a mess, absolute chaos.
Bins should be organized in sections like electronics, home, kitchen, books, etc instead of being dumped together.
It feels like you are sorting through a garbage bin so yeah the name of the place suits what you get inside.
First and last time. Walked out empty handed. Would not recommend.

Deelz! But you have to do the work to find them. People open packages, so look for any related pieces when you get a 'find'. Got a diaphram pump for $6. Great idea to have graduated pricing.

Depending on the day you go you can find some great deals for great prices. Takes some searching but can be worth it. Went on the $1 day and wasn’t much left after being rummaged through but ended up finding some good stuff!

It could do us a little bit more organizing and stop people from ripping open the bags but it's a great place

Disappointing! Went there on Mon at 4pm. Guess most of the boxed items were bought. Just Chinese knick knacks, unboxed items (many damaged) and clothes were left. Couldn't justify the $6 per ITEM cost for many of the items I found. Go early to get the deals.

There are too many phone and tablet cases in the bins. You should check the price deal days before go there. The bins have all same items. It looks like Amazon disposal center. I won’t go there again and didn’t buy anything.

It's all garbage. There's a huge sign that says don't open packages but people seem to be illiterate and everything is open and scattered. It's nasty
