Krown Cambridge

I came to Cambridge Krown to get my new car sprayed. The staff members were friendly and professional. The service was quick. In fact, Krown took me in within only half an hour of calling. I will be coming back here every year! Thanks Krown

They did a great job! They were fast. I think I waited only 30-40 minutes. They pulled my vehicle right up to the entrance so that I could drive away. They warned me that there might be a slight smoke odor for the first few minutes of driving. They also warned me to give myself extra time to break for the first few minutes. They must have given me a very generous amount of rust control protection because the smell was almost unbearable. After a few minutes of driving, fumes were rolling over top of my truck as I parked. I attached a video of it; it is a little hard to see the fumes through my windshield, but you can see it a bit. It was worse than it looks though. My suggestion would be for you to drive around their parking lot for a few minutes first in case you get a really good oiling!

Waiting room: They have probably the most comfortable chairs in the world that I have ever sat in. My hubby agreed too when he brought our car in later. It would be nice to have a table to work at too. They have a large tv screen playing while you wait. They also have some drinks available. See my pic.

Washroom: There didn't appear to be a washroom for customers.

Staff: They were great and helpful!

Wheelchair accessibility: See my pic. The location is level with the ground. I forgot to check if it has a wheelchair button.

Good other than the fact my interior of my car was left pretty dirty both the drivers seat and passenger, you cannot be covered in oil and getting into customers vehicles.

When I purchased my vehicle I got an electronic device to protect against rust as I was told it covers the whole car. Untrue as the underneath developed rust throughout. My mom's car has been rust proofing her car for 12 years since purchase and no rust underneath. Staff was friendly and did an excellent job. I recommend Krown rust proofing and forget the electronic rust proof device.

Very Positive experience from the first Customer call to the end of pick-up transaction.
Custo.er Service representative who was working was very thorough, patient and kind. Oil-Spray was very timely and spot on job. I can not comment on product because that will take some time.e too show.

Absolutely appalled by the condition they left my car. I had the inside and outside of my car cleaned prior. When I picked it up, oil inside my car on my back window inside of my car. They left the plastic half on the seat dirt and gravel inside my car. I don't recommend them. I now have to get my car professionally detailed due to their lack of curiosity and respect for my car. To response to your message. Not once did the associate I spoke to mention bringing my car in to have it cleaned. No second chance!

Good price, good people, and it's a great product. The new management has done a fantastic job of transforming the waiting room. They were very thorough in their explanation of after care and very polite. I would highly recommend this location and I will be back again next year.

The service was fine, but I noticed a chip in my windshield immediately after leaving that I'm 99% certain was not there before dropping off my vehicle. I called them as soon as I got home, but since none of the employees who worked on my vehicle said anything to the front office about any incident that may have caused the chip, nothing could be done about it. So I'm on the hook for the chip repair.

Poor customer service. Had to wait 20 minutes just to pick up keys (prepaid). Debit machine was not working for customer ahead and she said she’d be right with me. I explained I had already paid and just needed my keys and told me to wait. Then proceeded to have another employee help the person behind me in line. Took her all of 2 seconds to hand me my key

Been calling since early August trying to make my yearly appointment, no response, no call backs, no business

Anyone else having trouble reaching them? I tried calling over 5 times in the past couple of weeks, and it always says "the number you have reached is not in service". Tried calling from home VOIP line as well as from cell phone.

Wayne was the most amazing representative of this business by far! He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the science involved in Krowns rust control. He was very friendly and professional. I will keep coming back a very happy customer as he was phenomenal to deal with.

You'll need to book weeks in advance but the team has you in and out in about an hour.
Worth the money.

Great customer service, very nice staff. It was unfortunate that there was an irate customer there when I was in for my appointment. The staff handled there issues appropriately, however this customers complaints were directed from another location and had nothing to do with Krown Cambridge.
The staff have been friendly the past few times I've been here and always make sure I am getting the best deal!
