I have been going there for years. They are so nice and make you feel like you are part of the family. Would definitely recommend for anyone to go here to get their car rust check.

First and last time. Rude behavior from the manager. Not recommended to any Peel Plastic members. I went there because $15 off, and that cost me $500. I got some issues right after the rust proofing from there, and they didn't even lift my car and were not ready to check. They don't care about customers. Don't go there. Go somewhere else

Overpriced and not thorough. Go somewhere else save your money. The krown in mississuga was good

Been going to Krown Brampton facility for a number of years now. Took my two cars to get sprayed there this spring. The Krown product is the best product to apply to your car if you want to keep your car looking great for years to come. Will be going back next spring for another application. I've been using the Krown product on my 2005 Accord for more than 10 years now and I don't have any major rust problems.

I would avoid this business, no ethics, just confrontational. They have lousy business practice and are rude and like to fight

My family has been coming here for years for all our rustproofing for multiple vehicles. Excellent service and pricing. The owner is very personable and kind. They even have a coupon for discounts sometimes on their website

The owner don't know how to talk and he doesn't even tell the process before rust proofing and when we asked her status that is your responsibility to ask. When we took the service the smoke comes which I think was the rust proof spray they don't even told about that

Watch the crew work on my truck, spraying every nook and cranny, even removing taillight lens covers to spray inside wheel wells really impressed me. Everything about their service, from the time you make your appointment, when you walk in and after, when you get your vehicle back is all professional.

Good services. Specially the lady's at the front are good in customer service. Specially the one in hijab she was good in explaining all the plans and options.

I have been spraying both my cars here for years, I do them every other year as I dont think its needed each and every year. The service is always good, very proffesional, they wash your car afterwards and the wait time is not bad at all if you call ahead for an appointment!

I got my van spayed at Known. I missed a few years so I was surprised at the quality of the work. How it has gone down hill. Krown is the best way to avoid rust but the condition my van was left in is the reason for only 3 stars. It used to take 1hr, now only 30 mins for the same job? My van had oil on the outside, yes on the paint. I mentioned this, see attached pics. They said they sprayed it but they didn't clean up the oil. When I opened the doors there was oil running down, see pics. There was white grease on all the plastic plugs.not wiped off. Yes it's good the white grease and oil but it should be wiped up so it doesn't get on your pants or shoes and tracked inside. Also on the upper outside of all the door was a oily hand print. I never had these issues in the past at the same place. I'll never be back.

Fast and excellent service at this location. I have three cars that get their annual Krown treatment at this location. I can’t say enough about their service!
Recently, I brought in a dear friend whom I recommended to this location because of the great service. When Ali found out that my friend was 92, he insisted on giving her an extra special discount that she really appreciated. It says a lot about how much they care about their community and seniors in particular. It was great to see that in this day and age, seniors are still respected so well at Krown Brampton.

I was there customer since 2015 with some different car. Today i have spoken to the owner of shop he is extremely unprofessional RUDE and 100 % negative approach to customer care with zero customer respect where as, we all are helping now days in COVID19 Pandemic situation to our small business some people like him dont have any respect for us who paying them!
so please help those business who value their customers.furthermore he gone to an extent that he told me learn English if you live in brampton

Went for rust proofing and the service was very quick and effective. Make sure to give a call and make an appointment before you go. They accept cash and credit. Cash would be much cheaper.

I called to book an appointment for rust proofing and person just hanged up saying we are busy no appointment available. Worst customer service at brampton location not going there ever

I have 2 vehicles done same as every year
When brought them to oil change at Canadian Tire next week they discovered that front half were not coated at all they did not even open the hood either will contact them tomorrow and ask for recoating will not go to this location anymore

The mechanic was horrible. He scratched our car and when we complained he started shouting at us. He also had no mask on during Covid when the government has mandated masks. He was stepping too close to us. Please, stay away if you want your car to be fine

Response to the owner's comment below: If you are the same person who handled our case, you didn't have a mask on and when I requested you to wear one, you said out loud in front of others " Are you the Health Department? ". Also, the mark was not there when I submitted the car and it was present when you gave me the keys so unless it's magic, it's clearly from your service! Also, you should not have been extremely rude to me - you shouted at me in front of your whole store when I requested you to fix the mark which clearly came from your service!

I’ve had my car sprayed with the salt protection oil for winter. Great price and rocket fast. In and out under 30 minutes both times.

The product is MINT! The customer service, YUCK! I unfortunately had to ask the Woman (I used this term for identifying the individual only) several times, "pardon me? " I know I have a accent when I speak, so I try to SLOW DOWN my speech so I can enunciate my communications with whomever I am talking to. Effective customer service skills requires a person to look at the person they are speaking to. Being pleasant is also an effective way of finding a happy customer leaving your business and recommending your company to others. If you are a woman, do not use the washroom here. If you do, then be prepared to to use the "shop" facility. I can totally see a pending lawsuit coming their way. Unfortunately, my experience has been negative, but I will always recommend the product. Find another location to have a more dedicated staff that wants your business.

Very rude and poor customer service, so I called in to book an appointment and the gentleman I spoke to over the phone his name (Sam Kandiah) booked me in and told me to come over at 1: 45 and said my appointment is booked. When I came he starting to lie to about me calling in and told me to rebook my appointment. He literally asked me to leave when I asked him why i had to rebook my appointment. When I asked what his name was, he said (Ali) when his real name is Sam Kandiah. I’ve been to many different Krown Locations but I had the worst experience at this location in Brampton. Please check out any other Krown locations if you don’t want waste your time.

Half of a oiling job. Missed inside of chassis and a fender. But my fibreglass hood was done great.lol

I was in and out in half hour. Guy told me what I should do and if it's worth getting certain packages done.

It was a ok job, I think they should spend sometime after the job is done and clean the oil from you car

They get your car ready for Winter. Rust is not your friend. I go every year before the snow comes, highly recommended.

I have no doubts that their product is excellent and that they applied it effectively. My only issue with this shop is the amount of oil overspray on my paint. I brought in a car that I head hand washed the day before and after the application the car was covered in oil. The shop noticed the amount of overspray and decided to spray my car with water, hoping that it would remove the hydrophobic oil. It didn't, just left water marks. I take care of my car, so I don't appreciate the lack of attention.

Good place to have rust proofing on your car, little expensive but if you need to get it done with Quality, durability- you always need to compromise

There are many reviews online which question the effectiveness of this rust proving to start with >>> then>> the service in this location is bad and the quality of the service even worse! I spent $140 for rust proving there.see images of the areas of my car after their application.absolutely NO rust protection applied in those areas of my car>>> WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME>>>> I had to take time off and go back to re-apply the oil>>> STAY AWAY FROM THIS business 'KROWN Brampton. I will stay away from ANY KROWN. I do NOT trust their service and their product anymore!

Brought my 2019 Chevy Cruze LT in last week to get oil sprayed. Everything went fast and smooth. They did a great job. Everyone there was friendly and professional. Will for for sure bring my car there again this fall.

I took my SUV last Saturday 19th. The guy at the front desk, told me I am not eligible for the last year's fixed price, as the locked price is valid if only I return within a year. And I have exceed by 3 weeks.
I am their customer for many years and they are not bothered to offer a grace period. A business need to know how o retain its customers, specially long time customers.

Family run business, the number one location in Canada. What more could you expect than exceptional service. Highly recommended, this should be the only location you choose for your rust proofing needs.

Good, efficient service. Initially they forgot to install the hole plugs in one of my doors but I took it back in a couple weeks later after I noticed and they installed them right away, no problem.
