Been going here for several years. They rustproofed our two previous cars and are now doing out two current cars. I just went May 6 and end of April. Perfect as usual. They were on time and employees are nice. The owner told me that construction was happening at the time on the road. I thought that was a nice touch. Good to give a heads-up. Very satisfied with this business. The product works.

Update, I took both cars back again. Not much else to say. Service was perfect as usual. Great job!

Tayshauan is honestly the best manager out there. Was very helpful and professional. Brought my 2016 mazda 6 and my fiancee mazda for rust proof. Got som freebies as well after. Totally recommend this location! Will come back again in the future!

They were quick, thorough, courteous, & professional, & the state of my vehicle upon completion, and return, was super clean, & pristine!
I will MOST DEFINITELY, be recommending this location to others, and DEFINITELY returning, each year for my follow up rust proofing service!

Appeared to do an awesome job on the oil spray of my F-150, the 2 fellas took their time and also did a great job washing it down at the end (Keep up the good work!

I came to this place to get my car rust proved the service manager tyshaun was a very helpful person very easy to talk to he explained to me thoroughly what they were going to do and I can see he really enjoyed what he does his coworker also very helpful I would definitely come back to this location

Went to this in error which was my fault. Glad I did Tyshaun was great professional. Tyshaun found an area that hadn't been looked after on a visit to another Krown location.will definitely return next year. Thanks Bruce

I’m really happy with their service! First I went and the job was done so, so, as I took my vehicle to my mechanic the next day after the anti- rust protection, but then when I call them and told them that they need to touch up a few more spots underneath my vehicle, the manager himself went and did it! Really happy with their work, and how friendly and professional they are with their clients! Five stars for sure! Will be back again, for more services!

I had appointment at 6: 00 or 6: 30 pm as per conversation with customer representative or desk manager. They said after 7: 00 pm they are booked. I reached there 6: 20 to get service performed and they replied that now they are fully booked. I got shocked because I come all the way driving 15 km opposite side to get rust proofing service done.

Not professional to manage appointment.

Firstly, Amber at the front desk was exceptional! Very friendly & detail oriented. And incredibly helpful! She explained everything about the process, follow up, ect.
Tyshaun (sorry if I didn't spell that correctly) was friendly & funny. He's a class act. I can see why there's so many great reviews about him.

The guys were QUICK, efficient, professional and thorough. They even gave my car a quick wash after which I thought was a really nice touch.
This shop definitely exceeded my expectations. HIGHLY recommended! Great job guys!

After 2 1/2 hours waiting got a very messy rushed job. The only reason I gave a 2 stars and not 1 is because they were short of staff.
