Have been with Pioneer Insurance since 2014. Mark Carruthers has always answered my questions and informed me of upcoming changes to avoid headaches in the future. I highly recommend him and his team when it comes to automotive insurance!

Don't do anything to help you, have to continually pester and annoy them to get an email back at a reasonable time. Can't email send pdf files and they want a written letter to cancel your insurance. Extremely frustrating.

These guys always rip you off. I have insurance with this company they made really high charges on me and when I said to explain in steps they never reply on that and evening before day of payment they sent email that we’ll charge this much amount on your account and when I contacted their number was on voicemail and didn’t respond back. Very dishonest company they robb you.
