I wouldn't give this place even one star if you care about your car stay away from this place

Just wanted to say I had an amazing experience and the guy who posted a bad review was an idiot he keep saying he didn’t understand that he missed his appointment and the counter lady was more than happy to rebook but it wasn’t what he want so it got to the point where I myself as a customer had to tell him he missed his appointment and it wasn’t her fault either rebook or move on like he kept repeating him self and the lady at the counter did an amazing job at helping but buddy was just an idiot 5 stars to the staff at krown and ppl 10/10 service you won’t regret it amazing staff impeccable job definitely recommend it to everyone

Amazing staff not to mention the lone female who is not just a pretty face in the office, but never sits still always keeping busy while exhibiting a warm disposition and courteousness. The service is the epitome of excellence. Talk about multitasking! Great team Paul!

Lady at the front desk was super helpful, friendly and answered all my questions I had. Service was easy, dropped my new truck off in the morning and picked it up after work. They also did my mom's suv the same day. Highly recommend this place and I'll be returning next year.

The local krown supplier, if you're a business buying krown products in bulk I'd definitely go here first!

Did an amazing job! Brought my truck, and my buddies truck as well. They did an amazing job. The washed it, scrubbed it, and got all that overspray off the paint and wheels and the bottom was blackened. My truck, the rock rails which were rusted were then sprayed over with a black coat and it looks brand new. Also, love Hugo in the front!

Like the layout of this shop in terms of how car is handled from a clean wash and rust proofed in a streamlined manner via two garages. The team is super friendly and professional. Parking area is big!

A completely professional operation, considering the car was oil sprayed - I believe it was cleaner after the service.

Called a tow guy and the “person” came from this location. Horrible human being. Guy with white hair mid aged. He refused to communicate, didn’t tow my car, and left me there. I hope he gets fired right away, if you can’t be a decent human being you shouldn’t have a job that deals with people. Learn basic human communication skills. - It literally says CAA on your pictures what do you mean you don’t tow? -

Very well organized and efficient. Been going there since 2014 for company trucks and personal vehicle.

Super quick service. I watched them all do a great job and the car wash after was a nice touch. I'll be coming again to keep my car running good.

Fast service, explained most of the areas where one would have concerns after the work was done. Was in and out in less than 30min. It would have been good if they explained the drilling process to me ahead of time.

I would not use them again. They right away spray oil underneath the vehicle without wash/clean and # 2 the oil keeps dripping for the next several days and the annoying smoke dosnt go away.

Krown is the best! Not only do you receive excellent service EVERY SINGLE TIME but you also get to be in the presence of two of the best dogs (if you go on the right day)!

Was lucky enough to get an appointment at this location after aborting an appointment I booked at the Etobicoke location. I gave them (Etobicoke) my keys, took one look at their work area, and immediately asked for my keys back. There was nothing professional about that location, (except Nicole who worked the counter.) it was filthy and decrepit. Their staff seemed unorganized and scattered, one was eating lolly pops, none were wearing gloves or masks. No thanks, not now, not in my car. KROWN CONCORD location was the exact opposite of that (their front desk lady was equally awesome). 5 stars, see you next year.

Fantastic service just brought my 2008 Toyota RAV4 in and they did a great job and were very maticulous, big thanks to the owner and Holly who orchestrated everything!:) Will continue to go here yearly to get sprayed.

Very rude and short front desk lady. Cut me off when asking questions in a very rude and disrepectful manner. Get another job low life, learn how to talk to people witg respect.

Very fast and thorough rust proofing. Safety measures such as covering the steering wheel and seat.

We were repeat customers to this place for rust proofing. The job done was excellent however the front office service was not. Employees at the front office were unfriendly and cold. May not return next year.

Just had my car resprayed and was so impressed with the care and process that these folks have put into managing their business with Covid-19 awareness.
They covered surfaces in my car including steering wheel so that it's basically a no touch environment, had hand sanitizer available on entry to their office and disinfected the credit machine after each use.
The fact that they put these measures in place speaks so well of the regard they have for their customers' safety as well as their own -

Rust proofing is done in less than 15 min, and the remaining time is used to wash the car. This was quicker than another location I've used to bring my car to. Only time will tell if the quality is on par with the previous dealer.

This was my first time going to this shop and I was very pleased with my experience. The service was friendly and the you can watch the workers spray your vehicle. The whole thing took about 30 minutes and my car went right into the garage when I got there. I've heard good things about the Krown product and hope to keep the rust at bay. For anyone who hasn't done this kind of rust proofing before, be advised that it DOES drip (and that's not a bad thing, it means it's continuously moving and shifting into the cracks and joints you actually want to keep rust out of). You can expect a few days of oil on the driveway so park on the street if you can.

I've been going to Krown for quite a few years now. I moved about 30 minutes away from this location and about 5 minutes from another Krown location. I cannot review the location that I am now close to, but I decided to continue driving to this one even though its out of my way. Service here is always great and they just seem like they go the extra mile each time I visit. I will definitely keep going to this location. I would definitely recommend this place!

Very good service. Called in to schedule day before my coupon expired, they did not have any available time, but they called me back shortly and found a spot! And their dog is friendly:)

Just had my annual Krown application. Holly is friendly as usual and the quality of customer service is top notch. Arrived at 7: 58 am for my 8 am appointment and they took me in immediately and out by 8: 25. My truck looks like new!
