Very nice place to hard I am owner operator with Kriska and I have been with the company since 2016.

The new dsr has a serious attitude problem. Had a hard time getting cross border seals and paperwork from him. He goes on a power trip and insists that drivers come into his office to come and get stuff - the office that is open between 9 am and 5 pm - when the drivers are expected to start much earlier and come home much later than that time range to keep the customer appointments. When you go into his office he will take that opportunity to talk down to you or pretend that he is on lunch break - really miserable person.

Run away from this company. They fired my friend without any reason. I would give 0 star to staff

The company is good with drivers as long as you are yes men. The new DSR team specifically the supervisor in mississauga are just rude to drivers. If you try going through HR to get it resolved, then you are gonna be a part of office politics and they are gonna fire you without listening to you and making up false accusations on you. They are just gonna support their office guys and listen to their made up stories.
Stay away stay safe.

I had an encounter with 4 employees in about a half hour. All were extremely miserable. I'm thinking they don't like their jobs here.

Management is so biased, all ladies doing there drama, female staff. They fired me claiming that i am not working good enough on the same day i was working alone with minimal training. They terminated me after the shift that was a holiday for other staff.my manager navreet kaur stated different reason to terminate me and when I encounter with HR, the reason is so different. Although they terminate me within my training period how come they expect me doing my best. I didn’t even got a negative feedback until that day. The reason navreet gave is what all other employees do at the workplace who are employed for more than 3 years and doing same like using phones, being late. It was so biased. I took personal day offs for my medical reason with proof. There is no valid reason i always heard that i was doing great. Until the day i was terminated this is because they both knows me that i will raise my voice against it. I am not justified. Female dominated biased environment. I thought kriska has great things to offer. But discrimination i didnt even think of.

This company has absolutely the WORST truck drivers ever! I don't understand how these drivers could possibly even be insured. I live in Middletown NY and I see alot of these guys in this town I'm assuming they deliver somewhere around here and I've seen them running red lights and driving way past the speed limit I've also almost been hit by one of their drivers before. I would assume truck drivers know the rules of the road about these drivers have no idea I've tried calling this company to complain to only be hung up on. I've gone to the police station in town to let them know about these drivers and they're reckless driving. Hopefully someone in management sees this post and take immediate action before they cause an accident or run someone over
